    Hi @iiNet - not sure if it’s outage related but mum can’t make calls from the house phone. Internet is ok though.

    @fimail70 @iiNet Lovely tech from iiNet is calling back 2mo AM to discuss further. I'm a bit worried because there seems to be a knowledge gap between iiNet techs and what's required to resolve issues on the TransACT infrastructure. Keen to DM/help each other out? 2/2

    @iiNet I rang iinet to switch providers last night but keep emails. 1 hour 25 mins, spoke to 4 people. Supposed to end on 15/3. Internet now out. No email access. Help!!

    @iiNet Apparently the global modem shortage has ended when I mentioned I could buy one from officeworks. Are your customer service calls being monitored. This is appalling behavior.

    @fimail70 @iiNet Did you end up getting a resolution? Tech sppt now claims my VDSL2 modem can't authenticate because it's 'too old' (sleepy, maybe?). I know for a FACT that's not correct - it's BRAND NEW, supplied by iiNet (last time they incorrectly blamed the modem) + meets VDSL2 standards.

    @iiNet Are there connection issues in Eltham/3095? Have had wireless broadband issues since yesterday, have called & a ticket lodged, but now even worse. But also my 4g phone network also problematic (service provider Vodafone).

    @Telstra I believe there are internet/nbn/4g issues in Eltham/3095? Can you give an estimated time of resolution? Various screenshots of sms messages on social media, some saying was at 3:30pm, some saying on the 10th March (?!). My provider @iiNet none the wiser.
