    @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

    @zoom_us It happened in two meetings; it seemed to be fixed though. I switched to the Web Browser and that seemed to fix it at the moment.

    @zoom_us Hey thanks but she actually can’t log in & your help center keeps sending us in circles. She set it up incorrectly & can’t access & we just want it deleted.

    Do any people work at @zoom_us ? I'm in an endless loop on its AI help. I can't log in without verify code, but by the time the code comes, the page is times out. How can I get a person to help me?

    @zoom_us I use it on Chrome. There are no errors when entering, it just says "waiting for other members" or somethin' like that and refreshes on its own every 5 seconds. After 2 minutes of refreshing, it boots me back out to entering a name/recaptcha with no error message.

    WTH is wrong with @zoom_us ---- Our group has been down for 3 days & no one at Zoom seems to know anything! Maybe someone with some intelligence will be back at work Monday & realize it's a bigger issue for more than our group! Crazy!!!!!

    @GoogleUK @zoom_us Hey guys, we are quite disappointed that our merchant account was blocked in the UK for no reason. Customer service is nonresponsive at all. Can we have some help here? Or whom we should contact.? 🙄

    @zoom_us they have zero customer service and support. I haven’t gotten anything but a dumb to at repeating the same auto response. But they sure as hell took my money out. Never a late payment and the account is disabled.
