@iiNet @NBN_Australia broadband in Yarraville 3013 hasn’t worked for about 6 hours now. Tried resetting the modem but no luck. I can understand if the heat was impacting the network though.
@iiNet Thank you and the service is fine. I think I panicked due to my phone issue and people I needed to contact.. It’s very reliable.
@iiNet I called up yesterday to cancel suspend my account, you haven’t done it yet and you took money out of my account. Please call me so I can arrange to get a refund.
@iiNet The service is always sub par,I only say something when it’s so bad I have to use my phone data.since I had the same issues for a week (and by that I mean constant drop outs) only a week ago you would think all this had already been done
@iiNet Because the service is so slow I have to leave devices turned on to download, some take a few days at the speeds I’ve been getting,my last electricity bill was $645.imagine how much I would save if shit downloaded faster
@iiNet Not long after I paid $500 to connect to this new address the company I was with was bought out by iiNet.guven the expense I had no choice but to stay with iiNet. Not long after that the service was so bad I had no choice but to go on the nbn(at more expense) and still issues
@iiNet Even more so since my bill was paid today and I can’t use the damn service I paid for.....
@iiNet I may just point out that I went to the 50 plan because the 25 plan was just as slow
@iiNet It’s back up again,I was wondering if there was an issue on your end and was hoping it wasn’t going to be a continuous thing like the other week.
FFS @iinet what’s the outage for now
