    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    How’s this… @iiNet has cut my phone off (unable to make calls, send messages, use internet.) I use my wife’s phone to call them and ask what has happened… they tell me the ‘support team doesn’t work on the weekend’ so I’m phone-less till Monday @ 9am. In 2023. Madness.

    Ever since @internode got sold to @iiNet the service has gone to absolute ****. Customer service is **** and slow. And I can tell they dont care. Been an Internode customer for over 10 years, think it's time to leave. @superloopau , what's your customer service like?

    @iiNet fix the ISP. you are blocking @discord access. trying to access it through the application and through their website is being blocked by you,. this is the 2nd time in the last month.

    Was HOPING to get onto @Steam and download my games on my PC, BUT: my OLD @iiNet email is INVAILD on Steam, AND it's saying the password IS F*CKING WRONG!!!!! @Steam_Support, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭
