@DocB__ @iiNet I've seen a lot in my time Ron, some things fail but the automated processes usually do the work for them. I changed to Aussie Broadband last year, purely for the 1000/50 speed available in this new area as iiNet didn't sell it. Kept my iiNet email addresses $25/yr.

@iiNet hey customer support team, my wifi keeps failing or slowing down significantly throughout the day since I’ve paid more to double the speed. Could you please fix this ?
