    @zoom_us Finally got the update installed. I had to restart the iMac beforehand because apparently something was bogging the system down and that caused the installer to crash.

    Since @zoom_us isn’t fixing the issue I am requesting all the zoom groups in my non-profit start changing to @Cisco webex. The service is better and all the same pricing. You actually get more support from Cisco and security. #ZoomFail #DropZoom #hacked

    @zoom_us made unauthorized charges for unauthorized services to my personal credit card for up to $18,000 Mexican pesos in late January. I have been trying to contact a customer service agent for weeks and still nothing. What can I do ??? @Profeco???

    I really, really wish there was a auto-captioning service that could plug into multiple conferencing systems. We use @zoom_us a lot at @drupalassoc but there are many people I work with who will only use open source conferencing and I want to be able to do that accessibly.

    Is it just me or have others experienced issues with @Logitech's Brio 4k camera and @zoom_us? I upgraded Zoom earlier this week to latest and now I see random switching between "standard" & "widescreen" views and now I am back to lots of issues with autofocus, etc...
