    @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

    @iiNet is actively blocking access and use of @discord Discord it an important communication platform for many. This happened to us last month and after following every solution they had @discord_support, who were quick to reply to my emails, worked out to be our ****** ISP.

    Hey @iiNet seriously having trouble. EVERYTIME i call you can’t hear me but when i ring anyone else they can hear me. Can you please have someone ring me from tech support. Feel free to dm.

    @iiNet Because you were so rude to me I have contacted the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman I will never go with iiNet again. You ruined my life!

    There is a huge amount of endurance required to cancel an @iiNet internet plan. When you speak to someone, they make the call go for so long that you might just give up and stay with them. It's a gauntlet of silly questions and tactics.

    Emailed @iiNet twice in the last 2 weeks with no response. Is this how you treat customers who have been with you for 25 years? @launtel here I come.

    Was HOPING to get onto @Steam and download my games on my PC, BUT: my OLD @iiNet email is INVAILD on Steam, AND it's saying the password IS F*CKING WRONG!!!!! @Steam_Support, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭

    @iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues
