    Tried for 15-20 min. No "join meeting" button on linked page. Click "Launch mtng", page blinks but goes nowhere. Thot maybe bad link but no corrective email so probly not link issue. Downloaded Zoom to 2nd (identical) phone. After sloow download, tried on THAT phone…> @zoom_us

    @Microsoft @zoom_us And now it won't boot and no hw errors. Tried: Repair Safe boot Restore Booted once after restore and bluescreened again, now give new error: Bad_ststem_config_info (2/2)

    @ericsyuan or anyone from the @zoom_us team. Can you please get someone to contact me. It’s coming up to a week and my issue still isn’t resolved. It’s impossible to get to speak to someone who can help and all the emails are from bots.

    Following my post weeks ago that @zoom_us took an entire years payment on a monthly subscription, I have not heard anything back from them. I have emailed numerous times, but nothing. If you’re expecting supportive customer service when it comes to Zoom issues, think again.

    .@MicrosoftTeams is the very worst. It worked poorly with my audio interface this evening. It would only recognize one channel, not two. Musician could play his keyboard but not use his mic. This is NEVER a problem in @zoom_us. I really wish the client had used Zoom instead.

    "Can you see my screen?" "Am I sharing the right screen?" "Oh no, not what I wanted to share. Can you see this particular screen now?" Looks like a simple "preview" or "show me what I'm sharing" feature would fix this. @zoom_us

    @zoom_us Dear Team, I have enrolled for a pro plan yesterday in my zoom which is worth 1300 INR... But not able make a co-host while pro plan shows that co-host is available... @zoom_us you people are too weak when it comes to help your customer... Kindly inform and do needful!

    @realkatiejow It's called "being responsible." My mother died earlier this year, not Covid, and it's my father's first holiday season without his wife in 52 years. I want nothing more than to be there with him, but we're not terrible people, so it's Christmas over @zoom_us for us.
