It feels as if whatsapp isn't concerned about the users to understand what's changing but still wants them to agree. Feels like bullying. This will go down as one of the worst mistakes in history.

@wcathcart @WhatsApp The majority of people who signed up to WhatsApp would not have done so had they been aware that it would become part of the wider user profiling infrastructure of Facebook. I wouldn't have. I wouldn't have let my family. I'll be leaving the service and trying to get them to too.

@WhatsApp If you make a pay to use service for people who don't want to share info then maybe some people can trust you but forcing something like this is just so Facebook. I deleted my Facebook account years ago maybe it's time to do the same with WhatsApp now.

During the reign of iPhone 3G and 4G, @WhatsApp was not for free in the App Store(I think it was 1 USD per annum).The biggest issue then was not the 1 dollar(rate was below 90 bob),it was HOW to pay it. I couldn't attach my 'ATM card' for such a small amount. #Fintech
