    Worst Service & Support EVER. 16 years with them. Im in Australia, **** sake keep ur bloody call centers in Australia. Sick of dealing with bad English speaking people who pass u round from 1 dept to another. DONT USE iiNET Uless you like get frustrated every time u call. @iiNet

    @ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

    @iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

    @SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

    @iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

    Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

    @iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

    @iiNet That test was via a Wi-Fi connected iPad. It’s a few hours later and I’ve done a test from the desktop and from a Wi-Fi connected iPhone, and it’s now over 20 Mbps. But for the last week or so it’s been erratic, can tell because our Ethernet-connected Apple TV has been very slow.

    @iiNet 1/ You updated the Fetch UI 2/ It's now all show not much go 3/ Menu system is clunky , free to air doesn't work properly on first click or even 2nd on occasion Other menu [for apps etc] does the same thing It's clunky as hell Do I smell the dead hand of TPG in this ?
