    @zoom_us can you please adjust ur camera system so people don’t have to see their own face while on zoom bc my wife is breaking her face down in a very unhealthy way. #destructive

    @Fizzbw @zoom_us Ok next steps! 1. Go to profile settings in a browser 2. Scroll down "Closed captioning" section 3. Switch the toggle to on 4. Check the "Enable live transcription service" option that appears below the toggle 5. Switch the "Save Captions" option to on just below that

    I have come to detest the @zoom_us webinar format. I would rather not attend events than attend in that format. It is impersonal and shuts down all interaction.

    @zoom_us standard practice is to rip off their customers - have a live paid up subscription to middle of next month but they have double charged me - robbery! #zoom customer service is non existent and you can’t contact them

    Why is it so hard to add a discount code to a zoom account? Seriously, I've been trying for 2 weeks now. @zoom_us support just passes me around to people that never get back to me. I just want to add a @TechSoup discount code to our NFP's zoom account. plz send help :(
