@wallky369 @iiNet I have had no email since Friday (Xmas Eve). As I was travelling thought it was just me but clearly it’s affecting all subscribers. Last emails were from Thursday due to outages and I can’t access on any device. Your website also down. Please fix ASAP @iiNet

@iiNet Almost 24 hours with no access to our emails! Might seem trivial to some but for others urgent work emails, vouchers for Christmas & I’m sure other critical information is now not accessible-it’s crucial to fix asap BUT We also need to be informed regularly of the status!

@iiNet You have most customer contact details. Why wasn't there at least an SMS? Or did you lose access to customer databases as well?

@iiNet Does this also include customer web hosting and Business Cloud services? The latter at least appears out of action.

@kidsglasses @iiNet Seriously swap to Aussie! iiNet is nothing what they used to be! Have a referral code but don’t even care if you don’t want it… want better internet, go Aussie. Better customer service too

@iiNet After an outage of nearly 24 hours and no communication about the problem until recently, "some" iiNet customers are considering taking their custom elsewhere.

@iiNet Not correct internet services are still down and are affected. Ours is still down and we’re in VIC. What’s the update?

@NBN_Australia 3 months. Of 24h disconnections. 20 times a day. Or no internet at all. 12 weeks. Ripping my hair out. I had to go through TIO and BRRR. Also, customer "service" @iiNet provides is the biggest sham next to NBN providing capability. Fm an ex qdf mbr intimate with sigint and comms.
