@foxtel you're ripping me off. A new customer who signs up for what I have gets a better box, Netflix Included and about $40 cheaper a month .... if anything, my loyalty should be worth even more than that $40.

@Foxtel I requested a relocation and the technician replaced my iQ4 by an iQ3 without my consent. The only reason I still have Foxtel is to watch Formula 1 in 4K. I called you twice within two weeks to bring my iQ4 back and nothing happened so far. Could you please help?

@moylecroft @bigjsl @NBN_Australia Biggest issue here on NBNHFC is occasional congested upstream. Once Foxtel and Bigpond are off their spectrum, that should pass too.

@2GB873 @Erin_Molan Early in all the footy show stuff I didn't like her too much as she was pushed into our lives and the footy show changed. Good or bad I don't know as I switched off. She has stuck to her guns, got on with it and hasn't had a dummy spit. She is good value but I watch foxtel footy

@DavisCathetine @Foxtel I agree @DavisCathetine, that goes for all businesses because they all talk up customer loyalty (wanting and valuing it) but don’t walk the talk. I do have other streaming services as well so, now I’m out of hospital, I think it’s time for me to let Foxtel go.

Foxtel use to have customer service, back in the day when they cared about their customers. Now you get abused by their Loyalty Team from the Aussie call centers on the Goldy ans/or Melbourne. Cant even follow thru with that manager calling back. Useless @FOXTEL_Help

@FOXTEL_Help And my pc is a gaming one with an ethernet cable connection. No love stream freezes except kayo. It’s just a bad service and frustrating customer service too.

@PeterDellaPenna @timwig Peter, the problem is the Oct-Nov slot not the year necessarily. Even if ICC requested CA to move the WC slot, CA’s self interest means that it would still want to get its home Test summer in + Big Bash to satisfy Foxtel & Ch 7. Therefore, #T20WorldCup still gets less priority.
