@SamGriLaLaLa @iiNet Yep, it's built-in. @iinet have decided it's cheaper to just drive insane anyone who has a problem that requires any amount of work. Their call takers are pure animals.

@iiNet @TheyreGunnaPod Many people are saying this! I will be calling my family and friends to tell them to cancel

We have tried to get @iinet's attention and we do, over and over, but then they forget all about us and we do it again. And again. And now it's a life threatening health issue. And it's still not enough for the prison guards who take their calls.

@jezheywood @iiNet It's good that every privatised utility, every telco, tech company and social media enterprise is run by sociopaths who feed off customer suffering. Because we get to have a bloody revolution after all. Cannot. Wait.

@iiNet No, you aren't doing anything but do this PR bullshit meant to frame me as the unreasonable customer who dares to expect special, or even any, service. First mention of 'prescribed processes' too. You really are set up to waste our time until the end of time if necessary.

So @iiNet we had wifi for a few hours this evening and it’s gone again. We are in Brighton Vic. Is this the same issue experienced earlier today?

@iiNet @iiTalW What's it called when a customer speaks to way too many people from an internet service provider and not one of them gives a straight answer? How about we call it @iinet, you absolute vampires.

Seems like @iinet still having DNS problems in Randwick, currently blackholing Apple media content. Changing to google DNS fixes it. I’ve had previous problems with content hosted in Azure. Can you guys look at it and get back to me?

@iiNet Your customer has been discussing his problem with you at length. I am not here to talk about his account. I want to solve a technical problem with you for your customer. But it seems that solving your customer’s problems is still not a priority of yours.
