    Tried watching @Wimbledon on @Channel7 but it is being shown with a terrible 576i resolution. Lucky I can watch it on @Foxtel with true 1080p HD. Oh well you get what you pay for with free to air TV.

  • armodan Dan Armanasco (@armodan) reported from Toowoomba, State of Queensland

    @ms_peterpan @FHoulahan @ShayneM59 @Adam_bets @Foxtel Ffs 1986 was a bad year. My birth year and Chernobyl.

    @RochellScarlett @Foxtel Omg the worst. Get on the phone and crack out the magic words. Telecommunications ombudsman.

  • rl_keith Robert Keith (@rl_keith) reported

    @grottyscotty Same here. I remember having Foxtel on 9-11. After that we watched BBC a lot but I got rid of Foxtel in the early 2000s. I refused to give Rupert money for a heavily censored service with ads. Jenny would get the AFR sometimes. Now it all looks incomparably worse.

  • RochellScarlett Rochelle Scarlett (@RochellScarlett) reported

    Thanks @Foxtel for putting up our subscription by $10 a month during a pandemic when half our household can’t work and continuing to charge us for an additional month when we tried to cancel (when it’s not even installed in our new place). Nice customer service!

    @KleinRevd @getdownsy im willing to bet word come down with the down turn in papers and foxtel that they were told anyone that does anything other then tow the line is sacked atm .one of the papers employes said that the papers had gone into "full loony mode " over andrews and they quit because of it

    @Kareeming_1 @murzo_4 Got this same **** a few months ago with a Foxtel Now overcharge. Got sick of the BS, logged an issue with the ombudsman and got refund within two weeks. It was like the Telstra operator was dealing with 10 calls at once

  • FactsnoCrap Just the Facts (@FactsnoCrap) reported

    Too all AFL supporters who's team is in the finals. Don't get to carried away if you win the Grand Final because it is only a Lighting premiership. The brag will never hold up compared to a real season of footy, it is just for Channel7 and Foxtel only, nothing less 😴😴😴

  • tylrdavid Rage Against the Journopoly (@tylrdavid) reported

    @davidbewart The problem with this theory is that almost all NBN connections can watch streaming services without issue, including Foxtel. I do think News Corp trashed FTTP, but only because it was a Labor plan, and another weapon to get the LNP back in power.

  • Bondiward Mike Ward (@Bondiward) reported

    @davidbewart I would put money on it and get very low odds. Didn't Malcolm then donate 40mil to Murdoch. The NBN was undermined to protect the Foxtel cable network. It's obvious. Who did it for what reason.I'm sure they all deny but the NBN experience and internet speeds speak for themselves
