    @RogueCompany @RogueCompany Please fix the audio bug with recording clips on Xbox. When Xbox players record clips on your game there’s no audio in the clip. When I record clips from any other game but yours, the audio works. Please investigate this. It’s extremely frustrating.

    @XboxSupport how can I return my series x for replacement? Issues such as restarting after switch off...still!! Blinking power light after turnoff, disconnecting controller..all updates applied and upto date...£450 for a door stop!!!

    @DuvalMagic what’s going on with bl2 xbox servers. my friend and i both purchased handsome collection but can’t play, every time we try to join it says check network cables and configuration. we have no network issues and have been trying to figure this out for days, help?

    @SeaOfThieves I'm trying to update/install the game via the Microsoft Store / XBox app but everytime I try, I get error code Code: 0x80070005 I've uninstalled the game & now can't install on any drive. All other games/apps update or install OK Even tried wsreset to no avail

    Got a replacement elite series 2 from @XboxSupport 6 months ago. It’s my 7th and now the same problems as all the others. Stick drift, the A button is unresponsive and RB double taps. Don’t believe the spin about @xboxuk refreshing them or fixing the issues because they haven’t.

    @XboxSupport I haven’t been able to connect to anything on my Xbox for the past few days, and I still can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to. It just keeps telling me to sign in on the web chat page, even though I already am (it also doesn’t actually take me anywhere so I CAN sign in)
