Multiple issues, ZERO service from customer service team. Escalation = NIL. Will escalate to #TIO @ACCAN_AU

Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

I have given verbal confirmation yet you still can't do it?

Jays (@acejays) reported@maxblake44 @iiNet Gave up on iiNet a few months ago. Was once a very very good ISP. WAS. Found the service terribly average in the end. Switched to Aussie Broadband and very happy with it 👍
