@FOXTEL_Help I know and understand. But don't understand if customer is frustrated with system he has every right to raise issue. Instead of telling things to customer just focus on resolving. Once things resolved customer will cool down and do remove fro. Sm.

@Foxtel I recently cancelled my foxtel subscription due to their inept customer service. They lied to me when I signed up and have been awful for the last 12 months. DAZN is $2.99 per month for boxing - foxtel is doomed and I’m glad

@Telstra 2/2 - No internet, no phone, no mobile service, no Foxtel, no free to air TV (aren’t allowed to have antennas, it’s delivered over fibre). Then Telstra just tell us “too bad” and we’ll get back to you in a week. I’m doing work and writing this from a Maccas car park.

@FOXTEL_Help See i tried to get it resolved privately on chat at foxtel. But guy did not resolve the issue even close the chat knowingly. Once issue resolved i will delete from public.
