    @iiNet I shouldn't have had to top up. There was no explanation that there was an issue. I did not receive a text or an email that there was an issue. All I got was "Can't send text by iiNet. Error 28" iiNet support did not know what Error 28 was nor did Mobile support. Ref # 380798763

    @iiNet it’s very interesting that IiNet seem not to use any of their social media since 2024. It that because of the appalling and depleting customer service like the outage in our area today that was not communicated or corrected in the 14 hours since it went off line ?

    Was HOPING to get onto @Steam and download my games on my PC, BUT: my OLD @iiNet email is INVAILD on Steam, AND it's saying the password IS F*CKING WRONG!!!!! @Steam_Support, PLEASE HELP!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬😭😭😭😭

    @DianeDromgold @iiNet Yeah just after the tpg take over we left tried TIO and all that's when customer service went to **** we are with aussie broadband now
