@iiNet your customer acquisition team for NBN is bullying me with choppy internet after I deferred their request to pay for NBN now, I am moving my service to another service provider, if this is how you sell things to customers, I will make sure you will be penalised for this

Hey @iinet - would you say 5.34 Mbps down is good enough for an NBN 100 plan?

@iiNet "your call may be recorded for quality and training purposes" no thanks. "Ok bye" You aren't going to mention why you won't cancel my service... you just keep baiting. Second to poor reliability your customer service is where I find you lack the most.

  • SMcscotch Scotchy McScotch (@SMcscotch) reported

@Telstra dealing with the impact of the COVID pandemic is still less of a PITA than trying to get something resembling customer service from you company. @Optus @iiNet surely you can do better.

  • freddstid whisaldolf (@freddstid) reported
