    @lecanardnoir @zoom_us I still think your analogy is off. All web services provide a communication service, that’s what the internet is. You’d have to expand the definition of carrier to be anything that uses the internet. Zoom isn’t the one moving the packets, that’s the ISP.

    hey @zoom_us could you do something to fix the participant order in the zoom client? it appears to be random. this is inconvenient when doing an online SCRUM stand-up. You can't simply pass to the person on your right, you have to memorize who has already spoken. 😐

    @zoom_us Basically, I need to try setting every setting on and off to figure out what would work? I tried re-installing, didn't help. This started happening few weeks ago. I can go 5-15mins and then it freezes

    Alright, I've a perplexing issue in #Zoom. Two of us were testing a background. Mine was all black, like the original image (logo on black background). Hers had just the logo in the center, and grey bars on either side. Anyone know why the cropping? @zoom_us, any insight?

    @evrimu @zoom_us @virginmedia I’m having a very similar issue. Some websites work but others don’t and for the irony of that, the virgin media website doesn’t work either. I’m in north London. Virgin, any updates on that? When will this be solved? #virginbroadbanddown

    @zoom_us @eli_usss Yeah @zoom_us it’s happened to me too and several of my peers. Perhaps it’s a glitch? But it’s very scary to not know that the mic will randomly turn on
