@HudgellSuzanne @iiNet no difference. NBN is NBN regardless of who sells it. It's the same service. The only difference may be customer service.

@DocB__ @iiNet They didn't want to help with our move to the bush. Skymesh said they would call back. They went and poked nbn about satellite for our area. Called us back in an hour and said can do. Bye bye iinet.

@iinet how do I go about getting a replacement remote for my Fetch TV? It’s not fully broken but it performs terribly and has always done so - often delayed responses or unresponsive
