@iinet is there an outage in Salisbury Sa 5108? No NBN, no phone.

  • alisoncroggon Alison Croggon (@alisoncroggon) reported

Just realised @iinet is direct debiting me for a service I haven't used for years. It's a smallish annual payment that just slips by. Never direct debit, folks

  • nChef_ Chef (@nChef_) reported

@iiNet why my internet keeps cutting out I'm trying to stream pls fix

  • EmJaeCaer Michael Carmody (@EmJaeCaer) reported

@seamus @iiNet @Aussie_BB ah ok. A 5-10 minute outage is not too unexpected. The AVGC circuit has to be re-"ID'd" by NBNCo from one reseller to another, and then a L2 learning thing (MAC address on your routers WAN port) needs to timeout sometimes.

@GDFMAN1 @iiNet @tpg Hi there - I can see you DM'd us on 12th Jan and then we requested you to confirm your account details by clicking on a secure link but we never received a response after that. Aman

  • Cloudcitymelb Sarah Campbell (@Cloudcitymelb) reported

@iiNet will be canceling my account today. Absolute nightmare trying to get any kind of support or customer service. It is faster and easier to switch to a new ISP than to wait for you to fix my current connection!

  • DavidHobbs08 David Hobbs 💜 (@DavidHobbs08) reported

Hey @iiNet - any chance that our home email will start working soon? Please? 3 calls to tech support, 1 follow up email (from my work account, because, you know, our home email doesn't work) to tech support, and still no follow up or resolution. 😡 #poorcustomerservice

@iinet multiple service drops nearly everyday for the past couple of weeks. In total just today 5 hours down time. Any explanation? Pretty eager to jump ship and find a better service
