Please send a final statement/invoice to reflect this situation. If you can organise that you may prevent an ombudsman complaint. I doubt very much you could convince me to use iiNet again

Only option is satellite but NBN box is stuck in sleep mode (but NBN says everything is fine), @iiNet not managed to resolve the issue. Thanks @TurnbullMalcolm for this USELESS mess.
