Tim Fountain (@Tim___F) reported@iiNet @ashcryptoman The status now says "fixed". It isn't. On top of mail being down for nearly two days over Christmas/Boxing Day with no customer notifications, and yet the monthly invoice being the full amount.

Iain Grant (@Iain_Grant3) reported@Peter_F_Ryan @iiNet Peter generally, organisations don't want to provide ctr service, it's expensive & that's why yr plan is relatively inexpensive. Telstra & Optus are marginally better in terms of ctr service - they "own" the network and seldom drop out completely. ALL are in the Telecom Triangle.

Paul Kiem (@PaulKiem) reportedSo is @iiNet email not working at all now? Appalling to be asked to rank those who try to assist on the phone so they can be 'sanctioned', as one senior person offered, when the problem is clearly with technology, compounded by no communication.
