    @VodafoneAU Thanks for your reply. But honestly, I’ve been hearing the same message since 4th of June, and no one has contacted me to fix the issue. I'm really sorry, but at this point, I can’t trust Vodafone or the Vodafone team anymore. Too many promises, no action.

    @VodafoneAU any updates on what appears to be a huge network outage in the Port Stephens area. All Mobile and 5G Home Broadband services down since 8am.

    Hey @Kogan @VodafoneAU what is the issue that my NBN hasn’t worked for 5 days and now I’m being told I have to wait another 24hrs for someone to press the right button to get my connection back up and running #useless
