Well at least @iinet are consistent in failing to communicate or respond to inquiries regarding ongoing email outage/issues. No apology. No onging support. Funny that when it comes to SMS delivery of invoices they seem to be ruthlessly efficient #iinet @Canstar @choiceaustralia

@iiNet How do I access support re email outage? Your call back system is not working - simply times out and hangs up.

@iiNet Hi John, it's been over 48 hours. In fact it's near 96 hours since this began. Your engineer cancelled my call. After waiting for an hour to speak to one of your customer service representatives. 4 days John. FOUR days!
