    @iiNet can you please confirm if hosted email service has been permanently removed or if you are working on the issue to have it restored? The wording on the event on your website and some of your own Twitter texts suggests this is permanent? If so why no notice in advance?

    @ProfRayWills @iiNet you're not the only one. The level of communication from @iiNet is non-existent. Called Business Tech support over an hour ago and still on hold.

    @iiNet internet was down yesterday in NSW 2015 for most of the day, back up at approx 6pm. Unfortunately it is down again today. Any idea when service will be restored?

    @karl_smith @iiNet well said Karl - mine has been down since Friday despite having paid monthly for 9 years!!! and no explanation from the company - shocking

    @youituber @CampbellNewman @iiNet I never said anything about using iinet's domain for emails. I said using *infra* (infrastructure) services provided by ISP's. That includes hosted services like Exchange.
