    Signed up with @VodafoneAU 2 weeks ago for FTTP. My internet then stopped working. @VodafoneAU customer service claimed existing FTTN had been canceled. @NBN_Australia says no. Got FTTP today. Now receiving my "cancelled" FTTN and not FTTP 500MBS I requested 2 weeks ago.

    @VodafoneAU International roaming - appalling. We’ve been loyal customers for years and spent hundreds of dollars on roaming. Didn’t work in Malaysia. Three attempts over 24 hours with your support and zilch! Shame!

    @VodafoneAU I am using a Pakistani number (Ufone) on roaming in Australia. For the first few days, roaming worked fine, but for the past week, it has stopped working. I am no longer receiving SMS messages. Please help.

    @VodafoneAU im trying ro recharge my crwdits but your app is so buggy that I need to log in several times even if Im in the app. Im into this endless cycle of logging in and then i gave up due to frustration. Hope u fix your app. U are increasing ur plans but the service is poor!

    @VodafoneAU I'm trying to port my number to a prepaid SIM, but it keeps throwing "Something didn't go as planned. Please try again later." Is there an issue at the moment? Been trying for an hour or two.

    @VodafoneAU Get your network sorted first !! No network to my mobile and I’m on hold for the last 1 hour. There must be a hell of a lot of callers calling to complain

    @JulianBurnside Surely they cannot be worse than @VodafoneAU. Multiple hour long calls to their overseas call Centre and I still have to ongoing issues with incorrect billing.
