@Foxtel “To get your new Foxtel IQ4 box delivered, just call 131999.” <-These simple words need to be in big letters at the top of your website. They aren’t. And I have just spent an *angry* hour finding it out. If you want our money, make it easy for the customer to buy!

@RedfernMichelle @Telstra @andy_penn I had the same problem. Ended up churning to Optus & Foxtel direct. Sadly after a few years Optus gives similar poor service*. Next stop probably TPG. * Upside is I had some great fodder for a paper I just submitted at/to Oxford!

if you had any of these as a kid you werent poor: - liquid stock (instead of stock powder) - two storey house - foxtel - flat screen tv before 2012 - more than two barbie/bratz dolls - christmas lights - air conditioning that you actually used, that was installed after 2005
