    @iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.
