    @DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB A few years ago I had a lengthy argument with them when I was moving and they couldn’t service the area I was moving to but still insisted on me paying a hefty cancellation fee. Been happy with the Aussie BB service.

    @iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. #iiNet is now a serial offender, routinely mischarging – essentially double – us over repeated months for the service it provides. I complained before but received no remedy. AVOID dishonest #iiNet

    @TubbsJTattsyrup @Mezanong @iiNet Same old Pro forma stuff. Seek the recourse I mentioned. It wont cost you money. If you have the reference number from previous inquiries with the Ombudsman, it all relates to an ongoing issue.

    Hi @iiNet you told me to email my Customer Relations case officer, but I'm still yet to hear from them and do not know how I would email them. I was told on Friday that there was no update from them (I didn't know my case was even with Customer Relations!) but that they would 1/4
