    Seriously @iiNet I sent you an email in which I clearly stated I did not have time to talk to you on the phone and yet instead of replying by email you tried to call me AND when I didn't answer YOU KEPT CALLING interrupting my work. Seriously what is your problem?

    I find it funny that @Optus keep doing ads promoting good coverage an service when it's the worst in Australia hahahaha. When @iiNet come in 8 yrs am has give better internet . We all no know yes means ' yes for **** reception '

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.

    @iiNet are you guys having problems? In the last 2 hours I've had my internet drop in and out? It's kinda hard to listen to @asmr while trying to sleep with the internet like this

    @iiNet on phone since 2+hours but no response and hang up the phone. Either you need to better your service or shut down your company. Worst experience

    Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?
