  • ACLambert Anne CL (@ACLambert) reported

Staying cool, calm and connected with @iiNet seems to be a pipe dream. I have not been able to access my emails for more than a month and cannot get any sense from the phone operators. I call this utility exhaustion: wear the customer down by multiple calls with different peeps

  • breadmilksugar Smithorama (@breadmilksugar) reported

Dear @tpg_telecom / @iiNet, I have been a customer for 20+ years. You just decided I cannot pay my bill without giving you a photo of my passport (and face), and my mobile number. You suck. Did you learn nothing from @optus? Stop sucking. Yours sincerely, Ex-customer.

Anyone have any experience of the Vodafone network? I'm looking at a SIM only plan from @iiNet.

@engagedpractx @iiNet Onto from like 12 years ago and the service was atrocious outside of inner city

  • LiamPomfret Liam Pomfret, PhD (@LiamPomfret) reported

Interesting that @iiNet has sent out emails reassuring their customers that they weren't part of the @Optus data breach. I suppose a lot of people must have been concerned, since iiNet used the Optus mobile network for so long.

@muchmoreamusing @iiNet Mm, I remember that too from my last stint with them. But I live the inner west life these days (read: Sydney transport is so bad I almost never leave my bubble)...
