    @iiNet CRAP service. No emails. Can’t login into email using the app or the url. What’s going on ? Not only do you slow down my speeds and charge me the same now this. And ZERO response. Time to change to Aussie Broadband.

    No comment from @WestnetAU or @iiNet on the outage re: their sites & email. It's been out for hours. Not professional IMHO.

    @iiNet Constant dropouts and looking at other tweets looks im not the only one! To top it of more then a 1 hour wait for support. This is a joke! Support used to be so much better. Definitely considering switching providers.
