    @iiNet another dissapointing night where I can't even use the service I pay for because apparently there's no internet connection I don't wanna dm you and go chase tail just please if your going to provide a service make sure it's working!!!

    Absolutely FUMING @iiNet 🤬🤬🤬 Moved 1st May. Since week prior, partner actioned internet connection (to Five Dock) to prep. Since 3 May, EVERYDAY he's been calling. Multiple issues, ZERO service from customer service team. Escalation = NIL. Will escalate to #TIO @ACCAN_AU

    @Internode @iiNet, she will be refunded $149 in 2-5 business days, so likely not til next week, she has to borrow money for the interim to feed her baby & herself. Not good enough. Will still be lodging a complaint re your initial theft, your treatment of her & wait time of her refund.

    @iiNet hey guys just wondering if there is an wide spread outage in the 3216 area (NBN) haven’t got any internet this morning and last night it was on/off

    @iiNet I’ve lodged formal complaints with iiNet and the TIO but you’re “monitoring the ongoing situation” wherein the ongoing situation is you forced me to pay in advance on top of my normal monthly bill to reconnect a service you disconnected in the first place without contacting me

    @iiNet Hi Could you help me understand why you deleted an email address and the emails that I specifically asked you to keep Why you are unable to cancel my service after 7 Phone calls, and why you keep sending me bills? I have given verbal confirmation yet you still can't do it?

    @maxblake44 @iiNet Gave up on iiNet a few months ago. Was once a very very good ISP. WAS. Found the service terribly average in the end. Switched to Aussie Broadband and very happy with it 👍

    @iiNet has something changed with NBN speeds lately? My download speed has nearly doubled but my uploads are veeeery slow, at any time of day.
