    @iiNet @fringe_world What would be the best idea for @iinet to learn what customer service is and understand that a internet service provider also needs to provide good Email services.!

    @iiNet How is it possible that you can screw up something as simple as a certificate for getting emails? New cert you issued is INCORRECT target principle name and for the last 3 days NO ONE knows how to fix it!!!!

    @iiNet what is happening with Grapevine email service in Canberra please? Nothing coming down the pipe since 4.30pm. Items showing in webmail, internet functional and I have reset my equip at this end to be sure. I called support 1.5 hours ago and still no callback.
