@FOXTEL_Help wasting my time and money. Customer for 9 years and just spent over hr on the phone being passed from dept to dept and expecting call back. What a shock...nothing!!! No wonder streaming services and Kayo are attracting customers. No rewards for loyalty from you

  • kat_balou Kate L (@kat_balou) reported

@Foxtel you need to sort your customer service out. No help, no resolution and no call back. Why would anyone subscribe??

  • kat_balou Kate L (@kat_balou) reported

Any wonder people are leaving @Foxtel in droves for Kayo? Customer for 9 years, and can't get any help. On phone for 1hr and no resolution

@Mattys123 @NRL So Kayo good worth the money then? Reason I ask I’m moving so if I cancel Foxtel premium and just get kayo and binge is it worth it ? Don’t have drop outs no lagging ?

  • 1whtb Jayne (@1whtb) reported

@ShiannonC It has to be all his crap - newspapers, magazines, TV, Foxtel, websites - THE WHOLE LOT!

  • suzisays_ Suzi (@suzisays_) reported

Purchased the #UFC253 PPV and isn’t working. Tried rebooting iQ box and it’s still not working. Wait times on the phone over 30 minutes and the PPV has already started. @FOXTEL_Help

  • westsport Lance Jenkinson (@westsport) reported

Imagine holding rights to an event as big as the #StanleyCupFinals, like @ESPNAusNZ and @Foxtel do in Australia, and not showing it live. Foxtel needs pop up channels or a return of the red button. ESPN needs more channels or a proper streaming service with Chromecast #StanleyCup

  • tommysvr Tommy Silver (@tommysvr) reported

@OptusSport putting ads on the content that we can’t skip is a pretty **** move for a paid service. Don’t turn into Foxtel.

  • spudley67 Stephen Hanley (@spudley67) reported

@ScottyFromMktg What ******** are you giving money to Foxtel for????? #crook

  • Surrounded_Sea Girt by Sea 😷 (@Surrounded_Sea) reported

@carney_mat @mister_wynn @PRGuy17 Foxtel subscriptions are down and the ABC is significantly outperforming News online. Streaming is up slightly, but News has a poor track record in this area and seem to struggle to maintain in roads in that space. Rupert’s assets are rapidly becoming stranded.
