    @VodafoneAU What's happening with dropouts in service in Sydney region and Central Coast NSW? Only when restarting mobile can I get social media to update, or do a google search. Connection drops after a couple of minutes. Please advise. It's been over 48 hours for this issue.

    @poc125 @VodafoneAU Network Coverage in KY2 5LT Kirkcaldy, Fife has been negligible to zero for the last 48 hours but Vodafone insisting all is OK. Anyone else found this sort of stonewalling?

    Thanks to @Telstra’s team - I have now recharged with @VodafoneAU so I could file a complaint with the TIO. How’s that for some irony? Worth the $50 recharge. Wish #telstra was able to activate my service after 7 days but nope. It’s now 5:40am - a 4 hour ordeal.

    @VodafoneAU so I get an sms today about an exclusive offer from you about how I have been a customer for over 10 years and can upgrade with discounts, I ring up and then I am told that you have no record of this offer even though it is definitely from you? Comments??
