    @iiNet @StuartSMWalker Surely a bit of hot weather doesn’t causes an ISP to stop providing a service. Seems a bit of a lame excuse. 16hrs is very poor SLA for an ISP esp when the parent company is up and running.

    @iiNet @WendyBirdOZ You should have announced this issue on your Twitter and Facebook accounts, Surely you have protocols - causes greater reputation damage when it appears IInet are in hiding.

    @iiNet is having a problem with emails. Also their home page is not accessible. Mostly I've never had problems with @iiNet in over 20 years with them, so there must be some pretty major issue going on......

    @iiNet exhibiting its usual levels of customer service I see, all services down with no explanation. At least my @Pentanet_ISP connection is working, but my iinet email account is dead. Merry Christmas!
