    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves

    @zoom_us why can't you guys just stop taking money from my Acc! I only needed your service for 1 month. I have cancelled, sens an email chatted you guys up yet you still taking money from my account for 3 months now. I need help on how to stop this anyone.

    @bt_global @ThomasDuecke @zoom_us At least your managers can have your zoom meetings. My father-in-law has been waiting over 3 weeks for you to connect his internet and tv. No engineer AGAIN today. Disgraceful service and you charge him £110 pm for it.

    @zoom_us they have zero customer service and support. I haven’t gotten anything but a dumb to at repeating the same auto response. But they sure as hell took my money out. Never a late payment and the account is disabled.

    @zoom_us @goldenglobes Even though I have entered the correct password, it gives the warning "that passcode was wrong". I connect when I enter the same password on the phone Please fix it

    @mooreds Yessss. Having DMs get lost is a real problem. Lotta iteration could happen on that part of the service. I'm looking forward to that hopefully happening soon, @zoom_us.

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.
