    Welp, the constant dropouts from @iiNet make me incredibly happy that I decided to port out when we move. Y'all gonna reimburse me for the mobile data I have to use today because your service isn't working?

    @iiNet Signed up 11 days ago. Modem still hasn't left dispatch. And iinet don't communicate with dispatch or the courier, so you just sit and wait. Terrible, Terrible service. Promised 1-2 or 3-5 working days got 2 different delivery days. And nothing after 11 days and no reason given.

    @iiNet … can you please tell me when your Hosted Exchange will be fixed? I have been subscribing to you Service since 2013, and this completely botched upgrade and it’s impacts are appalling! When will it be fixed? Why shouldn’t I go elsewhere for my service? #iinet #broken

    @iiNet Your support line & email have been compromised! I made calls & emails to iiNet support earlier this week I ws contacted 2day by very convincing “iiNet Support” Turns out I’ve been scammed to the tune of $1000’s

    @iiNet I requested to change plans and now my internet is down. Why would that be the way to change plans and if not, how do we fix this?
