Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

@iiNet are billing cancelled landline services & when the matter is raised with them state they only gave long haul services in Australia & to contact your local service provider - which is @iiNet ! @abc730 @ACurrentAffair9 @acma_operations

@iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

@iiNet really I have been without e mail since the day before Xmas and your phone service rings back with silence or times out. Hardly a vote of confidence in your service.

@iiNet trying to contact support and call drops after a minute. Looks like im not the only one. DM has been sent. #iinetfail

Well, if it was me, I'd use this @TPG_Telecom @iiNet outage as a 'back door reform' - a cost-saving opportunity to expunge all the old ozemail/iinet customers and consolidate to TPG - but that's just me.
-

@iiNet Any chance of an explanation as late in the afternoon there's still nothing doing with e-mail ? - you lot also ignored my DM a few days ago as well. Great service, well not really. If you can't solve your problems just own it rather than hiding.

@ralphytown @acmadotgov @iiNet Something's happened they don't want to admit and it's taking longer to fix than they expected. That's the only conclusion.

@iiNet A truly DISGRACEFUL performance by IINET. 3 days out of action and ZERO notifications other than a lame tweet 30 hours after it all went down. Clearly, it is time to get another ISP that actually has backup plans.

@iiNet had emails for a little while today ... but guess what?? It's down again!! No notifications from you, just chance that I happened to check. No notices on FB or Twitter. Really poor service. The outage I understand, no news I can't.

@iiNet Why is it that telecom companies have the worst comms? @iinet, you need to keep customers updated hourly in an outage, not once in two days. Comms now happens 24/7, and your customers rely on it. That’s why they pay you.

@iiNet no longer has Australian call centres. @iiNet doesn’t have a retention team …doesn’t provide ETA for faults …isn’t actually caring about issues.

Well at least @iinet are consistent in failing to communicate or respond to inquiries regarding ongoing email outage/issues. No apology. No onging support. Funny that when it comes to SMS delivery of invoices they seem to be ruthlessly efficient #iinet @Canstar @choiceaustralia
