I gym in mornings: Yoga Hatha/Vinyasa (depend what’s on), group Pilates, weight circuit training, 45min treadmill, 45min gym bike, 2yrs= I lost 30kg!

The price has gone up $20 on the last few years and the service hasn’t improved. I pay $107 a month to have Foxtel I can afford it, many cannot.

Mick (@Av_Gas2) reported@jake_w0405 @gilby_gillard @kayosports Yep. Use some remote bullshit to cancel a $40/ month subscription with kayo. Only other way to get your sport is via a “sports package” tacked on to a higher monthly subscription with Foxtel.💅🏻 Pricks.
