    @zoom_us I've already missed several meetings. Your guy told me on Saturday he had no clue how long this process would take. It's my understanding this is a hardware ban? This is entirely unwarranted. I JUST started paying for my subscription and then this **** goes down?

    @zoom_us I spoke with someone this morning I have logged in over 12 hours trying to fix my account. I do not know why you have account managers. I need to add webinar to my account. I've had it on there for over 3 years. You removed I need someone to call me ASAP and fix this. @zoom_us
