    Wife has been with @VodafoneAU for 4yrs. Today mobile was blocked with no warning. Spoke to call centre acc up to date and no issues. Why was it blocked? CC cant tell you and the team that blocked it dont work Sat/Sun. So send email and should be fixed in 48hrs. Appalling service

    @VodafoneAU Is there a problem with the NBN network in Brisbane (Hemmant 4174). Have been averaging 40mbs since switching to 50 plan, but today speeds of 0.3 to 3.4mbs. It’s ground to a standstill!

    @VodafoneAU multiple people I know are having issues with vodfone mobile calls at the moment. Ring someone and as soon as the other connects the call ends.

    @VodafoneAU Ah OK. The impact to me is either no voice or so poor people can't hear me. 8 June is a long time without being able to reliably use my phone at home.

    @VodafoneAU Their app is complete garbage too. No notifications from instant chat replies. All constantly crashes or unable to sign in. #Vodafone

    @Rachel_Organa @VodafoneAU They're so conditioned it's no wonder they don't see what they did was wrong. I was reading about how women of a certain age feel like they're invisible to the world, so I now make a point of approaching them first (and not just to sell ****, but to genuinely ask if they're ok).
