  @iiNet how do I contact you when I’m outside of the country? I have a problem with the Internet at my house in Perth and my family can’t get through to your and they need my invoice, which can’t access to due to no sms.

  @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

  Hi @iiNet, we just lost DSL connection at our St Kilda (3182) home about 10m ago, and your support line queue has blown out to an hour. Is there an outage we should be aware of?

  @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks

  And, @iinet and #TheMessengerCo, I know how to reset passwords in settings and my post-grad in tech isn't helping here. I need actual tech support, tho you're both hopeless in that dept. I haven't had email on one device or another since Aug 11. Now on both, so zero email.
