You can't contact Telstra maybe now they'll realise that having call centers overseas is STUPID. I need to change my entire package for home ph. New mobile and internet plan & Foxtel I'm leaving telstra now

@Telstra terrible customer service just had to listen to excuse after excuse from staff at your store in rouse hill as to why my order for @Foxtel has not been processed. No customer follow up or explanation just dropped the ball and ran off.

But you do have to wonder, when in a time the streaming services are so busy they've reduced the quality of feeds to not flood our networks, why a service like Foxtel isn't doing better, not worse. And the owners...

Look, it’s almost my birthday and Facebook does this donation thing. So I’d like to tell you about a charity called Foxtel. They really need $130 of your Australian dollars every month so they can provide you a piece of shit box and substandard streaming on demand services.

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Re: CEO email, if you allow people to make changes (down) or cancel through online self service they don’t need to call - you can chase them back once normality resumes & you have the staff to do so. Retention team can assist with 1st point of contact

Hey @Foxtel I understand call centre staff are working from home , but when they are speaking to a customer on the phone , it’s probably a good idea for the rooster and the dogs to stop squawking during the call , so I can actually understand what your staff member is saying.

I never went to Uni like I had planned too. I started working at Foxtel part time as a 16yr old, which ended up being an education institution for me. I didn’t accumulate HECS debt like my friends did who struggled. I think it would be fair to clear that debt for students. #Hecs

@kayosports_help So just an update, this still hasn’t worked. Intermittent buffering still during live broadcasts. And it is literally the only app it happens on, no issues with Foxtel which is also streaming live.

@DaveMilbo Your articles convinced me to ditch @Foxtel after more than a decade of membership. When I cancelled I explained calmly that I could no longer financially support such a company. Not sure they really cared but I certainly feel better from that

@Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help Not really sure why I bothered staying up for the Indy 500 Qualifying with your poor coverage. I don’t think I’ve seen a complete lap or a interview debrief, but I sure do enjoy the 2 and a half minute ad breaks every 5 minutes. Full price for half coverage.
