@Halit95429397 @Foxtel I was a customer for over 15 years. After 15 years due to my travel forgot to pay my account I was 1 day late. No empathy no care and would not drop the late fee. So I cancelled. That was full Platinum IQ4, with 4 boxes and nbn. Their reply.... we dont care,

@HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

@Foxtel I had broadband booked to be installed on the 8/12/2020 between 1pm to 5pm. The tech did not show up. They booked broadband installation for 22/12/20. I again took the day off work and lost wages. The tech DID NOT SHOW UP AGAIN! I have had enough. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

@Foxtel Can you guys tell me why I can't update my debit card on the app, when its a monthly struggle to pay the foxtel bill purely because nothing works properly its maybe time to just cancel it. Especially when netflix, stan and binge work better and are cheaper.
