    @iiNet it’s impossible to get through to your tech support team. Been trying all week. As you will not be hosting email services from the end of April how is one meant to change providers??

    @iiNet, your fetch portal is broken, every time i request a call back the call disconnects on your end , 3 hours of waiting and every time you guys disconnect the call

    @iiNet What's happened to your quality of service? Mass outages, almost every day... I used to love #iinet, but if this keeps up, I'm leaving for another provider.

    @iiNet internet has been intermittent and stuffed for weeks. Call and sitting on hold forever kinda makes for an impossible resolution. Just thought you’d like to know that I’ll be logging a logging a complaint with the Ombudsman. No thanks
