    Hey @Foxtel I understand call centre staff are working from home , but when they are speaking to a customer on the phone , it’s probably a good idea for the rooster and the dogs to stop squawking during the call , so I can actually understand what your staff member is saying.

    @dkfcdotnet @DeanRosario @Elia_Santoro @SFynmore Until the legality or otherwise of Foxtel’s reported negotiating position is established, publicly speculating on changes to structure in the next 3 years would itself be bad faith. You’d hope the plans are being developed for public discussion as soon as Foxtel De-commits.

But you do have to wonder, when in a time the streaming services are so busy they've reduced the quality of feeds to not flood our networks, why a service like Foxtel isn't doing better, not worse.     @MickLynch_Age Mick, I’ve had this issue for 4 days trying to watch “Blood” on SBS On Demand with same notation on the screen. I have no idea. Foxtel and Netflix works fine

    I never went to Uni like I had planned too. I started working at Foxtel part time as a 16yr old, which ended up being an education institution for me. I didn’t accumulate HECS debt like my friends did who struggled. I think it would be fair to clear that debt for students. #Hecs

You can't contact Telstra maybe now they'll realise that having call centers overseas is STUPID. I need to change my entire package for home ph.     Wow so I was just able to cancel my @Foxtel subscription this time around without too much hassle. I was paying $50/pm and would’ve kept it had I been able to keep it at that price but they wouldn’t budge. Anyhoo I won’t miss it.

    @Dangerouslytal @Foxtel Foxtel are classics , so I can cancel and create a new account and get it for $69 but they can’t adjust my current price ... which is significantly more than the $69 they are offering a new customer @foxtel a business model with no clues , it defies logic , the next Blockbuster!

    @joshgnosis It's also misleading, in that they're asking for what you'd pay for a foxtel-like service, probably not indicating what the ABC does, etc. If you asked someone who answered $0 what service should do the rural reports, the fire, weather, emergency reports, they'd fund something 🙄

    @Foxtel incredibly expensive - uncompetitive price given Netflix etc You could have every subscription service there is for less than this per month. Your business model is outdated, and the value no longer there unfortunately.
