    @kazlee_2611 @RubyandAlex @iiNet Don’t hold your breath Kaz. Friend hasn’t had internet for 4 months for same reason. Ombudsman are just as bad. Everybody is blaming each other.

    @RubyandAlex @iiNet Wow I cannot believe it's still not resolved. Sad to think loyalty means nothing this day and age. We are also iinet. Very concerning. To think you also need this to work from home and now have no connection at all! Ombudsman might be able to help! 😡

    @iiNet Yep and we are not confident you will resolve this issue. Our advice from the technicians and other providers is that iiNet is struggling. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR NBN CONNECTION since TUESDAY. Our data flow is good, it’s all your problem. (Yes we are cranky)

    After 23 years of loyalty to @iiNet the NBN connection we preordered has not been delivered as promised, no one at service can help us, and there’s NO light a the end of the tunnel. Sad to think we have to think of new ISP.

    @DDsD @iiNet Mine borked last night too. Solution was to cycle the iPad and the laptop. No, I don't understand.

    @iiNet @burnettjamie Possibly time for a proactive approach from @iinet to assist their paying customer. Often the customer does not have the "pull" as they are only one. The ISP should go in to bat for them and follow through to resolution. #GoAStepFurther

    @iiNet Yep. Been through that too. I've explained this more than half a dozen times and the underlying issue is never fixed.
