As a long term loyal customer I’m sick of seeing all these specials to get new customers but nothing for us saps paying top package, still on IQ2 & paying for Netflix on top. Losing my job shortly so looks like it’s time.

Results only show in HD and we don’t have HD. Time to go to #TIO I think as after almost two hours I’m told it’s been a known issue for several months.

I recommend others doing it. They have no technicians or on short support now sadly.
