Typing out a message was the best I could manage. I couldnt even get the iinet website to load to try an online chat message.

Never had this problem with ADSL2+. Your help site shows a local error @TurnbullMalcolm should be in gaol for inflicting this crap o. the country

            Sydney, State of New South WalesA colleague is having WFH issues. Got a speed test done. It’s ASDL 14/0.8. Got them to call their ISP (iiNet) to upgrade to HFC NBN which is ready for service. iiNet told them it would not increase their internet speeds 🤦🏻

Did a Vodafone one on the weekend too and was online in an hour.
