    @iiNet What a surprise that @iinet customer relations have achieved nothing at all to help and now don’t even return calls. Having to deal with NBN direct. An appalling “service” provider.

    @iiNet Hi, are there any current issues with email as we cannot currently log in (was working not very long ago), we can still access internet and the toolbox but email login is not working (looks to be a few other reporting something on downdetector also)

    @esseeeayeenn @iiNet Did it work? Our speeds are horrific. When I call iiNet, they are so sorry, but it’s never their problem and they’re no very interested in us paying less.

    @cailichris @iiNet One of our phone accounts, still being charged for, is hidden now somewhere beyond my reach. I literally cannot monitor it, let alone manage it or cancel it. Pretty angry.
