@Deligracy @iiNet They are the single worst company operating worldwide. I’ve had a damaged line and issues for over 3 years and have over 20 logged phonecalls to them and still no repairs. They are ******* useless

  • louichan03 Louichan03 (@louichan03) reported

@Deligracy @iiNet Maybe try tpg, I hope it all works out soon. Australia sucks for internet 😭

  • EluketricGaming Eluketric (@EluketricGaming) reported

@Deligracy @iiNet I left iinet 3 years ago, absolutely trash Customer service and whenni asked them to Cancel my contract due to No service provided by them they hit me with a $200 bill. I stayed with iPrimus for a While but Just transferred to Vodafone and am Enjoying the Speeds and Service.

  • Kakuzu511 Max Winters (@Kakuzu511) reported

@Deligracy @iiNet I have called them every month for well over a year and they only do a temporary fix, for about 48 hours my speeds shoot up to over 12mbps (I know that sounds shit) then drops back down to less than 1.5mbps. I have never spoken to someone that is 100% fluent in English from iiNet

  • krystalrturner Krystal-Renae 🌈 (@krystalrturner) reported

@Deligracy @iiNet Girl, you need to cancel ASAP and refuse to pay any bills. They are horrible customer service, and their speeds are horrible no matter where you are. You need to change providers

  • Willho_Ellen Holly Williams (@Willho_Ellen) reported

@Deligracy @iiNet iinet are awful, I once spent 4 hours on the phone with them just to try and cancel the service because it was so poor. Never again! Unfortunately Telstra is the only half reliable provider in Aus and that's only really because they have cornered the market 😡

@iiNet C#: 225100072 A while ago I had conversations with your csr's. But they can make up for the performance of ADSL. Upload is too restricted and unrealiable. I am running my tests from a device linked via cable to modem. So please do not try to fix wifi.

  • tonwiegman Ton Wiegman (@tonwiegman) reported

@iinet , I will be posting results like this for the future. The service is far from acceptable.

  • CoastalSimsie ashley (@CoastalSimsie) reported

@Deligracy @iiNet I have iiNet and it’s the worst, but we’re locked in for a few more months. My internet constantly drops and slows, and the customer service is the worst. Can’t wait to switch

  • tonwiegman Ton Wiegman (@tonwiegman) reported

Hi, We have iinet for a while now. When we just joined this seemed ok. Recent weeks show regular slowdowns. The service is not fit for conference sessions like facetime, or facebook chat. The upstream speeds by no means sufficient. You can notice this strongly talking back.
