I have been talking to this guy in @zoom_us tech support ALL day about my account not recording/saving meetings. He has told me 4 times thqt he can’t find the recording to analyze the issue and I KEEP telling him he can’t find it bc it’s NOT recording 😭😭 omfg

@ImpsMom @zoom_us The tech guy may not have access to 'login attempts' log. But some dashboard should have that matrix tracked. As OP said, they never would've imagined THIS use case.

@zoom_us Why does zoom have to be connected to my main computer audio (windows) it turns down the entire volume of everything and its not very helpful can you make them separate
