    Interesting how @zoom_us doesn’t even bother to respond - and there was I recommending their platform and customer service to a large UK training company last week who is looking to move from a competitor!

    @zoom_us Won’t matter if the student has terrible WiFi. And anyways, students want to be in school. Remote learning is a cruel myth and no way to treat our children.

    @lewis_goodall It’s hugely disappointing that tech companies who’ve made a lot of money during the pandemic e.g. @zoom_us haven’t reached into their pockets to help out, not that they should need to of course if the Govt could get their act together

    @LFLegal @zoom_us That depends on what mix of participants you have. Zoom does screen reader accessibility pretty well, so if you have blind users in the mix, one option is to use a third-party service with concurrent ASR captioning sessions, piggybacking on your audio. 1/2

    It took me TWENTY minutes to get @MicrosoftTeams working on my kids laptop with their weird login-logout-login-logout process to get into the right email to join a Team just for our local scout troop. Not worth the hassle, guys! @zoom_us is WAAAAAY easier to use!
