    @iiNet Yup already spoken to them and there response tbh is not acceptable at this stage. For your interest here is the invoice that caused this problem. 695673371 you might find this a rather interesting case. This is just the start of the exposure of the illegal billing practices.

    @iiNet Its too late its all ready with the TIO. Your support team failed to provide adequate support and at times ignored my requests and constantly spoke over me. I guess happens when you cut costs and move support overseas that have no idea about Australian consumer law. Damage done.

    @iiNet @ii_cMay Last invoice is 106162366, customer number is 64505970. I'm now getting less than 5Mb/s. The service is normally reliable and stable at about 92Mb/s. This is not what I'm paying for - we had to stop watching a movie because it's so slow.

    @iiNet I'm not sorry to say, but I ain't happy with your service. Been trying to get my phoneline up and running again from 2wks ago, and now you asking me for more money to re-activate when you didn't do the job in the first place! My family needs the phone on. Unprofessional.

    @IanNearhos @Telstra @TPG_Telecom @iiNet Been very happy with @Aussie_BB, great customer service. Even when we had bad teething problems with NBN (not Aussie's fault) they were very good at pursuing solutions.

    @iiNet I’m not pleased to share that iiNet are absolutely hopeless at giving me a refund after over 1 month of communication with them! Not only do they keep putting me off but they actually took another payment from my bank account! Really poor service indeed

    i asked for compensation bc we’ve been with @iiNet for years and never had these issues resolved. told that nah, can’t get anything refunded or sorted until after this case gets looked at. even tho we just had one closed, unresolved, for the same thing 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

    I'm on the phone with a kind @iiNet staffer who's forced to read and then play me a recording of a lengthy and entirely superfluous rights waiver on an unnecessary VOIP service that no one wants on a naked line. @iiNet, you need to stop subjecting customers to this dodgy ordeal.
