    @chipswoon Urgh, that's rough! Is it worth checking that NBN is your best option? I had similar issues in a previous rental but when I looked turned out I could get cable through the existing Foxtel install, which took me from 3MBps to 30 (Telstra & Optus website told me that was an option)

    I love how the @Foxtel discount, for a loyal customer of 15+ years, is to offer you $20 off the premium package…..which equates to spending $40 more than the current amount per month you pay.

    @FOXTEL_Help I was going to cancel someone from retention called we discussed and I argreed to stay get iq5 box in price package but she was going to call me back as was having trouble finding my address

    @AnthonyClarkAU @Telstra @Foxtel Do not pay. They NEED you to get off cable... I think the through telstra part is the problem - have you spoken direct to Foxtel about switching TO them direct and getting the new box?

    @Foxtel Well that was a massive fail @Foxtel have tried everything you have suggested and not one reply other than automated ‘bot’ message. You leave me no choice but to cancel all 4 boxes mine and my parents !! Great service 🙄🙄🤬🤬 NOT!!
