A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

Parksy (@ParksySays) reported@iiNet have again failed to help. Online security check is insecure, so I won’t do that. Their call centre refuse to acknowledge that there’s a problem, as by the time I get though, the connection is re-established. It drops out each every day. Getting help shouldn’t be this hard

But you guys just sent me a bill for an internet service I have not been getting and (according to you) cannot get.
