@iiNet another day that I wake to no internet! After having an outage from last Saturday-Wednesday with limited communication (and only when I personally followed it up) I wake again to no internet. What is going on @iiNet planned maintenance on 11/3 but nothing for the 12/3

@MundayJessica @iiNet Oh crap. We have been having issues with out iiNet home internet too. The kids have been losing their minds and we have had to use our mobile data which is costing a fortune. 😡

It's 9:30 Brisbane time which means that @iiNet's deadline is up. It also means I have to spend valuable time I really don't have submitting a complaint to the ombudsman and finding a new provider.

@iiNet I had already done this. You had also promised to re-tune the tower. Twice. We have also done 'the dance' - move the modem up, down, to the left, turn it off & on. Twice You are selling plans for 25-50mps when your network delivers 1-2mps and a ping >90.

@DocB__ @iiNet Sorry you're trying to get it sorted, I found my issues took a good few days to sort out, but I averaged those 5 days over 25 years, so I stayed.
