Dear @iiNet , no drama, I get it. **** happens sometimes. However I am not buying 'weather event'. (are you selling tickets to the next one?). So after some boxing day drinkies I posit the following form guide as to the real reason. Come on fess up

@iiNet You need to update the status of your repair effort. It's coming up to 2 days and still not fixed. Your customer service rating is plummeting

@iiNet can the iinet team please advise the nature of the problem for transparency. Please start to manage your customers’ expectations because 18 hrs without any clear explanation apart from you are working on it is not acceptable.

@iiNet After 20 years plus of loyalty I’ve done my part but IINET haven’t done theirs. The service is just getting worse all the time. The slowest internet and not one bit of notification on why I couldn’t receive emails. Time for a new carrier.

@iiNet @KylieSaunder Maajidah, fastest cut and paster in the world. I assume you are the intern hung out to dry here. Maybe email your boss (irony intended) and get some actual direction on how to not kill the Company with your appalling customer service.

@Nemspy @iiNet Mate, a business like this should be better set up to handle this. The people working to fix it are doing so because their management didn't invest properly. And no, it's not that unusual in the years I've been living here. I hate to say it but it's likely to become more common.
