@johnath16975885 @XboxSupport DDoS attacks is when someone sends thousands upon thousands of data packets into one server, basically overloading and congesting it. In this sense, the Xbox servers are so congested that the bandwidth is exceeded and prevents users from playing games and accessing multiplayer.

@johnath16975885 @XboxSupport So when this happens, services either slow down or stop altogether. It didn’t affect everyone it seems so that’s good, I’m just surprised it’s taking them so long to find the issue and resolve it.
