@MikeCarlton01 @QBE Trying to get my emails running again with Iinet @iiNet after a long series of other issues! I’ll join you, unwillingly, in the nightmare of appalling customer service!
@iiNet Ok, so I contacted residential support and was told that it showed I had an internet connection so that was all they could do - it’s since dropped out of course. I’m failing to see the benefits of a Biz account...
@TlMESZ @xzRich_ See when I was with iiNet I was only getting 7 down and 2 up and that was nbn
@iiNet From the log this has been happening since mid afternoon. Funnily enough I thought basic connection support would be handled 24/7 even for Business accounts.
@xzRich_ iiNet and TPG are dogshit, have had a lot of problems with Telstra but I’m happy with them now
@iiNet is there an issue with access at post code 3195. Connection keeps dropping out...
Lol. Can’t enough any streaming Internet on #australiaday because @iiNet can’t be bothered supplying the 100Mbps Internet service I pay for. Yes. Let’s celebrate Australia. The country where corporations feel no obligation to meet a minimum service standard.
@iiNet Checked out my Speedtest results! 6.5 Mbps down and 33.8 Mbps up. On a 99Mbps NBN plan!
My @NBN_Australia’s been down all day and @iiNet tell me there’s no-one to chat to for more than an hour. They really do make a great team!
@iiNet You are treating me like a fool! Of course I’ve called support team! Twice! They sent txt to say it’s sorted & check email for detail! How do I do that when I can’t access email account! Logged yet another call! Useless service!
