@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

  • BCRSDivisioN_ BC (@BCRSDivisioN_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet how about you get your shit together. Shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get internet turned on at a house.

  • Kristie_Bae Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

  • adamwatherston Adam Watherston (@adamwatherston) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

  • billybob43 Stephen Theodore (@billybob43) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Congratulations @iiNet you are the club house leader for 2019 worst customer service and management #goodbye

  • council Thomas Patrick 🇵🇭🇦🇺 (@council) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

After 72 hours, service has been restored. Hopefully this long outage will be the last of its kind. #NBN #iinet

  • hyp3rstrike hyp3r.exe (@hyp3rstrike) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet There are other details on that Tweet though. I'm trying to reach the HFC/NBN support team re: an NTD that keeps powercycling.

  • hyp3rstrike hyp3r.exe (@hyp3rstrike) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @iiNet Yep. iiNet Support v 1.4.4 (build 10404).

@iiNet @ii_cMay If you can please let me know when the outage in SA will be fixed that would be great.

  • council Thomas Patrick (@council) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Frustrating downtime when the internet connection is down because it’s very windy outside. #iinet #nbn #hfc

  • MordredOCE Mordred (@MordredOCE) reported

@Swip3rR @iiNet Our original installation letter said 1 to 3 months, ended up waiting a year. Can't trust any of the shit these providers say.

  • jhayessyd James Hayes (@jhayessyd) reported

@iiNet wow. I’ve been trying to organise a relocate for over a week with you. I’ve just given up and cancelled my account. Wow. I was a satisfied customer until the last fortnight. #iinet #tpg.

  • bilvyy bilvy 🐝 (@bilvyy) reported

“so... i should have asked for a refund back when they closed the last case 🙃” “yes” normally have great technicians and customer support from iinet but this phone call was bullshit.

  • bilvyy bilvy 🐝 (@bilvyy) reported

i asked for compensation bc we’ve been with @iiNet for years and never had these issues resolved. told that nah, can’t get anything refunded or sorted until after this case gets looked at. even tho we just had one closed, unresolved, for the same thing 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

  • _esther Esther Anatolitis (@_esther) reported

I'm on the phone with a kind @iiNet staffer who's forced to read and then play me a recording of a lengthy and entirely superfluous rights waiver on an unnecessary VOIP service that no one wants on a naked line. @iiNet, you need to stop subjecting customers to this dodgy ordeal.

  • ChalkNicholas CryptoNic (@ChalkNicholas) reported

@Horus1618 Bugger that Mate, iiNet was the first company I tried (very naive of me) they have terrible back haul capacity, if you actually want to put it to the test you need to go with a smaller niche ISP. we started with @MySkyMesh but they sold it to @superloopnet.

  • EmLShort Emma Short (@EmLShort) reported

@NBN_Australia The issue is the distance to the nearest node. iiNet can’t fix that.

  • kezarthur Keri Arthur (@kezarthur) reported

@iiNet That worked, so it's obviously a restriction in the wifi here. Thanks for the help, Chris!

  • Scuff_Sleepy SleepyCS (@Scuff_Sleepy) reported

hello **** you @iinet for being a shit ISP, actually terrible. dropping out for no reason every 5 minutes whats the point. cba

  • bjj4me Rinaldo De Paolis (@bjj4me) reported
