  • adamwatherston Adam Watherston (@adamwatherston) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

  • trimbowlme Fresh PrinceofBelair (@trimbowlme) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@SeeArePe @iiNet @acccgovau @Telstra @VodafoneAU Ours is def not that bad but the dropping in and out is annoying. Speed is great when it's on but drops out for a few minutes each time multiple times a day

  • Kristie_Bae Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

  • REDRAWRADIO RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

@Dr_R_D @iiNet are a classic. Customers can report a scam, but iiNet never acknowledge receipt of the reports and they do nothing about it, even when it involves someone phishing by pretending to be iiNet.

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic @miriamcosic@masto.ai (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet And, btw, the password to the website toolbox I've had since I've been with @iiNet no longer works. Click on change password, get an email link, fill out the form - I get a pop up saying this link doesn't work. Tried it three times, same result #journalism #freelancelife

  • _Costley Costley ⚽️❣️MUFC 🇾🇪 (@_Costley) reported

@iiNet third time this week without @NBN_Australia after your service is dropping out. Is it time for a new ISP?

  • shaulkathaul Chin (@shaulkathaul) reported

@iiNet Pathetic, awful service. 3 days now without internet with a weekend to come and all your tech support agents have given me is falsehoods and zero professionalism. Processes are archaic and hopeless. If this is how you treat your customers of 20 yrs, God help the new ones

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic @miriamcosic@masto.ai (@miriamcosic) reported

@iiNet Hi Risa. The support person who helped me meet my appointment did just that. But why this sudden thing with no warning for international calls that I never had before? And how can one do overseas business keepking one eye on a pre-paid balance? #journalism #freelancelife

  • jac1010 Jac (@jac1010) reported

@iiNet @sbphoto The outage has been 8 hours, and the most recent update was 4 hours ago. Even then, the previous update was just to change the severity. Can we please get some info on what actually is wrong? And perhaps an update in the ticket that everyone is being referred to.

  • saintmichaelq17 Michael Trump (@saintmichaelq17) reported

@iiNet I've spoken to the call centre about FTTC nbn outage and was told it is a either a network issue or iiNet equipment issue. No updates available on your network status page. Any updates?
