@mariasofi @iiNet @ozemail Its really shocking. I cant believe some employee overseas telling me onky choice is for them to delete all my emails. Okay, so iiNet has 93,000 of my emails on their server, half of which from marketeers spamming daily with blogs&ads & things u never subscribed too.

  • pzeegers PeteZ (@pzeegers) reported

  • mooshka79 Kristy Himbrechts (@mooshka79) reported

  • cberkman Craig Berkman (@cberkman) reported

  • dtbell91 David Bell (@dtbell91) reported

@iiNet is there something wrong with the IPv6 network on your Geelong HFC network currently? IPv4 seems to work fine but IPv6 isn't working (I've got a dhcp lease but can't access anything using it, was working fine last week)

  • dropbear2_0 The Drop Bear 🦇 (@dropbear2_0) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet Its been more the 24 hours and your services have not been available. actually bullshit still no net. all support said was we will look into it. well its past just looking into it been 24 hours on a weekend with no net. ether fix it or i want a free month on my bill.

  • Zaphod_BBX Zaphod Beeblebrox (@Zaphod_BBX) reported from Port Macquarie, State of New South Wales

@PetraAu @iiNet Using Google Drive to send and receive mail won't stop your problem because it still resides on IInet servers. The 1MB limit is ridiculously tiny. Suggest you bite the bullet and move to a Gmail or Hotmail address. Then you aren't tied into you internet provider for email.

  • PetraAu Petra Campbell (@PetraAu) reported

@colugal @iiNet web based email is so 80’s 😒. Its too slow. Dreadful presentation, long to categorise and especially to search

  • mikeamor7 Mike Amor (@mikeamor7) reported

My frustration with Australian internet companies 2.0. So joined IInet. Didn’t think it possible to have worse customer service. But yes it is. Having lived in the U.S. the difference is stark. Promise of calls back not followed through. Terrible. @iiNet
