    @iiNet @ashcryptoman The status now says "fixed". It isn't. On top of mail being down for nearly two days over Christmas/Boxing Day with no customer notifications, and yet the monthly invoice being the full amount.

    Hey @iiNet I closed my account in July. 3 phonecalls with associated on hold times & multiple emails and you're STILL sending me invoices!!! WTF!
