    @Dkblaaad @whoaitsollie @XboxSupport Sounds like a hardware issue. You still using first gen xbox1? If so upgrade to a 1 s or 1x not series since yeah that's a whole different problem.

    @XenonArcher @ChaseBladeTFW @XboxSupport Servers do crash. But a company as big as MS should have clustered servers, redundant links, multiple routers for example. Doesn’t sound like a simple crashed sever if the lot is off.
