    @Telstra I seem to be having a lot of network issues with my phone lately. Especially when on 5G or at the shopping centre at postcode 2912. Are there any ongoing issues?

    @Telstra No it’s a brand new modem and only needed it for the first time when Telstra shut down our internet access for maintenance during lockdown whilst we were all trying to work from home and couldn’t leave the house.

    @Telstra I enter my current login details and then just get a blank screen. I’ve been asking for help for over a year now. I just keep getting fobbed off. Now I can’t even use the web version of my account to change my email address.

    @Telstra Hi Tori, when your network goes down like it is due to yet again Wednesday night your new Telstra ‘Smart’ modems are supposed to ensure continued connectivity. Connectivity is so slow that you can not even open google never mind work from home!

    How stable is your internet? Every other day I have to tether my computer to my phone (telstra 4G) for internet, despite my computer being hardwired to my router-NBN. Reset router, reset NBN box, restart computer. No permanent solution. Roll on 5G coverage FFS
