@sezlloydy How did you swing that? When we rang Foxtel and said we were contemplating leaving due to the price it was basically 'oh well, sucks to be you'!

  • GaryButterfield Gary Butterfield (@GaryButterfield) reported from Millendon, State of Western Australia

Dermott’s performance (or non) in the commentary box 2,000 kilometres from the game, is clear evidence Foxtel need to lift its commentary game. It’s an insult to the viewers…. Indulged, patronising, all about him & for want of a better term ‘crap’ #AFLSunsCrows

Lucky for foxtel they don't have any competition so I can't cancel them and subscribe to another streaming service. Oh wait...

  • yipyar brett mowbray (@yipyar) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

@Foxtel 20 years of giving you money and still can’t get decent service. Get your **** together #pissed

  • LaceyJoshua Joshua Lacey (@LaceyJoshua) reported

@Foxtel Yeah I’ve tried that, nothing happens. If I hold down the button on the box it turns blue but then goes back to red in about 5 seconds

  • millionsofmyles Myles Harris (@millionsofmyles) reported

@jessicalalor @Aussie_BB Small thinking Jess. But the real reason was because it was it was a threat to NewsCorp and Telstra. Lots written on the battle over the Foxtel Telstra cable network effectively having to be written off due to NBN.

  • yipyar brett mowbray (@yipyar) reported

@FOXTEL_Help Have just spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, have to wait and see if they have sorted it out

  • QuantumFish777 Marc (@QuantumFish777) reported

@Foxtel upped my plan without notifying me now when I call in, happy to cancel or offer me the same plan at 20 bucks more per month. Appalling service, the worst being the jump without notice. Will be reporting this further.

  • fiikster fiik (@fiikster) reported

@FOXTEL_Help ahh... I'll cancel my free month by then. Thanks for the reply.

  • angryaussie AngryAussie (@angryaussie) reported

Currently on hold with the clowns at foxtel who want me to pay for an "upgrade" to be able to stream shows on demand (a service I have always had) after having paid their rather extravagant costs for well over a decade. Not exactly peak customer service.

@Foxtel @YoshokoY I’m aware support staff are usually quite removed from Product Decisions and strategies, but pass this information over to your UX department.
