At the end of @zoom_us calls, in the "How was your experience?" question, in addition to "Good" and "Bad", they should add a "Send help or call social services" option, for those that WFH with small kids

@zoom_us Great. But what if your account remains blocked after being hacked. Bank account emptied and can’t access zoom. Lots of dancers who can’t be taught for two days now. Absolutely nothing being done to help.

@zoom_us Not having a way for folx to PERMANENTLY change their display name (i.e., so it appears upon meeting entry every time) to their preferred name if they are using an institutional SSO that uses their legal name is a big problem. Solution please?
