@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

I organised for my @iiNet to be connected to my new address before I moved. Was promised it would be connected today. Now told @NBN_Australia will be here on 5th July to install. Given I’m working from him @iiNet how am I meant to work. You provide a useless and expensive service
