@StevenSinagra @iiNet Yes - it took 8 hours or more for iiNet to send an email (!) to tell us its server was down. I lost a morning of work trying to fix it.

@iinet I have no problem with a direct debit. The T&G takes 2 weeks to process the invoice. But I will ask the T&G to process my bill before the 2 weeks in the future. I just wanted a 1 week work week extension.

@iiNet I love #iinet as a internet provider and I have been a customer for a while. But I didn’t have any luck in canceling my my direct debit or getting an extension on the date I wanted. Thank you. Have a good day.

@CampbellNewman @SteveMolk @iiNet I don't Steve understands this is a paid for service advistised with certain features, not a free complimentary isp supplied email. This is a product that was sold to businesses for use in a business environment.

@iiNet @iiNet We have been forced to swap to keep our phone service that doesn't sound right to me.

  • suehodges61 sue hodges (@suehodges61) reported

@youituber @iiNet Thanks! I have a business but have just transferred everything to host papa. @iinet had awful service anyway and this is the culmination of it. I predict it will go under and deservedly so. I feel sorry for the poor CSOs and other staff who had to cope with huge customer anger.

@suehodges61 @iiNet I moved this afternoon to office 365. Utterly ridiculous they think we ca use web outlook in a business environment. They clearly broke something they dont know how to fix or dont want to and this was not planned.
