    Dear @iiNet - just bought an eero wifi mesh system, which won’t work as you use pppoe over nbn modem (why oh why didn’t I search). So either help me bridge it with your existing wifi router or bye bye iiNet hello new isp. Your help desk said out of scope.

    @iiNet requesting urgent assistance, experiencing internet disconnects since late last night and today it finally connected again but it’s super slow, about 2mbps down and we’re typically seeing about 80mbps… what’s up? We have new hardware and clean new connection.

    @iiNet iinet appears content to leave its customers without any service. Three requests for contact since 3am, but no help so far.

    @iiNet can you advise if the NBN/internet is down in the Northcote, VIC area? Just trying to figure out why my internet isn’t working & wonder if it’s related to the recent storm.

    @iiNet I've had a broken internet for 2 weeks. I've spent 4 hours on the phone over that last 9 or 10 days, basically doing iinet's job, coordinating this job because of poor documentation, poor communication and people not following through on plans.

    @iiNet requesting assistance - we’ve had an disconnects from NBN since early this morning and now it finally reconnected its ridiculously slow approx 2mbps down for past hour. We have new hardware and a clean connection that is normally 80mbps down and high 30’s up.

    Had a client who was cut off today with #internet by @iiNet for the princely sum of 4c it was explained by support that it was an automated feature #invoices #isp
