Notice, i have gamepass ultimate, so i know damn well it ain't xbox gold or anything. It's literally an issue w/in xbox itself. Again, they need to get a hold of this. Week 2 and this happened last week.

@XboxSupport I'm trying to play Madden and when I open the game it says the person that bought the game has to sign in. I have game pass ultimate and it should let me open the game. This is the same for games that aren't on the game pass but I did buy.
