    So is @iiNet email not working at all now? Appalling to be asked to rank those who try to assist on the phone so they can be 'sanctioned', as one senior person offered, when the problem is clearly with technology, compounded by no communication.

    @iinet slow, webmail accessible on and off, no response to leaving request for tech to phone us. Seriously looking at moving on to a reliable provider. Seems like we are not alone in that.

    Hey @iiNet I closed my account in July. 3 phonecalls with associated on hold times & multiple emails and you're STILL sending me invoices!!! WTF!
