    So now @Telstra has cut off the landline, without being asked. So so can’t port the number to iiNet. So I call Telstra. But it’s a business number, and the business team don’t work on weekends. So I ask to speak to someone ANYONE who can help.

    @iiNet Hi Waheeb. Yeah, it's always been that way and same for any connected device. Doesn't discriminate between cabled or WiFi either, both slow (cabled slightly faster). Can't check the phone line for interference sorry as don't have a phone.

    @TomZorde @NBN_Australia @iPrimusAU Telco ombudsman helped me close the failed ADSL order even though iiNet was disputing they had the right to keep the order open. 40 days with no service! In the end, I ended up buying a useless modem locked to iiNet’s network. #perthinternet

    @iiNet @iiWaheeb @NBN_Australia Really, the bottom line would seem to be that either @iiNet or @NBN_Australia are not providing or supplying enough bandwidth to deliver the service you promised. When demand raises due to an influx of visitors to our region the service slows. It happens every summer.

    @iiNet Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve done all the usual checks. The status light on my nbn box keeps going from orange to green over and over. My signal strength is flashing red then orange then green over and over. My ocu light is green. Clearly it’s not right

    @iiNet I’m an NBN customer. The modem keeps cutting out. So all internet access is lost. All connected devices whether Ethernet or via wifi lose internet.

    Hey, @iinet a shout-out to one of your customer Service people, Sujith, who was AMAZING. Our iinet modem failed & while we wait for a warranty replacement, he helped me get an almost NBN-FTTC-incompatible wireless router online! We have internet back!
