    @iiNet I am not restarting anything during the dropouts. Last night's outage, as I stated, I had to literally poke the NBN co box. No restarting our router, not reseat cable. Poke the NTD box.

    Hey @iiNet, I just spent 1.5hrs on hold to be put thru to a cust service agent working from home, in Phillipines. She had a rooster ****-a-doodling in the background, a dog barking and someone else talking around her. It was impossible to hear, let alone rectify the problem...
