    She was trying to raise her hand but didn’t have the version of @zoom_us that enables you to push a button + raise your hand. I had that same problem when I started my classes. Yet, there doesn’t seem to be a way of ensuring version uniformity for everybody in a class, for ex.

    Them: To use a vanity URL you need to prove you own the domain with a dns record. Me: No problem, done. Them: Oh it looks like that URL is already taken. Me: How, I've owned this domain before you were a company @zoom_us #fail

    @BretLemoine @zoom_us Same here in Brazil! Trying to have access to an interview since 12 PM 😭😭😭 I contact the Zoom's help desk and they reported some issues in the uploading process for the cloud. But "at least" the files will not be lost.

    @brianleejackson @zoom_us @ericsyuan I have literally been having the same issue and of course there is no way to contact zoom if you don’t pay them. I have unsubscribed through their “link” multiple times and I keep getting their emails, and their twitter account ends up ignoring me. I also want to report them!!

    I think it’s weird @zoom_us is celebrated for flourishing in the pandemic but @amazon is positioned as evil. Both companies benefitted from the world deciding to shut down.

    @tiffani @zoom_us Our local school district has blocked nearly every way for remote kids to raise hands or ask for help (no g-chat, document comments, external email, Slack, text, etc.) in keeping with our state's DOE (DESI) strategy of making remote as unsuccessful as possible.

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    Customer service experience: I am using the @zoom_us customer service chat to get help with a technical issue. The rep told me to search for an answer to my problem on @YouTube. Yes. This is happening right now. #customerservice
