    @zoom_us Thanks! Yeah the issue is on the iPad. On iPad though there is no such difference, it’s all speaker. In any case, OK, pushing the button on the screen can silence— but it is standard UX that simply dropping vol to 0 mutes, not sure why the iPad app devs would override that 🧐

    @zoom_us - Until you're willing to fix bugs, please make older versions available for download so us working folk can roll back to a working version of your software. ie: Linux Version.

    @PhilippeLoctaux @acar321 This problem is unique to @zoom_us. Other apps are fine. Meanwhile, most features that make it to windows and mac for various apps rarely make it to the Linux port.

    Anyone ever notice that you cannot completely turn the volume down when you are in a @zoom_us call? It goes down to ~10% on my iPad Pro, but no further. Can still hear it clearly. They seem to have overridden iOS’s volume control— but how 🧐, and why?

    @Adamski @emerywells @zoom_us What Adam said. I run 6-8 hour board meetings over Zoom with showing presentations and videos along the way. That’s not to say I like Zoom... I hate it. But I haven’t had any issues.

    <sigh> the Dummy Output issue returned for @kubuntu as well. What's maddening is that the audio worked for over two hours. Then I installed @zoom_us and the 1st time I ran it, it killed the audio. Even a timesink restore did not help. ****.

    hey @zoom_us, my company's pro account(s) have a problem for logging out. it's hard for switch between accounts and keeps logging to the same account. i'm already deleting my browser cache and saved login information but it doesn't work (even on incognito mode).

    @zoom_us Why can't I see chat history from before I join a meeting? Frequently I take trainings with multiple sessions, so joining a later sessions means missing the useful links & instructions provided by the instructor when they started the training. Please fix this feature.

    @zoom_us plz find a solution to microphone issue in the beginning of every meeting. Some people are struggling to find out how to connect the audio and this is a complete waste of time.

    @zoom_us Your most recent update has rendered many youth chiro me books absolutely useless for e-learning that is 100% taught in zoom. Contacted support and was told my only option is purchase another computer for our kid. We’ve gone 6 months with no issues.

    Tbh @zoom_us is complete trash. Needed help on an audio issue but they literally provide NO customer service for people who have the “basic” (free) membership? How is there no online support for an app that’s literally providing virtual tools??

    Hi @zoom_us can you help me get virtual backgrounds working? My pc is above the requirements, the app is up to date and virtual backgrounds is enabled in settings. Still getting the error message that my device does not support them. Do you know why this is???

    @emerywells @zoom_us Heavy zoom user here, cpu utilization pretty low when using on Mac and pc normally. Sounds like may be a corrupt install, or a video driver issue?
