    @zoom_us @zoom_us I don’t have the option for polls. I have even tried to see under my profile if I need to enable polls but it’s just not there and I can’t speak to a human being either by phone or email to help me

    Trying to upgrade to @zoom_us Pro. Doesn't work. Tried again 24h later. Doesn't work. So I try to call them, but support is only for Pro accounts. Use the Help Centre, they say. I want to give them money and they won't let me. This makes my ******* blood boil.

    @zoom_us I have been using your app to teach for sometime now, but I observed that the pen for the shared screen has become thicker that before. I tried changing that, but I couldn't. I am not so comfortable with using that for teaching, how can you be of help?

    @zoom_us We tried to reach zoom support, searching the article, also contact by chat to Zoom Assistant but the problem wasnt fix yet.We also check the hardware and the connection, everything was good. We also connect directly the device with LAN but the audio still echoing and unclear.

    @zoom_us I am unable to use virtual backgrounds even though I have all the technical requirements needed! The 'chatbot' is not helping at all. Can you fix this please?

    @zoom_us are you having systemic issues? Your website does not report any however a large conference gathering I was attending is definitely experiencing outages!

    @TheKpopProf @zoom_us When we tried to join the breakout rooms she opened, it told me that an error had occurred and kicked me out of the meeting, prompting me to join through my browser. When I rejoined the meet she was unable to put me into my breakout room and the breakout room button on my end
