    @iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

    @markc @Telstra Go straight to the Ombudsman! Works a treat. I had the same problem with iinet. I closed my account down but every couple of months for about 2 years I’d get a new bill & had to go through the same process each time. magically no such problems after I wrote to the Ombudsman...
