The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

A suggestion/something I learned/relied on back at the start of this pandemic when my iiNet went seriously belly-up..if you go & sit outside the Woden Library..their WIFi might help with your eMail?
