Does WhatsApp know that the emoji reaction option on a message doesn’t send the receiver notification? After sending multiple messages and the person is reacting to each message, I won’t even know because it’s not marked as unread. @WhatsApp fix this

@WhatsApp I’m about to switch my phone but I still can’t make a backup of my chats. It just says preparing and nothing else happens. It also doesn’t do it automatically even tho it’s says it should do it weekly. My last backup was on December 8th. Fix this issue!
