Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

@iiNet @NBN_Australia @Telstra What year is this? It’s bad enough Melbourne is in lockdown, but now there has been no home Internet for nearly 24 hours. Kids have missed school, home business are loosing business! Can we please get some info or an ETA on what is happening?
