    . @zoom_us an important, public health #COVID vaccine meeting was zoom bombed today. This is not acceptable. As @rashadrobinson has said to your leadership repeatedly, non-cis, white male events are often the target, especially events that are in the service of Black communities.

    Hey @zoom_us - you provide a TXT file with captions alongside a recorded meeting video file. But those captions don't import correctly into YouTube, even when I tried converting them to SRT using an online tool. Help!

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    @zoom_us Totally disgusting and unnecessary making kids wear masks that are going to cause them severe psychological & health problems. Horrible advert. Are you suggesting they wear masks on zoom? Even more disgraceful.
