Someone (not me!) applied to have @nbn connected at my address and without any warning @iinet disconnected my nbn service and made me pre-pay to have it reconnected even though they already debited my account for this month + now I just won’t have internet for 3 days I guess

So rather than engage & find a solution, @iinet have chosen to take the path of ignoring my homelessness & sent my sim to a residential address that I do not live at. Once again I’ve been put in the too hard basket because people do not want to address this social crisis.

thank you @iiNet for providing your **** service I work all day just to come home every night for my internet connection to be out why is it working through the day and night I swear to God you got a downtime on my **** just to save space on your servers or sumn like wtf ru doin

This morning's phone call was 47 minutes of veeerrrrryyyy ssssllllllooooowwwww and painful "help" from @iiNet and I think we've sort of fumbled through to a solution of sorts - hopefully.

.@iiNet provide a real service and stop bsing your customers there's a clear algorithm here with people's internet connection because u cannot provide a service your either A) tampering with it and your the reason there connection isn't on b) your servers are doo doo pick 1
