@iiNet Atrocious issue resolution. A simple change of address results in inactivation of email boxes for over 2 days and no end in sight, no one in support position with the wherewithal to do anything outside vague 48-hour ticket queues

@iiNet it’s impossible to get through to your tech support team. Been trying all week. As you will not be hosting email services from the end of April how is one meant to change providers??

@gReb3l @iiNet Mate, just get Starlink. I had issues with iiNet VDSL due to infrastructure issues outside my control, was only getting 2 - 5 Mbps when promised 70 Mbps. They refused to fix the issue and didn't want to reduce/refund bills even though weren't honouring their promise.

@iiNet not sure why you would ask me to PM you then report my tweet? Now I’m locked out because you can’t handle a little bit of blue language. Harden ******** up you incompetent Bozos. I’m making this effort because you decided to be incompetent and turn off half your biz svcs!

@iiNet after 16 hours said ‘internet will be up by latest 6pm’. Well it’s now 7:18pm and still no internet. Though I’ve paid my monthly subscription on 13th March. As @iiNet have monthly access without ‘outage’ to my account. Should I tell @iiNet that my bank account has an outage?
