Good job @VodafoneAU on increasing your coverage in Tasmania. Had good enough service on holiday in Swansea to set up a hotspot for my VodafoneTV and stream Netflix. Couldn't even get SMS service here a few years ago!

@VodafoneAU why didn't you send people a text explaining the outage and ETA for when service would be restored? There's still people going around with out service now. Send a message and tell your customers to restart their phones if they don't have service.

@jmodoh @VodafoneAU A business day without any connection. Very much a first world problem but the fact that I pay in three figures per month deems an appropriate message from HQ is delivered

  • Killaragirl Killara Girl (@Killaragirl) reported

@VodafoneAU Yeah it’s the last straw for me. My 15 yr old is traveling 4 hrs away with no service to have someone pick her up. I’ve put up with 0 WiFi the past month, looking for a new provider

  • galaxyhero Rik (@galaxyhero) reported

@hazzard1976 @VodafoneAU I’m all against and baffled that network wide outages still occur in 2021 .... but while Twitter may not reach everyone, neither would a text considering 3G and 4G weren’t working either.

  • GoksPlayGround Goks (@GoksPlayGround) reported

Goodnight everyone , except the useless @VodafoneAU and it’s service....

  • Killaragirl Killara Girl (@Killaragirl) reported

@JC_CTS @tax_oz @VodafoneAU Are you kidding me cheapest? I pay $160 a month and can barely ever get any kind of service. Even Telstra and Optus are cheaper than them and yes I just bought Telstra data. People need to work

  • ShesEqual Enough•Is•Enough (@ShesEqual) reported

@VodafoneAU Service msg was put up 1 hr 2late 2day & wasn’t foremost at main numbers; it should’ve included: If you or someone you know is unsafe contact 000; & for those who had call access, offer the numbers for LifeLine & 1800Respect It’s inexcusable not to even think of this
