A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

When we left over a separate issue, they offered same deal for $89. Too late! If they'd neg earlier, I wouldn't have shopped around.

durrrr (@Quokkkka1) reported@iiNet Signed up for business NBN with iiNet. Sales people promised 2-5 business days to connection. Past day 5. Modem not dispatched. Apparently a global shortage. Should of stayed with Internode. Never ending excuses.

Waiting on landline reconnection still though, gah! Oh, spoke to soon, too good to be true!! Internet down AGAIN! Is there really no one there able to fix this?
