    @iiNet Hey Team, are there any issues for your NBN services in NSW, more specifically the greater Maitland area? Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.

    Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

    Hello @iiNet Can you please explain how you can take the working phone number of an 82 year old woman and make it so the only calls it can receive are from you, nobody else can call it. YOUR JOB IS TO PROVIDE A PHONE SERVICE YET YOU HAVE FAILED TO FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR MONTHS
