    Just moved and HAD TO change internet services from @iiNet to @telstra. 3 years no issue with iiNet, 1 week with telstra, problems. And don’t think about calling them, huge delays. I love that they suggest I can troubleshoot this problem with the internet, online. #telstrasucks

    @iiNet This has not been resolved. I have advised the customer servicer representitive that I will not provide credit card details and he said that was fine and that Fetch would be working by Monday. Still not working and we called again and they said it was because no cc details🤬🤬

    @GoldinPaul @tpg @iiNet The techs say the problem is from the street to the flats. But don’t seem to raise it with Telstra. Hard to know.

    @DomFlanaganC300 @tpg Don't go NBN our @iinet NBN has a max speed of 27mbp with ave of half that and upload of 0 to 4mbp and they can't or won't sort it out. Mobile 4G at same times are 2-3 times that. and more often than not it just drops out and doesn't work

    @iiNet & @NBN_Australia can you guys actually talk to each other so as the customer we can find out what’s taking so long.. It’s been 36 hours, no internet. My phone requires wifi to send transmissions of my loop recorder to the hospital.. 1/2

    @iiNet We have the box, we have active internet, we have and activation code which @iiNet have sent.... but you can tell a computer that the account is active. Despite multiple calls to your service team!

    @iiNet So if you could speak to the team liz and activate the fetch box it would be great. You where fairly quick in collecting the direct debit for the service.... would be great if yiu could now actually make the service active and working...@iiNet
