    @iiNet You able to explain why we're estimated to have no internet for up to 24 hours in my household, when your site and the NBN site reports no actual errors? What the hell is going on, why are you waiting until tommorow to send a technician out?

    @NBN_Australia shows a major outage in my area still (> 5 hrs now) but @iiNet shows no major outages in area. Is this a @Telstra issue at heart? Whatever is going on, it’s unacceptable. I have lost a day’s work.

    does anyone else remember when @iiNet was a decent service? I'd rather shave my face with a cheese grater then deal with their call centre right now.
