@iiNet Just spent time on the phone trying to get the issue I'm having right now sorted with close to zero recognition from your when on the issues we have had over the last month. To be told, it will be fixed by tomorrow is just not good enough at this point.

@Chopsie_Murphy @NBN_Australia @iiNet It’s incredible that someone inside NBN has the ability to shut someone’s internet down without confirming whether it’s the right one. In this day and age of dual authentication NBN do nothing and then avoid scrutiny via inbuilt opaqueness. ZERO ISO9001 quality processes.

If you want garbage internet make sure you sign up to @iiNet for their non existant @NBN_Australia plans.. This has to be the worst service I have had in nearly 5 years!!! #poorcustomerservice #worseplans #shockinhcoverage
