    @CamillaGordon @martingilbraith Yes, I have used it a lot. It seemed there were a lot of connectivity issues for people and a lot of drop offs amd reconnections. I switched to @zoom_us and don’t have the same issues.

    .@zoom_us, we have a one-time big event which will run continuously for several hours & could have up to 300 people. We don't need a whole year of the service. Can we pay a smaller cost for this one-time event?

    @nickhuffbarili @zoom_us I had the same issue with regard to qualIty and it basically boxed me out of being able to full screen either person during the interview. I was pleasantly surprised that folks didn’t really care because they were there for the content and not necessarily for the video quality.

    Hi @zoom_us, i sent a ticket to your support page but it was closed without a response. I have a problem that is undocumented/ i can’t find it : when i join a zoom call or a meeting room, my volume on windows gets increased by 2 (6 to 8, 8 to 10 and so on)

    @zoom_us I held my little sister's memorial on her birthday, Jan16th. It was a great way to do this during these times. Friends from all over could take part. Sadly there were issues where several people couldn't get in which I dont know why.

    @krmarko @zoom_us to me it all comes down to this: are you a (video) service or a trusted collaboration platform? If you can become the latter you could have a big moat. If you're the former then the likes of Teams (with platform behind it) and Meet (heading that way) are formidable....

    Hey @zoom_us is it expected behavior that if you have a registration on your zoom meeting, people cannot join on a browser? They get an error that it requires registration it join (and an endless cycle of registering / error). Only can join once registration is turned off.

    @zoom_us Restarts won't help. Virtual backgrounds just don't work on Linux. At least not without a greenscreen, and based on experiments with black as replaced color I have my doubts about that as well.
