@iiNet you have the most incompetent, unhelpful customer service! I am switching providers and will make sure everyone knows how bad you are

  • occams_razor_ Grant (@occams_razor_) reported

@iiNet requesting urgent assistance, experiencing internet disconnects since late last night and today it finally connected again but it’s super slow, about 2mbps down and we’re typically seeing about 80mbps… what’s up? We have new hardware and clean new connection.

  • occams_razor_ Grant (@occams_razor_) reported

@iiNet requesting assistance - we’ve had an disconnects from NBN since early this morning and now it finally reconnected its ridiculously slow approx 2mbps down for past hour. We have new hardware and a clean connection that is normally 80mbps down and high 30’s up.

@iiNet so many outages in Gwelup WA for the past month I have resisted tweeting about it but currently 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon is getting a bit ridiculous. Don’t care if it is an NBN issue or iiNet - it just needs to be fixed 😡😡😡

  • WolfQveenttv PKD | Wolfqveen🐺👑 (@WolfQveenttv) reported

@Orda_CS @iiNet And I can't even get them to answer the phone so I can talk to them about the changes, at least they gave me a month but wtf?

  • joelgibson Joel Gibson (@joelgibson) reported

@MikeySlezak @iiNet @acccgovau Worth noting that the smaller providers are not included in these ACCC tests so if they're not there, it doesn't mean they're slow

  • OrangeFizzer OrangeFizz (@OrangeFizzer) reported

@MsPraxis @iiNet Surely they should be lowering my monthly fee if they're lowering the level of service?!

  • Nutmeg111 stuart.gee 💧 (@Nutmeg111) reported

I have just spent the last 2 hours dealing with @iiNet this has to be one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had to go through ever, bounced from dept to dept for a simple request, I guess it justifies leaving their service. #poorservice #rippingofpensioners

  • Orda_CS pappa orda (@Orda_CS) reported

Starting a community thread about terrible experiences with @iiNet that anyone can add to. I’ll start; No where near the advertised DL/UL speeds, numerous phone calls with insight such as “turn modem on and off” and when I cancelled, still billed me for 2 months afterwards

  • Ros_Page Rosalyn Page (@Ros_Page) reported

I have to restart my router every morning or my devices can't connect. Shows Wi-Fi symbol with 'no connection'. Can't get much help from @iiNet support. Any ideas anyone?
