    @NBN_Australia Let’s be clear - my provider @iinet knows nothing about what is going on. The fact that there was a service technician at my house was a complete surprise to them. And the technician disconnected me *before* letting me know. Glad I wasn’t doing anything important.

  • freakboy3742 Russell Keith-Magee (@freakboy3742) reported from Perth, State of Western Australia

    I’d also like to thank the @iiNet support staff out of whom I had to drag every last detail about how the @NBN_Australia fault investigation process would proceed.

    @iiNet the world's worst internet provider, the staff offer promises that the company can't keep. The relocation service provided by IINet is a joke.

  • BVG87 Bart (@BVG87) reported

    @iiNet How do I get a username? I’m not a customer yet?

  • SandiHLogan Sandi Logan (@SandiHLogan) reported

    .@iiNet’s Kris is a winner. Still no solid reliable connection but he writes: “Thanks for your reply, Karl. We needed to confirm on your side if the issue is resolved..”. I have told him my name is not Karl. (But if he’s into cosplay ... joke, Joyce just a joke.)

  • CharlizeTheroff Charlize Theroff (@CharlizeTheroff) reported

    @iinet Ok i am so sick of this on/off internet service. Its crap. What do you need from me to check it?

  • irreverentlaw Theirreverentlawyer (@irreverentlaw) reported

    @iiNet Do something about your call centres. Untrained people with stock answers that cannot fix your problem. 7 calls later and I'm still not connected properly. Hours of my time. This is crap

  • soswow Aleksandr "Sasha" Motsjonov (@soswow) reported

    @iiNet is there to cancel your internet service online somehow?

  • hara_damon Damon O’Hara (@hara_damon) reported

    @farrm51 I’ve had good technical support from the unit that runs the legacy Transact network, which appears to be stand alone from the broader @iiNet mess. The trick is to get past the iiNet gatekeepers and talk to someone in from that team (I think they might even be in Canberra).

  • irreverentlaw Theirreverentlawyer (@irreverentlaw) reported

    @iiNet I have just been given the worst run around by you. Appalling customer service. I'm going to switch providers

  • StimpStain stimpy (@StimpStain) reported

    @iiNet fix your internet dogs

  • SandiHLogan Sandi Logan (@SandiHLogan) reported

    .@iiNet’s Kris says: “It looks like the outage in the area has already been resolved.” What planet is he on? If getting two minutes’ connectivity before it drops out again, as it has been doing for three days now, is “resolved”, I’m a Xmas ham. Turn it up Kris & fix this please.
