@iiNet OK, any update on when the hosted exchange issue will be corrected? do you have a planned resolution yet? There is a lot of irate customers being given conflicting information. If this is a permanent change without notice and in breach of the contract, I see class actions.

@iiNet Any news on when you will fix the email outage @iiNet? No contact with customers and offering OWA as a solution is terrible.

@iiNet @youituber Appalling communication of a sizeable issue. Why do you get to choose what program I need to use? What a way to start the week!

  • philltee Phill T (@philltee) reported

@ProfRayWills @iiNet you're not the only one. The level of communication from @iiNet is non-existent. Called Business Tech support over an hour ago and still on hold.

@iiNet what is going on with my business emails?? Can’t get through to anyone on the phone, this is appalling customer service.

  • Aus_TechCare Steven Swarts (@Aus_TechCare) reported

@StevenSinagra @iiNet Is there any update on this? Multiple clients suffering with this issue. The status update says "Minor" issue. I would say this is a "Critical" issue.

  • MrGrumpyBun Grumpy Bun (@MrGrumpyBun) reported

@youituber @CampbellNewman @iiNet I never said anything about using iinet's domain for emails. I said using *infra* (infrastructure) services provided by ISP's. That includes hosted services like Exchange.
