    Hi, can any @zoom_us users help please? I'm Running Zoom (v 5.0.2) on MacBook Air (OS 11.0.1) Wondering why in Prefs/ Settings/ VirtualBackground/ ChooseVirtualB/ground the (+)option to add a new b/ground from desktop images has suddenly disappeared? (tried restarting Mac) Thanks

    so, @zoom_us, after days of dealing w/ time-killing bugs in meeting settings on $$$ account (settings not honored - EVER), horrific bot cs and then finally get a real agent who after "hello" never responds again... we r going back to @GoogleMeet2. anyone else have these issues?

    @zoom_us Hi again @zoom_us, for some reason my reports today only show the host info and times and no participants! Shows number of ppl but no in/out times nor duration for others. Have tried 4 times, even waiting 2 hrs later. Pls help!

    Anyone else having trouble with #Zoom reports not working today? I rely on usage reports for attendance record-keeping. I go to check the report for 1st period today and the report is blank. Other teachers in my school having same issue. Is it limited to my school? @zoom_us

    @zoom_us i have recorded a meeting on Cloud and received a confirmation email. So once clicked the link, and clicked at the recording it says' the recording does not exist' can you please help me retrieve it?

    After being @zoom_us’s QA again. I can report that High Fidelity Audio has big issues with quality across devices. Receiving Mac sounds like a 192 bit mp3 as advertised even though I would prefer more like 256 bit. iPhone is like 128 bit mono. iPad sounds worse like 96 bit mono.

    @zoom_us This option doesn't appear for me. Did the "merge to meeting window" option disappear? I'd like to dock the participants and chat windows to my gallery view during screen share with dual monitors. Please help
