@DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB A few years ago I had a lengthy argument with them when I was moving and they couldn’t service the area I was moving to but still insisted on me paying a hefty cancellation fee. Been happy with the Aussie BB service.

@iiNet looking forward to prosecuting a case against you with the Telecommunications Ombudsman for over charging me for years and not providing the service I’m paying for. After 3 hours today with yr so called Customer Service & 2 hours yesterday getting nowhere you have failed.

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. #iiNet is completely unresponsive to customer complaints, even when it is shamed here as routinely overcharging the customers who pay to keep it in business. AVOID disgusting, dishonest #iiNet

@iiNet I had iiNet at my previous address. I put in an order three weeks ago to have this changed to my new address. I am now on day three of no internet. I have spoken to over ten iiNet customer service representatives. I am no further forward. I work from home. Please fix this.
