  • MarchBali Alison Marchbank (@MarchBali) reported

@iiNet no iiNet service in Clifton Springs 3222. For 30 minutes. Disconnected 6X since 13.00. What’s happening?

  • Hopfot The Hopfot (@Hopfot) reported

@iiNet @lockskat 3G would be fine.... if it was working. Redbank Plains and Springfield Central in Queensland is getting ZERO internet service. No 4G, no 3G, not even a mildly amusing H+ on my screen. Zero Data. Honestly, this is what you get for sourcing us through the dumbest provider, vodafone

  • MissDissentEats Jackie McMillan (@MissDissentEats) reported

@iiNet We got a call back this morning and it’s back up. The @NBN_Australia was at fault, outages in our area all week. Thanks also to @TurnbullMalcolm for his crap NBN legacy.

  • nikolidos nikoS (@nikolidos) reported

@maystation4 @iiNet That really sucks, she called me about an hour after the NBN techs came and did absolutely nothing and said she will get back to me on the ticket so assuming im going to get the same treatment.... Its disgraceful really

  • maystation4 Steve (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet I’ve been through this over and over. You know who I am. You have my case file. I’ve informed you over and over that changing weather is also a factor but it’s never taken seriously.

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@nikolidos @iiNet Still dealing. It’s intermittent. Just damn frustrating to have a case closed when it wasn’t.

  • PhilipC10011545 Philip Cox (@PhilipC10011545) reported

@iiNet Hi. He's Not a Happy TPG customer knowing he dumped Telstra Rip Off INC to move over to you, & I encouraged him? Why don't you people respond with any TECHNICAL assistance but just take the money? We've had enough. Then you ask for a survey afterwards,Hello!

  • ImCaz ❣️☯️ Caz ☯️❣️ (@ImCaz) reported

A little bit fed up with @iinet #NBN it’s gone down 4 times in the last 24 hours!

  • Frenchyamato Frenchy (@Frenchyamato) reported

@iiNet obviously, 2 weeks notice wasn't enough for the relocation order/request. Also, how come you never call back even when you said you'd call back 5 days ago? Almost 1 week in the new apt and still no Internet, which I'm of course paying for...

  • aussiemusicfan Not The Bowie 🎶 (@aussiemusicfan) reported

It could be a coincidence but since @iinet upgraded our internet to 250/20 I'm suddenly only getting 50/20 on our powerpoint Ethernet. Wifi fine. Used to get at least 80 or 90 down. Old PC can't handle more than 100 anyway, so have requested to opt-out. We'll see if that helps.
