    Is anyone else having the @zoom_us issue where you’re waiting for a client to show up to a scheduled meeting & when they don’t, they tell you they tried but zoom said you were in another meeting (when you weren’t)? It’s happened twice in a week and it is so annoying. #zoom

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    @zoom_us I am unable to sign in. Keeps giving me the oops window. All other websites working fine so not wifi issue. I am right outside of Boston.

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options

    @bt_global @ThomasDuecke @zoom_us At least your managers can have your zoom meetings. My father-in-law has been waiting over 3 weeks for you to connect his internet and tv. No engineer AGAIN today. Disgraceful service and you charge him £110 pm for it.

    @roboticdinosaur @zoom_us It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.
