    @CrStuartJames @Telstra @Foxtel @kayosports Ask these guys for a hand @FOXTEL_Help they have sorted out many issues the idiot @Foxtel customer service people OS cannot do or will not do and do not care or even try to understand any more. I no longer use @Telstra or @Optus because of the call centres.

    @FOXTEL_Help Hi guys I seem to have a new problem. Recently I have tried to record shows I FTA chs & they failed or part recorded. Eg watched footy on 504 record Masterchef on Win HD. Got nothing. Even checked TV guide after back tracked it showed MC with red R. 1/2

    @gohardtiggers @Foxtel Couldn’t they just post the box to you? I got mine that way and set it up no problems! If issues then they can send a service man!

When they are rolling they want to treat you like a customer but when they are struggling they want to be sporting clubs & want fans/supporters money. They decided to become businesses now they have to pay the price

    @Pullenvalebirds They have closed their call centre apparently. Cancel you credit card then send Foxtel an email cancelling your subscription

    @AUFCNEWS Foxtel needs to come to the party and pay the last qtr of $ owed. We aren’t the only sport that isn’t providing content for them so fairs fair. I’m devastated for everyone who has lost their jobs because of this. And our essential service medical staff need a huge congratulations

    @Foxtel I have been on hold fir 3 days on average 4.5 hrs trying to cancel my Foxtel you guys need to step up and allow people to cancel their Foxtel how many others out there that have had no luck canceling my next step Is a complaint to accc

    @KristySed @Foxtel Exactly the same here Kristy ! i have asked 6 times but they refuse to answer . They should be reducing the monthly fee in the interim period. The next option would be to cancel the whole service
