    @iiNet we have now experienced a full week of nbn outage and have been given a ring around between you and @NBN_Australia nbn tells me @iiNet reports the fault but you say you don't have details. Not good enough from both.

    Really @iiNet - 51 minutes on hold and then cut off. Have been a business customer for 12 years and I need to speak to someone about migrating my email account that you are cancelling...

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    @Telstra @iiNet In 4 months they have offered no help or support, just palm it off to NBN.

    It's impossible to get any help from @iinet They are cancelling hosting but no reply to messages, no one ever picks up even when we wait on the phone for hours. Come on! There has to be some way to get help. Has anyone called the Ombudsman?

    I'm so over @iiNet and its unreliable @NBN_Australia FTTP. Even @NBN_Australia has no idea of their network status. Zero business support Business Account since 2006 when customer service was ahead of every other provider.

    @iiNet my internet on HFC also down in Grovedale, Vic was down last night when I went to bed. Nothing showing on website

    @iiNet is there anybody operating the business support for hosting any more? I've been trying for 3 days to get into contact, and kept getting put on hold for over 2 hours that leads nowhere each time.
