    @henhousepress @soundadvice_pro @zoom_us We have captions enabled at my work so I don’t need to use something like Web Captioner. The issue is that the burden is on people who need captions to remind meeting hosts to enable captions if they forget.

    @zoom_us Thanks much. It’s supported and the settings are set. But no dice. Muting from zoom will mute the headset. But muting the headset attempts and reverts immediately. Seems like a bug. Not sure who to direct the issue to though.

    @cmbaileyatx @metraux_julia @zoom_us I think that's the issue though - Zoom's video compression makes it so consistent and clear, but that same compression might be what is causing headaches and hearing aid issues? I haven't seen research on this (and admittedly, have not deeply looked either) so not sure.

    @JamesCraigmyle @Skype @zoom_us I just said to my son that I wish we could have a trainer come to the house! This may be the next best thing seeing as I don’t live near you. Need help with my very needy 1 year old.

    @Fizzbw @zoom_us Ok next steps! 1. Go to profile settings in a browser 2. Scroll down "Closed captioning" section 3. Switch the toggle to on 4. Check the "Enable live transcription service" option that appears below the toggle 5. Switch the "Save Captions" option to on just below that

    @zoom_us I have to use zoom for college, obviously using a free account. Zoom's not working right. Why can't I talk to a real person for tech support? Why only a chatbot?

    Is anyone else having a problem with @zoom_us at the moment? When I try to start a meeting it says "meeting ended by host" - except I *am* the host!!
