Hi @iiNet - not sure if it’s outage related but mum can’t make calls from the house phone. Internet is ok though.

  • RogueDoctor The Aimless Tinkerer (@RogueDoctor) reported

Midway through new @SeaOfThieves Adventure and my #FixedWireless internet drops. @NBN_Australia shows no issues in my area, @iiNet lists webmail and email major fault as of 18hrs ago.

  • eithne52 eithne (@eithne52) reported

Weeks of no #Internet connection. Even longer since complaint lodged with @iiNet . Weeks of @NBN_Australia and @iiNet pointing finger of blame at each other. Continually told report to be escalated. 20pages of #Iinet records documenting action/inaction/delaying. 10/1 - 16/2. 😡

@iiNet Ahh finally after way too many weeks (5), not the turnaround standard anyone could be expected to endure I've no doubt. Waiting on landline reconnection still though, gah! Oh, spoke to soon, too good to be true!! Internet down AGAIN! Is there really no one there able to fix this?

  • NettlePot Pam Swanborough (@NettlePot) reported

Hi @iiNet & @NBN_Australia I just drove 40 mins to find a signal so I can remind you I've had no Wi-Fi since Monday. Golden Plains, northern end. Wtaf, please?... Now I'll go get petrol so I can drive home again. Did I mention wtaf?

@iiNet nah... I doubt its a bug... I assume its just how your system is set up to work. I just think it's **** that you don't show your customers up to date data when you clearly have access to it.

  • IAmChrisConte IAmChrisConte (@IAmChrisConte) reported

hey @iiNet just got an email saying my mobile plan has used 100% of this months data but if I look at the customer portal its only at 65% usage... if you have the data why are you hiding it from me?

  • Zenith_SEM 🆉🅴🅽🅸🆃🅷 🆂🅴🅼 (@Zenith_SEM) reported

@VacuousNess @iiNet @NBN_Australia 15.7 Mbps down. 2.8 Mbps up. 4G wireless connection at my shop in far outer Metro Perth. If I remember, when I get home, I'll test my home NBN (FTTN, then crappy old copper for the last few hundred m) connection.
