@WhatsApp Hi there. Had a glitch with the app this evening, when a constant beeping sound would happen when I received a notification. This sound would continue until I restarted my phone, but recurred once another notification received. Had to reinstall the app to resolve. DM.

Given the number of festivals we Indians have, @WhatsApp needs a BOT service which auto-replies to every Diwali greeting (or other festival) message you receive. Spent most of the day just replying to the 732+ messages I’ve received.
