I have studied computer science at university. This is why I didn’t want to have a conversation with you. JUST FIX IT.

Anne CL (@ACLambert) reported@iiNet What is there to discuss? You want to levy $100 because you don’t provide a service at my new apartment block. I’ve been a customer for nearly 18 years. Yet no one wants to apply a common sense lens. What more can I do?
-
Anne CL (@ACLambert) reportedDaily update on @iiNet decision to charge me a $100 fee for apparently breaking a contract by moving house to a building where they are unable to provide a connection. I have been a customer for nearly 18 years. Still no common sense lens applied to this disgraceful act.
