@iiNet The only reason I knew there was an outage was because I used mobile data to check that page when the net went down. A bit of notice before it went down would have helped a great deal

@iinet We are having problems with frequent intermittent internet disconnections. Service is FTTC. Seems to reconnect on its own but I have cycled power on the router to see if that stops the problem. When connection is lost, the 'INTERNET' LED on the router/modem goes off.

@iiNet @NBN_Australia it seems your internet connectivity is getting worse and worse. We pay decent amount for our internet. Why does the internet drop out so much as to when we were on broadband we didn’t have this problem? Please fix.

@iiNet So after logging a fault and being offline the second day also other houses in my area are still offline since the outage. A tech should be coming on monday....5 days offline!! What is the point of paying for business grade and support???
