Zoom Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Casablanca Phil Whitehouse (@Casablanca) reported from Mosman, State of New South Wales

@Dunners @Snowbadger @zoom_us OK, I’ve given this much thought and I’ve narrowed it down to the following: Does Anybody Really Know What Time It Is? - Chicago Hanging On The Telephone - Blondie Tired Of Waiting For You - The Kinks

  • MpofuMpho Mpho Eland (@MpofuMpho) reported from Wednesfield, England

@AppleSupport my AirPods Pro are giving me a problem with @zoom_us the mic is not working. I think it’s zoom because they work properly on FaceTime and other calls

  • runaislam Runa Islam (@runaislam) reported from Newton, Massachusetts

Now that I am managing 3* sets of @zoom_us interactions, my exposure to Zoom bugs has tripled. Today's weirdness: meeting passcode didn't allow me into meeting on device A, but did allow me in problem-free on device B. Is this a known issue? *Me plus 2 kids

  • solaxstacks Yoruba Diva (@solaxstacks) reported from Maplewood, New Jersey

I find it so rude when my professors share their screen on Zoom and it takes up my whole screen like no. @zoom_us you need to fix that.

  • enablinguk Steve Gorton (@enablinguk) reported from Copmanthorpe, England

@VictoriaNextUp @zoom_us It can be spoken if the loudspeaker icon visible? Could still be an issue though

  • SalesLeaderTodd Keynote Speaker Todd Cohen, CSP (@SalesLeaderTodd) reported from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I have Spent approximately four hours over the last two days trying to figure out all the changes @zoom_us has made which is making doing my business much more difficult. Time to find a new service. They have gotten #complacent and #CustomerService is lacking.

  • NWCAVE NWCAVE (@NWCAVE) reported from Vancouver, Washington

Hey @zoom_us we have a board meeting but having issues logging on...is #zoom down?

  • Dydek Darek Danielewski (@Dydek) reported from Hoffman Estates, Illinois

Why doesn’t @zoom_us think I might want to take the volume down to zero sometimes, in a public webinar? #Fail

  • annnurock Ann Nurock (@annnurock) reported from Cape Town, Western Cape

@zoom_us your customer service is non existent. Do you ever respond to urgent queries?

  • MikeFlynn55 Mike Flynn (@MikeFlynn55) reported from Northampton, Massachusetts

@Dsrussosusan @zoom_us Good point. I was thinking about it from a project perspective. For example, if different students worked on different problems, you could name each breakout group to correspond with specific problems. Then have students select the group that matches the problem they worked on.

  • Schubone Simeon Scheuber-Rush (@Schubone) reported from Liverpool, England

I don’t seem to be able to add more than 2 poll options on Zoom at the moment? I’ve tried multiple browsers. Any help? @zoom_us

  • mike_bowler Mike Bowler (@mike_bowler) reported from Kelowna, British Columbia

@tweetaleem @zoom_us “Law of Two Feet” already had problems and has been replaced in many open spaces with “Law of Mobility”. That alternate works just as well in a remote environment IMO.

  • curphey Mark Curphey (@curphey) reported from Tamalpais Valley, California

@zoom_us won by simple friction free UX. Now turned on waiting rooms for all@meetings including previously scheduled series. Total time sync. Maybe time to look for something new that doesn’t slow team down.

  • thisislucy Lucy Jones (@thisislucy) reported from Wandsworth, England

Is anyone amazing on @zoom_us stuff and able to help me... PLEASE! 🙏😿

  • GameChangerSean Sean Sheppard (@GameChangerSean) reported from Los Angeles, California

@zoom_us we have been reaching out to you for months to have you fix the pre-arranged breakout room feature that has never worked. We are paying you for a service package & are not receiving all the package features. Can we speak to a live human? Does customer service matter?
