    @zoom_us Q:I use video timers (YouTube or online stopwatch). I used to be able to keep these sites up as my shared screen & go to a different page & monitor student work & the timers still run. Now when I do it the timers pause for participants or goes black (in Slides). Can we fix this?

    Clever Twitter friends. Any idea how to solve @zoom_us probs for Mum&Dad? Each time they can’t turn camera on & all we can see is a crossed out camera symbol. They can see us & we can hear them. All settings have been checked - they say. Got to sort it b4 Christmas #zoom #help

    @zoom_us interface is terrible. I get lost in the app daily, and my grandma has zero chance of using it. Is there a solution out there that tackles this problem - a video calling app or interface specifically designed for elderly users?

    I wish @zoom_us would fix menu to shoe always. I forget then have to find mute when told I’m muted. Why is it a good idea for people not to have menus so they can check mute easily. What’s with app designers’ obsession with hidden menus it’s not as functional & takes time

    @Truth_Sirum Absolutely! Hands-down, it’s been a horrible year for practicing sobriety! It’s at least the worst in my own short career. The no in-person meetings thing is killing me, but I surmise that that’s by overt design. AA on @zoom_us is peculiar, interesting, & convenient, however…

    @Chime @zoom_us I’m trying to understand why my bank account was closed and you guys are keeping the money? Support won’t give me any information and are referring to a section 9 where there is no section 9 in the deposit agreement! Fix this!!!

    @zoom_us Zoom on my new M1 Mac is having major issues on sound. It can't use my system sound at all (just gives me an error). If I connect AirPods, they work fine, so I am doing that, but was wondering if this was a known issue and you are working on it.

    Anybody having a weird issue with the latest @zoom_us update? My stepmom suddenly can't control a meeting with more than 16 participants. Like her ipad goes nuts. She's emailed them 3 times and gotten no response, and yes she pays for her account. Please help me I'm very tired.
