@iiNet Thank you Chris, I will be sure to do that. Might pay for someone to review the call recording for training purposes. The major gap was at the supervision lvl which unfortunately wasn't recorded No customer should have to work so hard to correct your failings

@ScottMurphyAUS Urgh! I was a long term internode customer until they couldn't/wouldn't offer the same service I had in the move from ADSL -> NBN. So I went with Aussie. Haven't looked back, internode. went downhill when iiNet bought them When TPG bought the lot out it all went to 💩

  • REDRAWRADIO RedRaw Radio (@REDRAWRADIO) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet are billing cancelled landline services & when the matter is raised with them state they only gave long haul services in Australia & to contact your local service provider - which is @iiNet ! @abc730 @ACurrentAffair9 @acma_operations

  • adamwatherston Adam Watherston (@adamwatherston) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@iiNet You guys are a joke! After making me call three times to cancel my account you then charge me another month 🙄. A fourth call to organise a credit and I’m still waiting for it to be paid. Glad my six years as a loyal customer meant something. Definitely won’t be recommending you!

  • Kristie_Bae Kristie Baehnisch (@Kristie_Bae) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet this NBN business is the worst!! Had it for two weeks wish I’d never switched from naked broadband. Internet is so slow, it’s unusable. Having to rely on my phone data. HELP.

  • BCRSDivisioN_ BC (@BCRSDivisioN_) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @iiNet how about you get your shit together. Shouldn't have to wait 2 weeks to get internet turned on at a house.

@iiNet @whirlpoolnetau #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER. Now, it is double dipping on my credit card, taking twice as much money as it had originally been charging, but with no variations at my end to the service I use and want to pay for. AVOID #iiNet.

  • miriamcosic Miriam Cosic (@miriamcosic) reported

Jesus, @iinet, if all times for your wifi to break down again! FFS. #NPC

  • tyfrost Ty Frost (@tyfrost) reported

How long @iiNet does it normally take for a response to underperforming speed issue when dealing with Opticomm service in Sydney Australia? Approaching three weeks now and still happily taking my cash.

  • GlenCodes Glen Codes (@GlenCodes) reported

@spyn @iiNet Agreed. Ten cents. What's the cost of a customer's bad experience over a mere ten cents. I'm willing to wager the average cost to acquire a customer is more than that. Crazy.

  • philliphavea Phillip Havea (@philliphavea) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@iiNet what’s going on the with the internet? Been offline since lunch and no one has been able to take our support calls.

  • jagungal1 Cormac Farrell (@jagungal1) reported

@iiNet Have sent several emails to your support desk. No response. Also contacted NBN. They were quick to pass the buck to you FYI.

  • GlenCodes Glen Codes (@GlenCodes) reported

@spyn @iiNet I'm sorry I...... Store. Que. Ten cents. They're an internet provider. Why is this....I....what? It's an internet provider.....that deals with stuff online. The opposite of stuff in person. With physical non digital money. Wtf lol
