    Hello @zoom_us I have a pro account with you. All my previous meetings have disappeared AGAIN on my iMac. Been online with your tech help. Wiped old desktop Zoom app installed latest, unistalled Chrome installed latest - still no previous meeitings showing in web version. Help!!

    @zoom_us @goldenglobes Even though I have entered the correct password, it gives the warning "that passcode was wrong". I connect when I enter the same password on the phone Please fix it

    @zoom_us Yea, that still wants my 2fa to get in to the account after a password reset. I found my 2fa eventually but it could have been easier to reset. No problem now :)

    @Zoom @zoom_us just advising, users can’t join meetings in Australia (Melbourne); host doesn’t see anyone while users see “awaiting accept”… help!

    WTH is wrong with @zoom_us ---- Our group has been down for 3 days & no one at Zoom seems to know anything! Maybe someone with some intelligence will be back at work Monday & realize it's a bigger issue for more than our group! Crazy!!!!!

    Hey @zoom_us - you provide a TXT file with captions alongside a recorded meeting video file. But those captions don't import correctly into YouTube, even when I tried converting them to SRT using an online tool. Help!

    @stigi @zoom_us I've seen with few people including myself. It happens after a Big Sur update. Screenshare freezes (for the other members of the call) and restarting the call doesn't help. The 100% fix so far was to reinstall zoom and + maybe "use tcp" in screen share options
