@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

  • ScottMurphyAUS Scott Murphy (@ScottMurphyAUS) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

First day of the week (given the PH on Monday) and @iiNet have already pissed me off with their lack of Customer Service.

  • micwoodward m i c h a e l ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (@micwoodward) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

  • REDRAWRADIO RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

  • Kristie_Bae Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

  • jon_benj Jonathan Benjamin (@jon_benj) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet DM me and I’ll send you my customer number.

  • REDRAWRADIO RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet are billing cancelled landline services & when the matter is raised with them state they only gave long haul services in Australia & to contact your local service provider - which is @iiNet ! @abc730 @ACurrentAffair9 @acma_operations

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

  • BCRSDivisioN_ BC (@BCRSDivisioN_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU @Speedtest I'm getting 9.4mb/s down wireless which is fine for me

iiNet Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • barefootthink Heather Delfs (@barefootthink) reported

@iiNet there seems to be an unreported outage in our area? Nothing on either IINet or NBN websites but normal troubleshooting to restart not working.

  • Salsaby Get. In. There. (@Salsaby) reported

How does a so called professional NBN provider have a support line for home customers not Business customers after hours? Bye 👋 @iiNet

  • aleeb88 1938, January 26th (@aleeb88) reported

@iiNet’S finance system still more “efficient” than customer service system. Automatic deduction of “Prepayment” for services at new address deducted 25 January, email notification of deduction on 28 January (including tax invoice dated 28 January) 🙄 None of this is new

  • Loeysmob Kylie - time to move home :( (@Loeysmob) reported

I am over this ****. I can't even reschedule tomorrows appt that you made without consulting us. What a f-ing joke NBN is.. Supposed to be decent internet & we can't even get internet...& you won't take responsibility for your f-up either. @NBN_Australia @iiNet #NotGoodEnough

  • LetsBeefAboutIt The Biggest Troll Under The Bridge (@LetsBeefAboutIt) reported

@iiNet you call yourselves “Internet Providers” more like “Internet Dividers”. You’re connections last about as long as me taking a ****.. Also your Tech Team need to stop finger poppin each other’s butt holes and fix their problem so I can access this “Internet” that I pay for.

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

@spud01au @Telstra @iiNet The issue is the HFC connection- iiNet is just the unfortunate intermediary. I need to find an ISP that has a back up 4g. Optus is another option

  • redruby17 Dr Jos 🇦🇺🇫🇷🇱🇧 (@redruby17) reported

Anyone have @Telstra nbn with the 4g backup- are you happy/unhappy? I need to find a solution for all of the outages and unfortunately @iinet don’t provide a 4g backup

  • JamesHumbers James Humberstone 🌈 (he/him) (@JamesHumbers) reported

@NBN_Australia Hi Amy, @iiNet tell me that they tried to contact their dedicated NBN technical support team last Thursday, Monday, and yesterday, & you guys haven’t responded once. Seems like now I have two companies pointing fingers at one another. 😡

  • eurimbla13 Bron: learning from history | A.W.R.S.🦉📚 🐛 🚕🍍 (@eurimbla13) reported

@redruby17 @iiNet Not my experience with iiNet or the NBN. I do have fibre to the house (was in an early trial zone). I hope you can have it fixed and service resumed.

  • mahootna2 Real (Not a bot) Robin :) (@mahootna2) reported

@redruby17 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Telstra. iiNet, Aussie Broadband and Telstra are pretty much the first choices. The real issue here is crappy copper. Had some replaced but the whole lot is ancient. Ended up contacting our local MP. 4 months later had some new copper. I feel your pain. :(
