    3) we got a msg saying NBN is connected. But it clearly wasn't. Spoke to 3 reps. 1 of them didn't evn find our acc 👏🏽 We still don't have internet 24 hours later on a work day! We're getting a technician on Mon! TERRIBLE service! should've just switched to optus @VodafoneAU

    @VodafoneAU worst customer experience. Trying to get phone unblocked for work use. Bill is overdue due to rising living costs. No empathy or help from customer service team. Just sorry can’t help you because you recently asked for an extension. Cant wait to close account.

    @VodafoneAU This has been going on for hours now. Cannot login to multiple work or personal sites/functions due to 2 step authentication texts not being received. Any indication of how long we will not be able to send or receive SMS?

    @VodafoneAU Im also using a google pixel 7 pro and you should recall them ive read they are all faulty!!! But your to worried about your plans you signed them up on!!! And you tricked me with a $400 bonus into getting this phone you knew was full of bugs and bad chips!!! AAAARRRGGHHH!!!!!!

    Why has NBN speeds been so slow. I’m paying for 500 mbs but getting 3-400!!! #VodafoneAU
