@iiNet Hello Chris. I gotta lie, I’m really impressed with this service. I have apparently been connected for two months and only have been able to access my internet twice and it only lasted the period of me taking a **** on the toilet. I would like to speak to your manager. - T. Roll

@iiNet very disappointed with your service today. We have been customers for 11 years. Now with your swap over to Vodafone mobile network there are issues your staff don’t want to fix. I was on the phone to support, got disconnected, no follow up or call back.

@iiNet Managed to get one third of my service reinstated on the same day... Now for the fetch and the email address restore please. As a bonus fourth, change your policy so random people can't just request provision of a service which automatically disconnects any current service.

@iiNet service is suspended but you have charged me overnight. Any chance of turning the internet back on?

spoke to a tech at @iiNet they put me on hold for 32min and then they hang up on me. All this to try and resolve an issue that has been happening for two weeks.

@IanWoolf @iiNet OK, and just again, why such a big difference between down and upload. HFC is only available in limited urban areas I think?

Cannot recommend @iiNet: 3 weeks until I ‘might’ have internet, after repeating myself and arguing with people over and over and over again, and lodging a formal complaint.

@laurenmartyn @Aussie_BB @iiNet To be fair to ii, if it's a technical fault with the line, they might not be able to do much other than escalate it to the NBN. But: Aussie's signup and service so far have been stellar if you do decide to move.

@iiNet I’ve already lodged an official complaint and am waiting for that, for 3 business days. Still going round in circles. My case has been ‘escalated’ 3-5 times.
