    @XM_COM BECAREFUL..XM is not processing deposits even after they receive your funds. it is been 5 days. No funds in Trading account: 110433653. Date of deposit: 24-APR-20026.Amount: 13750 INR. There are bunch of same issues, look at @Trustpilot

    @XM_COM I have taken complete screenshots of the entire deposit process from beginning to end, including the XM app process, the third-party payment gateway, the individual QR code generated, payment confirmation, and submitted UTR proof. As a customer, I trusted XM while making this deposit. If, even after following all the required steps correctly, my deposit is lost or not credited, I will be forced to take legal action against XM and all parties involved in this payment process. Customers should not suffer because of delays or issues caused by third-party PSP systems used by the broker. I request XM to resolve this matter urgently and provide full transparency regarding customer deposits.

    It’s been 90+ days since i haven’t got my deposit of Rs 40k bank has refused to refund funds and it was credited into your merchants account. Given all the proof to account manager she ghosted me two weeks ago. Worst service ever. Refund my funds right away. @XM_COM

    @XM_COM XM I made a deposit into my account a week ago and it has not been credited into my account. Is been back and forth with your customer service email. I ask them when it will be credited, I was told they can't give me the exact time and it's a week now.

    Don’t use XM Trading app for deposits from your bank account. My money has been stuck for 20+ days and now they are calling it an “investigation matter. After checking Play Store reviews, I found many people facing the same issue. Stay safe and avoid risking your money. @XM_COM

    @XM_COM Worst service! It's been over 1 week since I deposited funds, and the amount is still not showing in my real trading account. Multiple follow-ups, no proper resolution, no accountability. Holding customer funds for this long is unacceptable. Resolve this immediately! #XM
