A fourth call to organise a credit and Iโm still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely wonโt be recommending you!

mick (@shouldandmust) reported@iiNet No thanks! @iiNet customer support have told me that there WAS an illegal churn, but that there a definitely real, totally unrelated outage impacting 12 customers, which is coincidentally the number of businesses on my street.
-
Danny O'Brien (@The_Dugongs) reported@iiNet @NBN_Australia service is out in Annerley (4103). NBN website says no issues but there was a few hour lag on that information two days ago when similar circumstance occurred.

durrrr (@Quokkkka1) reported@iiNet Apparently the global modem shortage has ended when I mentioned I could buy one from officeworks. Are your customer service calls being monitored. This is appalling behavior.

Save Public Schools From Private School Greed (@savepubschools) reported@fimail70 @iiNet Sadly, no. 32+ hrs and no closer to a fix. My business is bleeding. Tech = lovely but no clue RE cause/fix. Blamed modem - 99.9% sure it's not that (their internal TransACT team confirmed it's visible on WAN + has sync/IP allocated). My modem shows the same (no issue). 1 of 2

eithne (@eithne52) reported@iiNet Oh and btw, when asked for a new modem with 4G back up default if NBN line drops out, we were told 'No' ! Apparently only available to new customers. Apparently not available to us, (20year customers) whose internet connection inexplicably down. A ready solution n/a.

Save Public Schools From Private School Greed (@savepubschools) reported@fimail70 @iiNet Did you end up getting a resolution? Tech sppt now claims my VDSL2 modem can't authenticate because it's 'too old' (sleepy, maybe?). I know for a FACT that's not correct - it's BRAND NEW, supplied by iiNet (last time they incorrectly blamed the modem) + meets VDSL2 standards.

Lomandra (@Lomandra) reported@iiNet I rang iinet to switch providers last night but keep emails. 1 hour 25 mins, spoke to 4 people. Supposed to end on 15/3. Internet now out. No email access. Help!!

durrrr (@Quokkkka1) reported@iiNet Signed up for business NBN with iiNet. Sales people promised 2-5 business days to connection. Past day 5. Modem not dispatched. Apparently a global shortage. Should of stayed with Internode. Never ending excuses.
