@iiNet you cut off my internet for no apparent reason and now I can’t contact you. I’ve called 5 times and been on hold for ages each time! What are you doing??! Awful #customerexperience

@Dr_R_D @iiNet are a classic. Customers can report a scam, but iiNet never acknowledge receipt of the reports and they do nothing about it, even when it involves someone phishing by pretending to be iiNet.

@Tracy22439716 @iiNet Hi Tracy, I’m in Uni Hill and haven’t had internet since Tuesday morning. I waited on hold for 2 hours last night to be told it’s an outage with Opticom. I then looked on Opticom website and put in the 3083 postcode for it to say “no outages in your area”

@iiNet And, btw, the password to the website toolbox I've had since I've been with @iiNet no longer works. Click on change password, get an email link, fill out the form - I get a pop up saying this link doesn't work. Tried it three times, same result #journalism #freelancelife

@iiNet I am simply a humble and long suffering iinet customer

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

Obviously @iiNet needs to re-examine their call centres in Asia. They are very difficult to deal with. Termination of a call for not understanding English, is bad customer service.
