@GuardianAus Note the use of the word coverage not access in the PR but helps boost participation rates. It's a PayTV service, if Foxtel were fair dinkum (love that phrase) they would spend the $10M to provide the coverage, the resources etc and broadcast the sports on free to air🤯

@Telstra Weird outage only seems to impact internet connection from modem to appliance via wifi. TV and Foxtel connected via Ethernet still working #Telstra

@YaThinkN @RedfernMichelle @Foxtel Commercial TV stations have never tested audience for women's sport by actually showing games on a consistent basis. $10m could support netball players so the players can make move to QLD & not worry about money.

Is there any way I can cancel my @Foxtel through @Telstra I ring the number only to find out that I can suspend my account but no way to cancel. Absolute bullshit. Allow us to cancel it online ffs.

@dkfcdotnet @DeanRosario @Elia_Santoro @SFynmore Until the legality or otherwise of Foxtel’s reported negotiating position is established, publicly speculating on changes to structure in the next 3 years would itself be bad faith. You’d hope the plans are being developed for public discussion as soon as Foxtel De-commits.

@FOXTEL_Help Never had any issues until this week. Do we still have to pay $15 if we get the Foxtel Now box? We have IQ inside but don’t want multiroom as it isn’t good value when it’s only used on weekends.

At what stage does the #ALeague cancel its season? Shifting teams interstate costs money, playing in near empty stadiums especially for the Victorian teams, cost money. I'd hope the new one year #foxtel contract is watertight and the season can be called off.

@chipswoon Urgh, that's rough! Is it worth checking that NBN is your best option? I had similar issues in a previous rental but when I looked turned out I could get cable through the existing Foxtel install, which took me from 3MBps to 30 (Telstra & Optus website told me that was an option)

I love how the @Foxtel discount, for a loyal customer of 15+ years, is to offer you $20 off the premium package…..which equates to spending $40 more than the current amount per month you pay.
