I don't often tweet but today.I really can not belive the quality of @zoom_us.Speak to them all day on twitter to then get you to speak to support.Speak to support who close the case.I seriously can not belive it why would I buy it if they can't sort a simple problem😡😡😡

@paulbettner @zoom_us And actually that makes sense to me. If the user base doesn’t update you do need to force the issue to keep everyone up to date.

Apparently my sister’s school district has mandatory, in-person teacher in-service today. They’re passing around a sign-in sheet, and some aren’t wearing masks. It supposedly can’t be held remotely b/c the school doesn’t have “enough” @zoom_us licenses. AYFKM?

Thanks to @zoom_us' remote control feature, I was able to investigate the problem on her computer. After digging around from a few minutes, I could tell that the problem wasn't in code. It turned out she had her font-size set to extra large in her browser's settings 2/4
