    I made a discovery today also. So the down button on my dpad might be broken. Sometimes it doesn't register at all :( I don't have the means to replace it either. I've had this ps4 pad for years and a coworker gave me and xbox controller recently but I don't want to switch still

    @daPootisBro @XboxSupport Don’t want updates every second but once an hour just saying hey issue still here we are working on it, that only takes 15 seconds to type and shows that they are least seem to care

    @XboxSupport I invest too much money on the console, subscriptions, game pass, etc… for service and platforms like this to have me sit here on my only day off wasting my time trying to get online and play another broken game (343). Thanks Xbox Microsoft.
