@iiNet I note your sms that we might have internet problems. Confirming that we do!!

  • maystation4 Steve May (@maystation4) reported

@iiNet I’d love to. But now I get to spend my SECOND Thursday night in a row talking to you guys after nbn gave us a new box today and STILL it’s dropped out 3 times already. Time for this ultra loyal customer to change providers.

  • PetraAu Petra Campbell (@PetraAu) reported

@Max_by_the_bay @iiNet It wasn't offered as a solution. assuming there is not such offering. but when I get someone higher up, I'll ask

  • PetraAu Petra Campbell (@PetraAu) reported

Dear @iiNet. My issue is not solved. I still am not receiving my emails and I still cannot access webmail. I still do not authorise iiNet to delete my records. iiNet has disrupted my business with no fair warning. I just received a DM suggesting my issue is resolved? It's not.

  • BludClotAU BludClotAU (@BludClotAU) reported

@iiNet anyone else in 5041 suffering from NBN outage? I got the 'red light - optical' on my NBN box.

  • JustJimWillDo Jim Campbell (@JustJimWillDo) reported

@PetraAu @iiNet Oooh, the poor dear. Are they cowering in the corner? Did you make them cry?

  • Joey_KinginWA Joey King (@Joey_KinginWA) reported

@PetraAu @slsandpet @iiNet Use dot points and be succinct. When I complained the ombudsman called me within 30 mins of submitting the complaint to tell me they had it and iiNet called an hour later. They have people who only deal with ombudsman complaints and issues get resolved as fast as possible.

  • Blissful_way Blissful Way (@Blissful_way) reported

@PetraAu @iiNet I hear you - Left Optus after 15 loyal years as a business customer to migrate to Telstra. Dreadful customer service and a similar story as yours, however, with a different issue.

  • Joey_KinginWA Joey King (@Joey_KinginWA) reported

@PetraAu @slsandpet @iiNet The ombudsman can fine them for each day your complaint is not resolved and if they have to many days of unresolved complaints they get their arses kicked. Ombudsman in this industry has huge amount of power. Good luck

  • JustJimWillDo Jim Campbell (@JustJimWillDo) reported

@PetraAu @iiNet Yes, I've been watching your tweets. The whole thing is entirely stupid, but they appear to have you over a barrel. You can change providers (either of internet or just of email), but unless you keep paying iiNet, you're gonna lose any emails that people send to that address.
