@iiNet I don’t understand how you can just leave a customer hanging, promising to call them back and then just disappear. It is NOT my responsibility to chase up your customer service for an update.

@iiNet Hi Leo I tried that, can you see if there’s a problem with my account? I have tried to reset multiple times with no luck.

@iiNet This issue has been elevated to a customer service manager, and so far the experience has been the same: disappointing and frustrating.

Once again @iiNet is down, once again their website says everything is operating as normal. It's getting so I can't even argue that this is normal, but now the 4g is being silly too, I guess from everyone experiencing the "normal" from their NBN jumping onto the 4g.

@iiNet On my Toolbox login, I can't seem to find a way to track my support ticket/case regarding no internet... Is this still a feature? Or is there another portal for it?

@iiNet I just (at 10.38) received another call displaying the same “Private name Private number” as the previous calls. This time they hung up as soon as I replied. How bad does it have to get before a trace is put on? If I’m not talking to Tal, please refer to my previous message.
