@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@iiNet are billing cancelled landline services & when the matter is raised with them state they only gave long haul services in Australia & to contact your local service provider - which is @iiNet ! @abc730 @ACurrentAffair9 @acma_operations

@iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

@jagungal1 @iiNet Yep. It's been two years of the network dropping out the second there's more than one computer online. Bit hard to work under those conditions. We're looking elsewhere now.

I have lodged ANOTHER complaint with the telecommunications ombudsman but I did that in May 2021 as well and even though I was assured by @iiNet the issue was resolved it has happened again

@iiNet Cool thanks 1-2 more days with no internet for an issue that could have been rectified 2 days ago even though I’ve spoken to @iinet customer service every single day and they assured me every day it was being investigated and escalated
-
mick
(@shouldandmust) reported
@NBN_Australia my internet has been disconnected twice because someone has tried to connect a new service at my address. @iiNet are placing the blame solely on @NBN_Australia but there’s no way for me to resolve this issue directly with NBN.

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER. Now, it is double dipping on my credit card, taking twice as much money as it had originally been charging, but with no variations at my end to the service I use and want to pay for. AVOID #iiNet.

Hi @iiNet your website says service at my address there is “no indication of anything affecting you. Wooo hooo” but I have no service and @NBN_Australia website says there is an outage and to contact you???? What’s going on? Not wooo hooo! 🤬

Ken Nielsen

@awambmrgw @miriamcosic @iiNet The problem is probably with NBN Co for which iiNet is a retailer. A major issue is that because NBN Co has no relationship with the customer it often does not act with a great sense of urgency. It’s insulated from highly annoyed customers.

Glen Codes

@spyn @iiNet Agreed. Ten cents. What's the cost of a customer's bad experience over a mere ten cents. I'm willing to wager the average cost to acquire a customer is more than that. Crazy.

It’s 11:30 on a Friday so I feel like it’s safe to assume @iiNet and @NBN_Australia won’t be reconnecting my service until after the weekend. I live in a regional area with unreliable 4G service and rely on the internet connection for everything. What am I supposed to do?
