@nichj1 Hi Jay, we have delivered the IP ranges we have on our new network to all businesses (e.g. Foxtel, Stan, Kayo, Disney+), we are simply waiting for them to whitelist these IPs to rectify this issue. We understand it's frustrating to have no firm ETA and accept this is not ideal.

@ABCmediawatch Not all games are on FTA TV every week, some are exclusive to Foxtel, so you have to pay to see those. You also have to pay to go to the footy. And with all the ads, FTA TV isn't as free as you think. Stuff C7. Their coverage is poor.

hi @Foxtel .After multiple hours on the phone speaking with your offshore call centre in Africa. My issue still hasn’t been resolved & they have now put in a completely incorrect address on my account all whilst not keeping your word & overcharging me. Please contact me asap

@FOXTEL_Help We can't stream anything in Foxtel Now - Live TV or Demand. Live we get loading wheels every 10-15 seconds and nothing but a loading wheel for Demand. Other streaming services running in UHD no problems. Any tips?
