I organised for my @iiNet to be connected to my new address before I moved. Was promised it would be connected today. Now told @NBN_Australia will be here on 5th July to install. Given I’m working from him @iiNet how am I meant to work. You provide a useless and expensive service

@iiNet Hey guys, internet intermittent in Thirroul 2515, have powered down modem, reset what I can, works for a minute or 2 then off then on again repeat all day... help!!
