@wombling @iiNet I’m having exactly the same issue and my network provider is @TPG_Telecom.

  • paulwoods Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported

*sigh* @iiNet 2nd level support "I don't think it is an issue, I can see minimal drop outs" Me "it dropped out 4 times in the past 15 minutes..., and at least 20 times on Thursday"

  • paulwoods Paul Woods (@paulwoods) reported

@simongterry @iiNet @NBN_Australia I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it didn't work pretty much flawlessly for the past 6 months. What is more likely broken, the completely untouched 2m run of copper wiring in the wall, or the vastly complex network of moving parts that is a telco network?

  • NSDtrendtrader Neil Donaldson (@NSDtrendtrader) reported

@thechartist @NBN_Australia @iiNet The Libs gave us a future proofed low cost Super speed broadband service........ Not

  • _Food_Ninja Food Ninja🇦🇺 (@_Food_Ninja) reported

@TeaMan2077 Never @iinet or @tpg both are horrible providers who have the worst customer service. Both are owned by the same people, both have customer service waivers, which should be illegal, but ausgov is dumb. That old nutshell

  • gillypantz GILLYPANTZ (@gillypantz) reported

@iiNet @Tsutako Yep. Exactly the same issue. Logged into my account on a mates console (Telstra) and everything was perfectly fine.

  • belovedskylines Lycan (@belovedskylines) reported

@iiNet @Tsutako Also having this problem

  • MikeEDoyle Mike Doyle (@MikeEDoyle) reported

@wombling @iiNet I'm facing the same issue Chris, even when I switch to my 4G mobile network (Optus)

  • pennykingjazz penny king (@pennykingjazz) reported

big shout out to @iiNet - over 7 calls to tech support in 4 months, new modem in July that was going to fix everything. No internet again today when everyone is trying to work. THANKS.

  • jayemvee6 Joel Vaughan (@jayemvee6) reported

@iiNet @RubyandAlex I'm also having the same issue. There are multiple threads on the Bungie forums indicating widespread issues for customers on iiNet, TPG and Internode.
