A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

Switching between slow wifi when it’s up and expensive 4G on my phone is driving me crazy!!!!
