    @iiNet so @iinet my home internet has been out for 24 hours. When I have called your operators they hang up and the wait is another hour to talk to another operator who again hangs up. Is this your business model? DO BETTER

    @iiNet … can you please tell me when your Hosted Exchange will be fixed? I have been subscribing to you Service since 2013, and this completely botched upgrade and it’s impacts are appalling! When will it be fixed? Why shouldn’t I go elsewhere for my service? #iinet #broken

    @iiNet can you guys get rid of the forced 2 factor authentication for toolbox? I've had nothing but issues with it logging me out nearly ever time I go to a new page since it became a thing, and now there's no field to even enter the code while I'm trying to pay my bill.
