    @Halit95429397 @Foxtel I was a customer for over 15 years. After 15 years due to my travel forgot to pay my account I was 1 day late. No empathy no care and would not drop the late fee. So I cancelled. That was full Platinum IQ4, with 4 boxes and nbn. Their reply.... we dont care,

    @HansOrph @deccles26 @NBN_Australia @Foxtel NBN outages is one of the reasons I selected @VodafoneAU for my NBN provider. 4G backup kicks in automatically if the network falls over. Worth considering changing to them if you need/want seamless internet

    @FOXTEL_Help hi my wife is trying to stream a movie and it keeps either buffering or just turning itself off, ive just checked my internet and that is working properly so it isnt a net issue

    For @Foxtel customers experiencing tech issues tonight with IQ boxes. I'm told the problem might be if you have Ethernet and WiFi connected to the box. Try removing one of these and let me know if it fixes it.

    @sallyrugg Now rule #1 in tv ratings = Thursday night is a death trap. Years of research shows this. Murdocracy privy to even more accurate ratings via foxtel data. Decision to move the show was to help demise. Host secondary issue.

    @FOXTEL_Help I waited over an hour for tech support chat only to get to number 2 in-line & told no tech available so have booked technician to visit my house but first available appointment is 7 days away!😡. My iQ4 stuck on standby..I hope your tech issue is fixed soon & it fixed mine.
