    @iiNet it seems like there might be an undetected outage in the Caringbah area. Just got through a power cycle of our router and reset it. Still no internet connection despite a perfectly fine wifi signal.

    @iiNet I dont have 2 hours to possibly wait. And i DONT appreciate doing this on a PUBLIC chat. But im happy to make my disappointment with iiNet service to a public forum on here and Facebook and say how bad this has been.

    @iiNet Likewise I have removed your SIM card from my phone so no point keeping that active either. Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

    @iiNet Thanks for your reply Darren. If you mean when I connect from the ZyXel box to my laptop, there is no internet connection. I tried all 4 ports but I also am piggybacking my Ethernet cable to two additional adapters to make it work so that could be a problem

    @iiNet This has nothing to do with tech availability. The problem is a week ago I was told I didnt need a tech and then today I get an email saying I have a technician booking for a week and a half from now and I have no net until then

    @iinet My capacity to continue my business (and host a session with @DeptDefence today) depends on your faults team specialist calling me back on my internet problem which has now been constant and unresolved since 8 April. Not impressed.
