The thing I hate about #FetchTV with @iinet is the absolute lack of tech support. Watched four days of @tourdownunder on @7plus absolutely unable to watch Friday or Saturday. Can on laptop, cannot on Fetch mini. Why is this?

@iiNet and @NBN_Australia my internet has been down for 13 days, I've called iiNet over 15 times at this point and still can't get an answer as to when this will be fixed. Incredibly frustrated and just got disconnected from another call with support and they haven't called back.
