Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

@iiNet why is the internet in Queanbeyan running like trash? Has been like this for weeks. 10mbps when we should be getting 100mbps. Also don’t give me your rubbish turn it off and on again solution, done that and reset wall and modem.

@iiNet My problem is, i can't stay connected.... EVERY SINGLE DAY my internet drops out and won't come back on unless i disconnect and reboot my router... even though the router says it's connected to the internet. Sick to death of spending hours on the phone to no resolve

@iiNet Do you not comprehend that it would be logical to use your Twitter account to actually announce outages in a timely manner ? That way instead of all these stupid individual replies - we would all see a main tweet from the account. It is kinda the point of your account !
