Adam Watherston (@adamwatherston) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!
-
BC (@BCRSDivisioN_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

-
RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings
-
Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia
@SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

Absolute service disaster @iinet trying to return wireless modem (not suitable). Over 2 weeks, 10 calls, to 'fix' email & receive 'instructions' now the courier does not show - YOU WANT ME TO KEEP TRYING! I'm the only one who has been doing the work! Disgusting.
-
Kent Johnson (@KentJohnson) reported
@CrocodileChuck @iiNet iiNET NBN service is fine, I could have saved a couple of hundred a year - IF - the wireless worked. Now I can't return the modem due to corporate ineptitude! Should I bill them for my time spent trying to return it?
-
Merch (@FNQDive) reported
@iiNet The guy that rang me was helpful and had good customer service. However, train the staff you have in the chat.
-
Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported
@iiNet Oh it gets funnier! So you've cut my cable service as well as my phone service! Why?!
-
Vaughan Bellamy-Williams (@veedub3057) reported
@unicamster @iiNet I only wait on hold for around 3 - 4 minutes, plus the length of time it takes me to fill in the relevant ombudsman service's webform. If the bank / telco / insurer / etc can't answer the phone before I hit send, we deal with it through that process.
-
Voice0fTreason (@Voice0fTreason) reported
@iiNet Any update? Should we cancel family movie night?
-
Kit (@BirdNoises3356) reported
@iiNet Funny story time! It just took less than 15 mins to swap back to Optus yet it took @iinet nearly 12 days to swap me over to their system about 4 months back. It's almost false advertising to say you provide a phone service. It's definitely not worth the $15 or so a month.

rory (@villanellesboat) reported
@IntoTheWok @iiNet Did you end up fixing this issue? I’ve been having the same problem
-
Scott Taylor (@BennSocialist) reported
@Telstra Let’s do it in public @Telstra. I’m in the building at 335 Anketell Street Greenway. You said you *could not* service me with 5G wireless - yet @iiNet could. How do you explain this?
-
Rebecca (@BexualFeeling) reported
@JonathanGwood @iiNet I told the dude to check my history of service. 9 years... I was like if you make me switch and pay for it, I will go to a different carrier who will gladly do it for free.
