  @RedCruz19 @iiNet Forced system migration. Tech instructions ineffective/insufficient. Don’t answer the calls to help number. I’m so pissed off. Long term client and their written responses have been rude! Very disappointed. I used to rate them.

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
