    @iiNet Hey Team, are there any issues for your NBN services in NSW, more specifically the greater Maitland area? Service has been uncharacteristically patchy this afternoon. Semi regular DNS lookup errors and dropouts. They last for anywhere from 2-10 minutes and then come good.

    @aimyaimless @BazzaCC I do.. and 2FA is a good thing if done right. There is no opt out, and only works with SMS for @iiNet which is a problem for me.. last month I had a SIM card issue.. couldn’t pay my bill or report the internet outage on the NBN for 3 days because of it. My bank is not the same,

    And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    @iiNet worst customer experience of my life - 3.5 years a customer- take my money every month - try to talk to someone - 3 phone calls - can't help me because my DOB is wrong in yr system- resend ID verified- 12 hours later still not updated and can't help me - told to call back

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @iiNet hi is there an outage in the area of VICTORIA 3019 for 5G broadband services? Ive been on hold for 1 hour. I need internet connection to work from home. I have already turn off the modem for 10 secs and turn it back on. Still no connection. There are 4 lights bars on modem
