@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

  • BCRSDivisioN_ BC (@BCRSDivisioN_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet how about you get your shit together. Shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get internet turned on at a house.

  • Kristie_Bae Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

  • adamwatherston Adam Watherston (@adamwatherston) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

  • billybob43 Stephen Theodore (@billybob43) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Congratulations @iiNet you are the club house leader for 2019 worst customer service and management #goodbye

  • council Thomas Patrick 🇵🇭🇦🇺 (@council) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

After 72 hours, service has been restored. Hopefully this long outage will be the last of its kind. #NBN #iinet

  • hyp3rstrike hyp3r.exe (@hyp3rstrike) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet There are other details on that Tweet though. I'm trying to reach the HFC/NBN support team re: an NTD that keeps powercycling.

Frustrating downtime when the internet connection is down because it’s very windy outside. #iinet #nbn #hfc

  • CMS_au Craig Subocz (@CMS_au) reported

@iiNet We have and the support team tell us to wait for resolution of the outage before anything else can happen. This is very frustrating that we can't get a straight answer.

  • CallumPoole19 LordP (@CallumPoole19) reported

@iiNet Hey mate cheers for the reply, I've restarted it twice through the outlet and once through the router itself, but still says my services are down

  • 01micko raise a glass for Bob (@01micko) reported

@iiNet I'm pissed off. I got a call at 5.20pm AEST about the NBN appointment I have. FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER. I NEVER trust them. I asked details then divulged info. I got another call at 6.07pm and asked details and they said they couldn't divulge. #fishy #NBNFAIL. Wife getting calls too

  • 01micko raise a glass for Bob (@01micko) reported

    @NBN_Australia @iiNet Oh so it didn't get deleted. **** YOU @NBN_Australia AND @iiNet

  • 01micko raise a glass for Bob (@01micko) reported

@NBN_Australia @iiNet my last tweet got deleted. I would love to swear but please NEVER call me on 'private number' again. If you do, I will cancel my NBN order and cancel iinet and never use iinet @TPG_Telecom or @Internode EVER again. This a promise, not a threat. #NBNFAIL

  • 01micko raise a glass for Bob (@01micko) reported

@NBN_Australia @iiNet if I get one more call from a private number you can shove the ******* NBN up your ******* arse. IINET, I'm about to tell you lot to **** off. The amount of phone calls I have had is stupid. #NBNFAIL . 3 fails so far, going for 4

  • HelenRobertson4 Helen Robertson (@HelenRobertson4) reported

@MarcTennant @nbn @iiNet Almost everyone I’ve known who tried it had issues. One couple tried for 6mths and gave up. They were moving back to the city at the end of the year so decided it wasn’t worth pursuing.

  • LJMURPHY1910 Louis Murphy (@LJMURPHY1910) reported

@MarcTennant @slsandpet @nbn @iiNet The great unknown and disempowerment of internet “service providers”. Like yelling into a black hole.

  • Sullivan87M Michael Sullivan (@Sullivan87M) reported

@iiNet I had an awful experience that went for 5 weeks. AWFUL.

  • marcusorrilious Mark (@marcusorrilious) reported

@iiNet And end up in a scenario that your internet’s down and the staff in South Africa can’t get it back up and running for four days then it’s done remotely without input from you the consumer 🙄 you don’t get told what the issue was neither do you get a reduction in your monthly bill
