  @BigCJohnsun @thicc_stick_boi IT security works in layers. They will employ every measure even if they don't need it. So when one layer gets broken the next layer is offering protection. The Digital DRM of Xbox is atrocious and needs to be fixed.

  @Txbcryptoindia @FMJLullaby @SnapBlastPLAY You’re clearly talking about game installs on your ssd. I’m talking about game progress data aka the data that shows for where you’re at in a game or how far you’ve reached. Now, Xbox protects this data through their free cloud service using wifi to automatically sync everything.

  Also @xbox: WHY IS ONLINE MANDATORY FOR YOUR CONSOLES? The recent outage showed that forced online to play your games or to even activate the console is a bad thing. How about enabling offline activation and game management? The #XBox360 could do it. WHY CAN'T THE CURRENT ONES?

  @Cryptic_Vyper @Lefteex1 @MldGhost Not true. I genuinely don’t understand what exactly happened these last cpl of days, but my entire library is now digital and I work at sea. My Xbox is offline for a solid 10 months per year and I’ve never had an issue playing any of my games. I wasn’t affected this week either.

  @Gregory31973718 @doctorps4 The problem is you folks will confuse those of us, like myself, that wasn't affected by it as somehow defending it. No, we're telling you it didn't affect us, not that the problem isn't a serious issue Xbox needs to rectify moving forward or holding them accountable.

  @Oti09280470 Bruh, Gt7 is a fundamentally flawed game, and Xbox was inactive for a way shorter time than Gt7. Also, GT7 has many reasons to be spoken out due to many reasons, and that's a $70 game you can't even play offline. The Xbox issue is basically non-existent, and not everyone suffered

  @TheStadiaLife Dude only has 91 followers so likely a troll account or just a mentally ill Xbox fanboy. Google Stadia plays great on Opera GX where I first tested Stadio Pro 4K games. I tried Google Chrome on Stadia the same way and no issues. Dude is straight up lying or has **** internet.

  W over 24 hours of issues w Xbox I have been able to climb in 4 and a half days to diamond 2 in apex solo queue because I have no friends. Idk how much I got left in me today but less then 24 hours to hit masters

  Let’s be perfectly clear on something. Even with the DRM issues Xbox has been having recently they are still the most pro-consumer of the big 3. Talk about reading disks for old games, 1P in GP day in day, actual support for devs with upfront payments. They are literally the best

  @Gregory31973718 @doctorps4 No, the correct answer would be "some" are defending it, not plenty, as plenty indicates many, a lot, etc. Since "many" were actively putting Xbox to task about their DRM issues, including the diehards, it's not hard to conclude it was a serious enough issue to be called out on.

  @Victor_Lucas Xbox pushing system update 2 address concerns over purchased games being unplayable during an outage however they wont specify if its going to change course away from DRM -if I had to bet- DRM sadly is here to stay unless more pushback happens. We need a compromise!
