I called at 1626 today to advise them of a potential major security breach and they were supposed to call back after an hour. I just tried to call again and got recorded message. Craig Stewart (@CraigSt98157971) reported@iiNet Guys. I need to change my out going message on Bizphone, which bizarrely, I can't do myself. I was told at 930 this morning it would be done today. It's now 640PM. Not Done. Fix this issue. This should not be harder to do than a 1980's answering machine.
