    @iiNet hey, I believe someone has used my email to create an account with yall last month, and I've been getting emails meant for that person. I tried calling the international number for help, but the number doesn't work and I don't know what else to do.

    @iiNet thanks for new modem but -no thanks Just spent fortune moving NBN connection out of child’s bedroom. You offered zero support Then sent us modem which doesn’t need @NBN_Australia line No new modem manual so can’t personalise network name, p’word @acmadotgov #auspol

    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet just canceled my ozemail account after nearly 30 years. That’s how dreadful your service has become, how empty your promises to fix things are, and how💩 your company is. Bought a 500GB SIM from Optus, immediate 40Mbps stable connection compared to your unstable 1.5Mbps
