@VodafoneAU Calling calling calling to support the whole day. Do you guys think this is the only work i have to do.

  • derickr Derick Rethans (@derickr) reported

@bendechrai @VodafoneAU What is particularly annoying is services that send these links which expire in 15 minutes... and then it takes 20 minutes (due to grey-listing or other email shenanigans) for the email to arrive, resulting in that I can never login. (Looking at you, @whereby).

  • HavocRah Havoc_rah (@HavocRah) reported

@VodafoneAU Thanks Vodafail for sending me an SMS right now to say the NBN will have a planned outage from 9am to 6pm on the 16th. It might just be me but a notification after an outage has started seems to indicate that it’s an unplanned outage

  • Dreams69Crypto 🐾THE WOLF ON CRAWL STREET🐾 (@Dreams69Crypto) reported

@VodafoneAU You did NOT accept my DIGITAL ID which is acceptable id in nsw . It is in my service nsw app. The store told me it is not acceptable because I'm outside the store and would have to do manual paper work signing. So they won't accept it.

  • arekatla_n Nagarjuna Arakatla (@arekatla_n) reported

  • JStabbington 💧🔥 Madonna_Stained_Glass_Tattoo 💧 (@JStabbington) reported

@PlantationTara AM yet to receive any of their messages! Is it because I'm with a mobile provider who doesn't SELL their customer lists? Not sure, but in case I'm right... Thanks Vodafone! Cheque is in the mail, I hope? @VodafoneAU

  • swellsey2609 Sally Wells (@swellsey2609) reported

@VodafoneAU is there any issues with the service in St Leonard’s NSW 2065? Haven’t been able to get calls all day.

  • HavocRah Havoc_rah (@HavocRah) reported

@VodafoneAU Wow, thanks for the generic response. Why have an SMS service to tell me about planned work if i only get them after the work has started?

  • alexeckermann Alex Eckermann (@alexeckermann) reported

@tommarmstrong @developerjack @VodafoneAU Bit of a red flag for a SIM swap. Call your provider and get them to review the SIM cards on your account. Should typically only be one, if more then it’s a problem.
