    @VodafoneAU I tried making an account for her remotely, but it fails and says she had to call the help line. She just gets shunted round in circles. HOW CAN SHE FIND OUT BASIC THINGS ABOUT HER ACCOUNT? HER ACCOUNT NUMBER? HER MONTHLY DATA USAGE? WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO THIS?

    @VodafoneAU And why wasn’t this communicated to the customers? When is this maintenance going to end? We pay so much for the service & it’s unfair that you fail to communicate with the customers. Anyways whatever feedback we give you guys simply don’t care

    Hi @SamsungAU. The #GalaxyS21Ultra has a bug, it doesn't work with the 160 MHz channel on a Wi-Fi 6 connection. The internet connection drops repeatedly. The only fix right now is to disable 160 MHz, but then what's the point of having a Wi-Fi 6E phone? CC: @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU speed on my phone is absolute tripe atm (4-5mbps). I had a look at network upgrades/maintenance for 3803 and nothing is going on so any idea what's happening?

    @VodafoneAU Won’t be restocked? Wow that will be a surprise new model.....just saw the 256gb in stock but still too small, bad enough I can’t get 1tb from vodafone but 512gb will be the minimum. Guess I’ll see if a new model is nearby like the not restocking suggests
