Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported@iiNet I wouldn’t say elected, I would say forced to, based on your company customer service model that does not act on urgent issues and does not provide onshore service unless it is costly not to.
-
Steve (@maystation4) reported@iiNet I’ve been through this over and over. You know who I am. You have my case file. I’ve informed you over and over that changing weather is also a factor but it’s never taken seriously.
-
❣️☯️ Caz ☯️❣️ (@ImCaz) reportedA little bit fed up with @iinet #NBN it’s gone down 4 times in the last 24 hours!
-
David Smith (@dsmith24perth) reported@kateloh @iiNet The only thing that is 24 hours is technical support thanks to call centres in India and South Africa. It’s also pot luck if you get anyone helpful.
-
Jen Norton (@jennynorton) reported@iiNet If this issue isn’t resolved by Thursday I have no option other than going to the TIO.
-
Jen Norton (@jennynorton) reported@iiNet Liz, sorry but I have dealt with numerous different staff over the past 2 weeks with an unacceptable level of service. It’s such a shame you’ve moved escalations offshore. I will be leaving iiNet when I am able to get nbn installed.
-
Jen Norton (@jennynorton) reported@iiNet I have been dealing with one of your o/s call centres for two weeks, this is why I asked if there was an escalation team in Australia. I have no issue with dealing with offshore teams but when there is an issue that isn’t getting solved I would like this escalated to a team here.

Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported@iiNet Day 16 of no internet service. Since I can’t watch movies thought I’d start a daily diary on your Twitter feed.
-
Anastasia Jones (@GallivantGirl) reported@iiNet I don’t necessarily want to ‘transfer’ their account to my name. I mean can I just set up a new account with you and have you turn the service on using the modem/router I already have from ex-flatmate.
-
Sharon Lang (@SharonL43117309) reported@iiNet wish I could get the no. 1 customer service you pride yourself on. I haven’t had the internet service for two weeks and your customer relations team made it clear they don’t care, even though there are vulnerable people who need it.
