  Previously @iiNet couldn’t do check because “internet connection wasn’t working and recommended resetting modem”… which is exactly what we have to do every 5-20 minutes. Gets so bad we look at each other & say “your turn to reset router”. @iiNet is useless. Next step @Starlink

  Nothing like waiting on urgent communication with an employer only for @iiNet and @WestnetAU webmail to go down for over 6 hours with nary a peep to even acknowledge it on their social media.
