@rockjobtiger @Foxtel Nope. Don’t have it. Could never see the value. Especially as you have to get a basic package first then add sport. Basic contained nothing I would ever watch so total waste of $ And especially as I have had a Free NRL pass for a few years and can watch anywhere.

I never went to Uni like I had planned too. I started working at Foxtel part time as a 16yr old, which ended up being an education institution for me. I didn’t accumulate HECS debt like my friends did who struggled. I think it would be fair to clear that debt for students. #Hecs

But you do have to wonder, when in a time the streaming services are so busy they've reduced the quality of feeds to not flood our networks, why a service like Foxtel isn't doing better, not worse. And the owners...

@Telstra terrible customer service just had to listen to excuse after excuse from staff at your store in rouse hill as to why my order for @Foxtel has not been processed. No customer follow up or explanation just dropped the ball and ran off.

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Re: CEO email, if you allow people to make changes (down) or cancel through online self service they don’t need to call - you can chase them back once normality resumes & you have the staff to do so. Retention team can assist with 1st point of contact

If you want to cancel your Foxtel sport, don't go in hold. Hit them up on Twitter. They took 24 to get back to me. But once they did, it was gone in 5mins.

Ahh thats sneaky @Foxtel if I want to cancel you can't do it online but you can buy a service online and I have to call back during the working week. Has anyone reported you to the @acccgovau, just curious.

@MatGill10 @dylan_buckley I don't have Foxtel, so I can't comment on that, but the Chromecast does Netflix, Disney+ and Youtube, which is pretty much all my wife and I need, and haven't had any connectivity issues. If/when our TV does finally die, it's replacement will definitely be a Smart TV though

@GreenJ Compared to Fox Sports on the Foxtel boxes, I actually find it ok in accessing a heap of sports. However, you're right, the UI itself is a tad annoying with endless scrolling up and down. And the refresh of live stuff takes ages. But all up, I'll take $15/month of kayo.

@Foxtel I’m having issues with Foxtel go on PS4 pausing and buffering every few seconds, where other streaming apps like Netflix, Stan and Disney+ are having no issues (so I know it’s not my internet). Have reinstalled app...still same problem. Help me plz!!!!

@cheeseanderson @dylan_buckley I use to think this but it's so far off the mark. Smart tv remote can control the Foxtel IQ box, less cables to run & no connectivity issues with chromecasts. Smart tv all the way.

@Telstra Foxtel on demand service has stopped and need a new set top box . Requested last Dec nothing has happened. Have been trying continuously to sort this out through the Telstra app help chat system for 3 days. Promises to help and no actual assistance. What can I do?

@KristineGolding @sandrajmuirhead This is the response I got from Foxtel.. “it all comes down to our licensing agreement. We don't hold the rights to broadcast it at this stage. I'm not sure of which platform has picked it up, though”
