They continued to issue invoices after termination. Ignored emails, then finally issues refund for the wrong amount. After 10 years its so good to exit this crappy business account

I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.
