    @zoom_us This option doesn't appear for me. Did the "merge to meeting window" option disappear? I'd like to dock the participants and chat windows to my gallery view during screen share with dual monitors. Please help

    The @zoom_us Original Audio with iPhone/iPad being around 96bit kinda makes sense if they are only pulling 1 channel down, and explains why it does not sound that good.

    @zoom_us Desktop running 5.4.2 with 25 screens on in meeting and using Firefox or edge but still having the problem in some classes and there seems to be no rhyme or reason to why.

    Looks like Zoom Phone is down, may be related to the AWS outage but still not information on the Zoom Status page or from support. @zoom_us

    @cjcrompton I had this exact problem today...it's in the local documents folder. I was super happy when it eventually turned up, automatic email would be great or added to the outlook invite for the zoom meeting @zoom_us

    After being @zoom_us’s QA again. I can report that High Fidelity Audio has big issues with quality across devices. Receiving Mac sounds like a 192 bit mp3 as advertised even though I would prefer more like 256 bit. iPhone is like 128 bit mono. iPad sounds worse like 96 bit mono.

    @zoom_us everyday around 6pm CST I have problems with hosting meetings. People who join can't see any messages I sent or hear any audio until they are eventually dropped out of the meeting.
