Colin Jacobs (@coljac) reported@AlisterAir @iiNet Yep 16 grand in Brunswick East. They've turned off the ability to get a quote for doing all the neighbours at the same time. It's ludicrous. If the HFC is unstable I'll actually look at using 5G for crucial stuff. Exactly as Telstra foresaw 10 years ago during the NBN wars.

J. (@mynameisjanah) reportedi'm loving that i have the DMs from my conversation with @iiNet yesterday, they are helping me cut through the bullshit. i was almost fobbed off because i have a hybrid node network i had no choice to buy

Emilioooo (@Emilio84j) reportedI am a very patient person but I am just about at the end of my tether with @iiNet I was a customer for years previously, have attempted to sign up again, have been charged almost $500 so far and am entering my fourth week of no internet. Regretting not choosing someone else.

Brooke Gordon (@brookeg1424) reported@iiNet very disappointed with your service today. We have been customers for 11 years. Now with your swap over to Vodafone mobile network there are issues your staff don’t want to fix. I was on the phone to support, got disconnected, no follow up or call back.
-
David Smith (@dsmith24perth) reportedHey @NBN_Australia I have had a drop out and low speed problem through @iiNet going on months yet you have refused to get a technician to visit the node to try and sort it out. What does it take to get you to help?
-
Lauren Martyn (@laurenmartyn) reported@iiNet @SixersBBL You lied to us about the connection. You have cancelled appointments. You are a terrible isp.
-
Chris Mackenzie (@mackc5) reported@iiNet service is suspended but you have charged me overnight. Any chance of turning the internet back on?
-
Nigel Lake (@Nigel_Lake) reportedFor my Aussie friends: watch out for a cheeky invoice from @Iinet. We closed our account several years ago (we moved the office so no longer needed their service). For some reason, they sneakily decided to start invoicing us again this month...

J. (@mynameisjanah) reportedi just got told "because you have an HFC connection, we do regular maintenance, and that is why you suffered service issues" "but i have a quote that says there were no service issues at the time of my complaint" @iiNet
