    @iiNet Have already been in contact with the "help" centre which is choosing to blame me/insinuate it is my end where nothing has changed in the last month... except service speed which has gone through the floor.

    @charlietech @NBN_Australia Unfortunately @iiNet keeps failing me, one kid and 2 adults on Teams, all 3 calls keeps dropping, when call , it took 40 minutes to get through, no resolution yet, no 4G coverage from Vodafone either in my areas of hills district

    @iiNet Everything about setting up my new iiNet BUSINESS phone account IS ABSOLUTELY ******* DREADFUL. I am suffering severe buyer's remorse. I would NEVER go through this again. AVOID PAIN. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH #iiNet.

    @iiNet It is extraordinary how dim and thin-skinned #iiNet’s social media reps can be, trying to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining publicly about its appalling service. I predict this will be a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

    @iiNet Worst customer service ever!! Would not recommend this internet provider to anyone! Terrible customer service that never owns up for their stuff up & cant even provide a solution to a problem they caused!! Been w/out internet for 1wk during a LOCKDOWN &they refuse to help!

    @iiNet #iiNet's service is TOTAL DISASTER, staffed by extremely dim people. And it tries to warn disappointed **NEW** customers off complaining on social media, where it hurts most, about its appalling service. I predict a very short relationship. Want better? AVOID #iiNet.

    @iiNet is the planned maintenance in Thornbury/Northcote Victoria happening tomorrow since there was an emergency outage today from 12-6? Or am I having two days in a row without internet to work?
