    @iiNet @VocusComm what happened to support for bizphone? No client comms, no support, no ability to make changes or add handsets… after 11 years of working together, out of necessity to maintain telephony it’s time to go elsewhere…

    @Telstra @iiNet No- I report faults they instantly say its NBN, yet NBN can't find any faults. 4 months at $90 dollars with no 4g back-up. Shocking service, as highlighted here. I will be over with @iiNet by the end of the month and will recommend everyone else to do likewise.

    @iiNet is there an outage in the 4128 Shailer Park area? Unable to access broadband and no outage showing on your site. Reset the modem twice and so just asking?

    @iiNet hey is there an issue in 2213 nothing on the network issue pages yet but we have a red light on the nbn router for optical.
