katie duggan (@Katie0o0o0) reported@iiNet is it normal to wait a month for an appointment with a tech to set up broadband service despite numerous phone calls and 'esculations' from your team ? Have tried to cancel my service but given more false promises that my issues will be resolved as a priority🤔

Marquis d'Killara (@pfbt) reportedThanks NBN, @TurnbullMalcolm, Optus, Telstra for the absolutely crap internet. Non-existent at night. (Meanwhile neither @NBN_Australia nor @iinet have got the satellite working (but it's a crap option anyway) – sad that that's the laughable excuse for NBN.

Tim Richards (@Aerohaveno) reportedCredit where due - just received excellent service from @iiNet, who upgraded my speed to 100 Mbps while I download a huge amount of backed-up files to my new laptop. and the tech person was in South Africa, so we had a nice chat about Cape Town. :)

katie duggan (@Katie0o0o0) reported@iiNet I understand that, but have been told by your colleagues on numerous different phone calls that it shouldn't take almost a month to receive an appointment, you would think once someone has highlighted an issue at least 4 times in a week efforts would be made to resolve it
