@iiNet is no one manning the support email address. I’ve sent countless emails and gotten nothing back. At this point I won’t be paying a cent anymore. Maybe put more staff to support than sales.

  • Benny_Mitch Benny Mitchell (@Benny_Mitch) reported

When your being forced to change service providers on the @NBN_Australia network to be eligible to upgrade to FTTP because @iiNet don’t want to participate in offering their customers that option What ********?!

  • scottpunlord Scott Nicholson (@scottpunlord) reported

@iiNet You know what really cringes my hinges? You’re service drops out constantly and you’re website asks every time I click to verify and then logs me out after the third verify for inactivity! For a tech company, ya suck at tech.

  • kerravonsen Kindly Abnegation (@kerravonsen) reported

My internet has been going up and down like a yo-yo for ten days. Thanks @iinet - NOT.

  • LlordLloyd Peter Lloyd (@LlordLloyd) reported

Once it was a good company. I would go elsewhere (and will), but without the SIM I lose my phone number of 25 years. It's all because the phone doesn't work without a SIM, but I can't activate the SIM without the phone working. And this possibility never occurred to @iiNet

  • SmilieKylie Kylie Sproston (@SmilieKylie) reported

@iiNet service has been unstable and unusable - dropping in and out all weekend. Any news about resolution?

  • kerravonsen Kindly Abnegation (@kerravonsen) reported

@iiNet I have been hanging on the support line all week. I have a ticket and everything. No need to add to the Chinese Whispers effect. But NOT A SINGLE ONE of the support people told me that I was calling the wrong number for Business Support, nor did they tell me what that number was.

  • SarahT1900 Sarah T (@SarahT1900) reported

@iiNet internet is down in #canberra would really appreciate an update - there’s a 50 minute wait in the phone !

  • TheSliceFactor The Slice Factor (@TheSliceFactor) reported

@aeroplanekelly @iiNet I'm in Canberra also, there is definitely a problem. Started this week, speeds slow down till eventual drop out. It's unusable.

  • engagedpractx Daniel Reeders 🏳️‍⚧️ (@engagedpractx) reported

Switched to @iiNet mobile to get away from @Optus. Absolutely zero hassle from iiNet's end; had to spend about 40 minutes on a chat with an Optus rep to cancel, though.
