    @whoisricho @iiNet I agree - hopefully they will in future do a lot better on communicating early & often what the issue is & the expected resolution time though.

    @jasoncaddy @iiNet I have had no email since Friday (Xmas Eve). As I was travelling thought it was just me but clearly it’s affecting all subscribers. Last emails were from Thursday and I can’t access your toolbox on any device. Your website also down. @iiNet Please fix ASAP & text re: status

    @iiNet An absolute disgrace 24hrs before acknowledging there’s a problem. Even I can use my 4g phone to post a status update to social media it really isn’t that hard, get a guy & his smartphone and say ‘hey go post to FB & Twitter and let our valued customers know that we got problems”

    hey @iiNet - I haven't had any emails for 2 days as your system is down, can all customers get a refund of the $$$ we pay you ? You are costing me money.

    @iiNet I accept the reason for the loss of service-adverse events happen.I can’t accept the ARROGANCE of NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the delay in advising us-either your risk mgt processes are in a mess- ( crucial step”advise customers”) or u just didn’t care about us.U need to explain THIS!

    @iiNet Almost 24 hours with no access to our emails! Might seem trivial to some but for others urgent work emails, vouchers for Christmas & I’m sure other critical information is now not accessible-it’s crucial to fix asap BUT We also need to be informed regularly of the status!
