@VodafoneAU your website / app has been having technical problems for almost a year now. & your phone options just want everything to be done online. Which doesn’t work! Not eligible for all your rewards! It’s the most annoying and stupid situation ever #Vodafone #Useless

@VodafoneAU This is bullshit! I had my phone in my hands when the message came through and no missed calls. Very poor customer service when your service team say they are going to call you back the next night and don’t do so. Time to change NBN providers I think. #nothappy

@VodafoneAU And actually, telling me to keep an eye on a website is pretty silly, because to access a website, I would need a functional service. Which I do not have. Which is why we are having this conversation. Care to try again?

@VodafoneAU Thanks, but it’s been bordering on unusable earlier this week, and today, it’s well beyond unusable. Cannot stream. Email not working. Home security cameras not responding. This is NOT what I am paying you for; this is NOT fit for purpose. Very unhappy

@VodafoneAU hey guys, is there an issue with the network? My fiancé is currently in Homebush West NSW and when scrolling thru website on his Google Pixel 3XL, nothing loads. He was having an issue yesterday where there was a little cross on the 4G symbol.

Wow, the @VodafoneAU customer service representative ignored my requests and connected me to a plan with a higher per month cost, presumably because he gets a higher commission, and thought that I wouldn’t notice. Off to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman!
