Hi @iiNet - on the phone yesterday with Ramiz I was told a case manager would call today at midday Brisbane time. No one has called and the net has been down for most of the afternoon. The first outage was at 8:36am this morning.

  • Loeysmob Kylie - time to move home :( (@Loeysmob) reported

@NBN_Australia According to @iiNet I requested for the reschedule, which I didn't. How dare your company reschedule the appointment & say that the customer requested it, a complete lie.

  • becky182O Becky (@becky182O) reported

@iiNet I’ve already lodged an official complaint and am waiting for that, for 3 business days. Still going round in circles. My case has been ‘escalated’ 3-5 times.

@iiNet Hello Chris. I gotta lie, I’m really impressed with this service. I have apparently been connected for two months and only have been able to access my internet twice and it only lasted the period of me taking a **** on the toilet. I would like to speak to your manager. - T. Roll

@mahootna2 @NBN_Australia @iiNet Speed isn't the issue. The issue is outages. Internet had been broken since 1:15pm Brisbane time Monday. It's now 12:17am Thursday. Outages like this every 12-15 days. It's frustrating

@NBN_Australia I appreciate your assistance today but if you read my 1st tweet you'll notice I mentioned that I had already reported fault with @iiNet. This is the problem with too many links in the chain. The fault isn't at my premises. DM me and I'll provide more details.

@iiNet you call yourselves “Internet Providers” more like “Internet Dividers”. You’re connections last about as long as me taking a ****.. Also your Tech Team need to stop finger poppin each other’s butt holes and fix their problem so I can access this “Internet” that I pay for.
