Plus I’ve left call back requests for 3 days but nobody’s home? Seriously bad customer service :( It it time to change providers?

You don’t get to just change people’s plans for a more expensive one, without their informed consent. “We would have sent you an email (so it’s all your own fault)” isn’t consent! Fix it! I would have reported you to the ACCC

Craig Stewart (@CraigSt98157971) reported@iiNet Guys. I need to change my out going message on Bizphone, which bizarrely, I can't do myself. I was told at 930 this morning it would be done today. It's now 640PM. Not Done. Fix this issue. This should not be harder to do than a 1980's answering machine.

Geoff Payne (@geoffrey_payne) reportedjust had a look at my bank account, noticed my direct debit for @iiNet has increased by $5, gee, they did not even bother to notify me & when I go into Iinet Toolbox, every time I click on each Tab, they ask me to login again, shifty Iinet, making life hard for an Age Pensioner
