    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    I’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.

    @iinet attempting to watch the Olympics via the @7plus live tv channels using iinet's Fetch box. The Fetch box reboots itself whenever it feels like it, has a slow and unresponsive interface, and its displayed picture freezes often. iinet tries to sell movies using Fetch? Really?

  • lukeperry85 Luke (@lukeperry85) reported

    @iiNet Thanks, the tech came out and solved the problem as soon as I was ready. Great service!

    @redruby17 @iiNet Did they say they were from iinet? My recorded messages say they are Telstra (we are Telstra) 😐 i know it's not Telstra but this sucks for elderly etc 😕

  • Option1 Neil Cameron ️🕯️ (@Option1) reported

    @redruby17 @iiNet Oh and all the numbers they supposedly come from are spoofed. So if you miss a call from a number you don't know, don't bother calling back. You'll just get the poor unaware innocent who actually does own that number.

  • paws101 💧 Paul (@paws101) reported

    @redruby17 @iiNet hmmmm never had a call for iinet like that..... But not sure what the scam would be!? Or did they ask you to call back or supply info?

  • Si24644598 Si (@Si24644598) reported

    @iiNet I would prefer that you sort your routing issues out . I live in Bathurst yet why is it now routing everything thru the Perth server instead of my closest server in Sydney . 90 ping and 11 my down compared to my usual 12-16 ping and 35 down .

  • awambmrgw 🐀 Awambmrgw 🕯 (@awambmrgw) reported

    @iiNet How about you focus on customer support! Calls terminated twice on two seperate days, email an offer and then unable to access via toolbox, 132258 rings twice then terminates! 15+ years as a customer about to end!

  • ltecarroll Lloyd (@ltecarroll) reported

    @jonburton89 @Aussie_BB @iiNet I think it was $79 for 6 months, $99 after that. 40 down, 20 up. #Toight
