    @iiNet Worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve tried to update my phone number for 3 weeks before the bill came out. Log in requires a phone number and 2FA. I’ve never seen such incompetence from a department entitled “Technical Support”. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    @iiNet Discord voice (UDP) stuck on RTC Connecting / No Route on iinet NBN—bypasses instantly with Cloudflare WARP. Known issue with other AU ISPs this week.

    Do you know what grinds my gears? When you spend all day doing the work required to get to the bottom of a problem that should not be yours but the company decides it will be, & the 4th rep you’ve spoken to today says “I’m glad we’ve been able to resolve the issue”. .@iiNet 😡
