  • paul__usher Paul Usher (@paul__usher) reported

Let’s do a support call with @iinet expected time 40mins….. 55 mins later, still waiting. Why would that many customers be waiting this late at night??

  • DanielOCnr Daniel O'Connor (@DanielOCnr) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet I switched to ABB a while ago, so much nicer. I was an Internode customer but the borgification was not kind to them..

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@iiNet #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER, staffed by extremely dim people. And it tries to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining on social media, where it hurts most, about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

  • Badger_tbg Badger 🦡 (@Badger_tbg) reported

@Madgris Might be a @tpg company motto to buy companies like @iiNet and turn their service to ****

  • DeliaBartle Delia Bartle (@DeliaBartle) reported

@tbyrne74 @iiNet I've had nothing but outstanding service from the team at @Internode - been with them for years and any issue I've run into has been sorted quickly and efficiently over the phone. Moved house recently and had trouble re-connecting; a six minute phone call later and it was solved!

  • xprophetess Cassandra Parkinson 💉 💉😷 (@xprophetess) reported

@GrogsGamut @iiNet Another Aussie broadband person - switched over from Iinet almost 2 years ago after Iinet’s service went downhill. Very pleased I did and the actual changeover took something like an hour.

  • tbyrne74 Tim Byrne (@tbyrne74) reported

Oh @iiNet, are you deliberately trying to send me mad? Due to an invoicing error that's entirely your fault, you owe me a $120 refund which is now weeks overdue. Today you "credit" me $7.88. Your systems are broken, and I'm done with you. Anyone got alternatives?

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@iiNet It is extraordinary how dim and thin-skinned #iiNet’s social media reps can be, trying to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict this will be a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@iiNet Everything about setting up my new iiNet BUSINESS phone account IS ABSOLUTELY ******* DREADFUL. Been waiting another half hour for promised callback. I would NEVER go through this again. AVOID PAIN. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

@GrogsGamut @iiNet iiNet was the worst isp I ever used.
