There is a HUGE problem with the way @WhatsApp installs (at least on #Android). If anything happens that we need to reinstall, it asks again for a phone verification, but adding a delay. Do it a couple of times, and you end up having to wait SEVERAL hours. #WhatsApp

I’m a massive believer in messaging w business (w annoying call center long wait). That said, my only real use of it (@WhatsApp for business that is) was lousy. It was @ELALUSA customer service. Bad and was mot easy to report to WhatsApp about it. #f8 #F8Refresh
