  • adamwatherston Adam Watherston (@adamwatherston) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

  • Kristie_Bae Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB A few years ago I had a lengthy argument with them when I was moving and they couldn’t service the area I was moving to but still insisted on me paying a hefty cancellation fee. Been happy with the Aussie BB service.

  • L_L_L_Tweets L_L_L_ (@L_L_L_Tweets) reported

@iiNet I've had connection issues for over a month now. My internet dropped out again and your service agent wouldn't put me onto a manager then hung up on me. Why would I want to continue my service with you?! This is ridiculous.

  • Jugeyfruits Juge (@Jugeyfruits) reported

@Frakmiffin @iiNet Give Aussie broadband a look instead. They've been superb for me. Fantastic customer service and no issues with anything (FTTP)! If you do, use this referal code to get $50 credit: 7979438.

  • donstar68 donsparty (@donstar68) reported

@iiNet looking forward to prosecuting a case against you with the Telecommunications Ombudsman for over charging me for years and not providing the service I’m paying for. After 3 hours today with yr so called Customer Service & 2 hours yesterday getting nowhere you have failed.

  • TheRiffJet Riff Jet (@TheRiffJet) reported

@M1Aussie @iiNet The issue I also have. One day, I’ll drop my guard, click or answer the question. Bang gone. Like @iinet would care. So they should stop this practice, if it is them.

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau Small businesses AVOID #iiNet. To give the ultimate lousy customer experience, routinely mischarge those who pay to keep you in business. Learn this, #iiNet, or watch your customers walk. I complained before but received no remedy. AVOID dishonest #iiNet

  • LozzieK80 Lozzie K 💉💉💉 (@LozzieK80) reported

@DocB__ @iiNet @Aussie_BB I also had issues with iinet. Cancelled before they installed but they didn't remove my nbn account on their system. Months later sent me a start up bill. Took them to ombudsman cause it was my fault according to iinet. Now very happy with Aussie.

  • donstar68 donsparty (@donstar68) reported

@iiNet @iinet Chris you have all my details yet you keep getting your moronic so called customer service staff to call and I go around and around and around in circles for hours & hours & hours. That’s because iiNet owes me a lot of money so you’re avoiding your mistakes - see Telco Omb
