Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

@iiNet @RoninZero141 Weird, I saw 460 reported outages just from 6167 alone from 9:20pm, if that's not classed as an outage I dont know what is. Back now however, from your own site it was reported as ADSL/NBN ugrades 'may' be affecting the area.

@iiNet After 20 years of being with iiNet my emails are now being rejected because of a change of policy about email quotas. It’s a problem that didn’t need to happen. Management should consider what’s most important to the business – your severs or your customers.

@iiNet Yes. I then select 2 for technical support. Next I select 1 for broadband. Then a lady says being transferred. Then I get disconnected. I ended up getting my husband to call on his mobile and he got through.

@iiNet So after logging a fault and being offline the second day also other houses in my area are still offline since the outage. A tech should be coming on monday....5 days offline!! What is the point of paying for business grade and support???
