@iiNet I’ll see what I can do. I’d really hate to go to all this trouble and still find that the problem is at your end.

I’ve been a customer for 18 years and somehow you’ve now separated my 3 accounts so that I can’t even see them or know what is happening with them. @iiNet

@iiNet @bigjsl Invoicing a customer for 4c is silly; rumba used to not create an invoice if the amount was under $10. Bring that back, or make it $5 to cope with the minimal mailbox charges. Maybe it's time to charge the CC fee at point of payment, not as a billentry.

@iiNet internets been running slow every now and then since the planed maintenance from last night. Do I need to re set the box? If so how long does it need to be off for

@elronxenu @iiNet I vaguely remember being in a meeting that discussed card fee charging. It was lowering the minimum charge threshold that exposed this bug for customers with a single annual charged service.

@iiNet so your new home wireless is pretty **** but for $50/mnth I guess I’ll take ****. Def not faster than NBN 12, so slow Netflix keeps crashing #**** #iinetshit

@iiNet Your internet is awful

@elronxenu I’m a Director of the TIO so I can’t bring a complaint directly & I wouldn’t for $0.04. That this is a repeating pattern means no one is likely to fix it even though the transaction fees are costing @iiNet Would be trivial to goose the Rumba minimum to $1 :-)

@iiNet some devices in the house are not connecting to the internet and isn't showing up. The bot is quite close to the devices to. How do we fix this problem?
