    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.

    With @iiNet shutting down their Hosted Exchange on April 30th, have you decided where you're moving your emails too yet? Spoke to a few businesses this week who are either in progress or have completed their move to @Microsoft365

    120hrs update: @iiNet is still a steaming pile of ordure. Unsurprisingly no resolution, no update, no hope that anyone will be roused before the 4day weekend is over, and no email. Avoid this mob

    @iiNet you've not called me back, hung up on me, refused to escalate my problem, and sent me a router that I cannot configure. I'm making calls to your parent company's Head of CX hourly. Not good enough.
