@kerryt70 I'll just go to a pub next time. You pay enough for #foxtel to get adverts, then pay $50+ extra for a main event to then still get adverts. Never used to get ads on ME channel!

@FOXTEL_Help Rang again - now down to 10 to 15. Would still like to known low wait times please. Late night v suitable for me.

@CherylCritchley Telstra is a part owner in Foxtel. To get customers onto their overpriced mobile phone network they used the Live Pass for both AFL and NRL. They don’t want to subsidise this service anymore. So they’ve killed the live pass it’s that simple.

@asunderland @PatsKarvelas Best ad to make me cancel my Foxtel subscription

  • qldroar4eva Saskia Shaw (@qldroar4eva) reported

@Foxtel is there a problem with streaming at the moment, because I’m trying to stream very scary people and I have tried through the box and through PlayStation and it’s buffering all the time. However if I watch Netflix Stan or Amazon they work fine.

@Igh0108 @SkyNewsAust @Foxtel My bad... I just saw your reference to win

  • spavri SP (@spavri) reported

@Foxtel If you cant allow people to self-serve online when they want to remove a service from package, then you atleast need to have a dedicated phone line for cancellation. Currently onhold since last 20 min and it says wait time is 20-30 mins.

  • Kermitron anarchopriapist (@Kermitron) reported

@Disco_box @seamus Presto was literally too hard to use. Ugly, outdated interface. The website and app both chugged - not in terms of stream speed, but navigating menus. Assembling watchlists was a legitimate struggle. Unbelievable they made a worse service than Foxtel Go.

  • bridgetboson bridget boson (@bridgetboson) reported

@Telstra Tried kayo once, spam was chronic, despite endlessly unsubscribing. Telstra's service is 4th world. Foxtel fleeced my Dad when Mum died, theft from his credit card took a year, they were merciless, not another penny. @AFL wants to lose supporters? No care for "it's community"

  • siggsau Richard Siggs (@siggsau) reported

@bigjsl The Brits can sign up for Bad Uncle Rupert’s Foxtel online where these channels (2 x CGTN channels) have been streamed here in Southern Murdochistan for a long time.

  • ianw56 Ian Walker (@ianw56) reported

If ever there is a competition for the worst customer service in Australia I would nominate @Foxtel - their incompetence is almost comic
