@xboxuk @XboxWire someone out there must want to help a consumer that's feeling screwed over. I had no problem purchasing the game a third time to play on PC but Windows store version is broken (bought it on PS4 first, Xbox One X 2nd). I had to buy a 4th time on Steam yesterday!

@PlayStation Please fix the console, my controller ran out of charge and so I plug it in and whenever I scroll down on a game it automatically scrolls back up to the start for no reason. Hands down worst console I’ve ever purchased. It was rushed out so early, Xbox 360 and PS4 was class

@XboxSupport having issues redeeming codes on Xbox Store on the console. I think the problem that happened few days ago is happing again. Only thing it says in red is there’s a problem and check instructions to redeem the code. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem.
