If you want garbage internet make sure you sign up to @iiNet for their non existant @NBN_Australia plans.. This has to be the worst service I have had in nearly 5 years!!! #poorcustomerservice #worseplans #shockinhcoverage

@iiNet #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER, staffed by extremely dim people. And it tries to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining on social media, where it hurts most, about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

not to mention they said the line congestion caused by them overselling their bandwith would take up to 5 years to fix and they don’t have any plans to fix the issue- that conversation ended with a ‘ if you’re unhappy we suggest finding another ISP’ i found @iiNet- much better.
