@iiNet thanks iinet I now have no reason to stay with you. I'd love to pay that outstanding invoice but as usual we can't login as our password doesn't work. We don't get emails because that password doesn't work. I can't pay over the phone because we have no reference number

Hey @iiNet. I've been a customer of yours for almost 20 years. Moved house 2 days ago. Requested service to be moved 5 days ago. Rang today as I have no internet. Was told that the service couldn't be started as payment was still pending. 20 years of timely payments not enough?

20 minutes on a call trying to cancel the useless 4mbps wireless service I was conned into signing up for with @iiNet. Plenty of hoops. What a bunch of miserable, incompetent flogs.

@DocB__ @iiNet I signed up to them 15 years ago their customer service was seriously A grade. By the time that I had left them it was a pretty average experience. Which is a shame.

@WolphIsWatching @iiNet iiNet suffered too many mergers. We've had a good experience with Aussie broadband NBN so far though. The one time we had to call them for some obscure technical setting we needed they actually understood and were able to help. Really need to move my mobile plans across too.
