-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet What a surprise that @iinet customer relations have achieved nothing at all to help and now don’t even return calls. Having to deal with NBN direct. An appalling “service” provider.
-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iinet this one looks familiar too “Despite giving fair warning of a move to a new address, it has been nothing but excuses and blame games since our move. We had to sit and wait for our service NOT to be activated 3 separate times before anyone would book an appointment with NBN

Hugo - Visconde de Mundo (@hugobrown) reported from Sydney, New South Wales@iiNet Good Morning No Internet at 2223 is there outage?
-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet Really? I’m waiting for a call from a senior manager in your customer relations team? But I’ve been told I have to wait until late Monday afternoon to see whether he bothers to call or not?
-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet Godot. The only thing we dont have to wait for is the automatic billing for the service we dont recieve. Genuis business mode. Guessing this will be placed on the pile of complaints you recieve – hope you have a ladder.” Sorry, but of a long one that.
-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@iiNet I see that you claim you No 1 for customer service. Hard to believe given my experience. I’ve been misled, lied to wasted days waiting for appoints that no ones turned up to. You can only contact offshore call centres who have no idea how to handle things.
-
RetroMonkey (@Retromonkey8) reportedThat she should get her supervisor which she didn't... so then I advised her if she cannot respect my wish and the law that she should terminate the phone call and seek further training from her supervisor. What an absolute **** show @iiNet is.
-
John Banks (@johnban81940041) reported@markhumphries And like the real @iinet guys you can’t contact him and he does come to your house to fix your problems.
-
A D Morgan (@A_D_Morgan) reported@cailichris @iiNet One of our phone accounts, still being charged for, is hidden now somewhere beyond my reach. I literally cannot monitor it, let alone manage it or cancel it. Pretty angry.

2021 is 2020 on replay. (@rrogerramjet) reportedSo I was told by Leslie from @iinet last year that my shitty broadband speeds will be improved by the 'ongoing project rollout of refreshed VDSL equipment' which I have since discovered is absolute BS. I can find no evidence of a network upgrade. What is @iiNet's response?
