    Unable to access my PSN. I’ve been locked out of years worth of games. Unable to contact Sony. Chat not working and no phone number working to reach them. Thousands worth of games. Getting an Xbox tomorrow If this isn’t remedied. @PlayStation @AskPlayStation @PlayStationCA

    @sailtheatlas You guys do a great job of implementing awesome new ideas but please, can you fix some of the old broken features? And would it be too much to keep your players informed on where you're at with the xbox log in? Even if it's just to acknowledge that you know and aren't holidaying.

    I really want to buy myself an Xbox series X or PlayStation 5 for Christmas but the problem is they're all sold out thereprobably won't be any of them left in the world 2021 you better have some consoles left

    @mr_stormzy @WeynJohn19 @PlayStation There’s no issue with having a preferred console. It does not mean we have ‘brain damage’. PlayStations consoles do actually have better parts and such than an Xbox.

    @MasaSusec Is it worth it to buy it now or should I wait? I am leaning to buy it. The media often mentions the issue of not having games - is it that worrisome? I haven't been in the Xbox ecosystem since the 360.

    @XboxSupport Can you please fix the low internet speeds (wired and wireless) when quick resume is enabled. Shouldn't have to quit all games QR just to get speeds up. Even then it's not the full speed. Getting bloody fedup with it 😠

    @Xbox I have been having issues with my elite series 2 controller I have warranty! For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with you guys to send my controller in to get a new one ! Why is it that you guys make it so hard , difficult & complicated to get in touch.
