    @zoom_us it's zoom! I know I deleted the zoom cask and installed the zoomus cask but that must've been on my other machine. Let me do that on this machine as well and see if it resolves the issue.

    @zoom_us Finally got the update installed. I had to restart the iMac beforehand because apparently something was bogging the system down and that caused the installer to crash.

    As a solo biz owner, I would love to have the same features as businesses with 10 people (1080p recordings.) Can @zoom_us help me with that? I'll gladly pay for a single business license - I just can't pay for 9 unused extras. Help me out?

    @dominik_stoll @VirtualHlthPHSA @zoom_us Tks will try that. Covid has made things much more difficult for me to get help in person. Sick now, & no clue how as been isolating in my home since fall of 2019 after missing flu shot. In all that time I have been out of home less than >20 times. Wearing mask, shield & gloves
