    @bobthegeo @iiNet Back-to-back 43 and 44 are "not that unusual?" Loads of people are without power due to the strain on the grid and whatever other issues the heat causes. Remember also that people have to WORK in this to fix it. I'm not usually an apologist, but -sheesh- its email. It can wait

    @iiNet @DanRead3 So when I attempt to log into my webmail and it says username/password incorrect this is because of the outage, i.e. I shouldn’t be concerned that my email account has been hacked?? #iinet #iinetdown #iinetoutage

    @iiNet You need to update the status of your repair effort. It's coming up to 2 days and still not fixed. Your customer service rating is plummeting
